I have frequented this car wash several times. The employees have always been friendly however the quality of car wash relative to the dollar amount for a basic wash is unsatisfactory in my opinion. I also frequent three other similar style car washes in the area most of which do a better job for a lower cost.

Just had my truck washed,,,sorta! Been going here for years. Usually great job, but today was really bad! Roadrime was still on the truck. Running boards were flithy

Always have a clean car after a wash here & really appreciate the free vacs. Only thing I wish they'd upgrade is the ability to use digital coupons - not a fan of having to bring a tiny paper coupon from a local publication.

Nice car wash..person prewashed your car a bit with a high-pressure soap. Drive through car wash and they finish up your car by hand drying it afterwards. Free vacuums. Highly recommended.

I love going here to Wash my car. The vacuums are great, the staff is always friendly and they spray your car before you go in, As well as dry it afterwards. I always have a clean car. Although they can get very busy sometimes

I think the wash is good, but the packages are way over priced, $30 + dollars a month, not me thank you.

Great experience. The sprayer guy at the start of the car wash spayed my car thoroughly. The wash did a great job. Got the 14 dollar wash and would definitely get it again. The tire shine was okay. The drying at the end was about as good as any other regular wash but they do towel dry your car at the end. They mainly only do the hood, windshield, and front and rear windows. Definitely would come here again.

Usually like this place. But today I didn t know they didn t take mobile pay because they do t have a portable scanner. Well ok, but don t get snarky lime I should know. Don t worry it won t happen again

Location sucks in my opinion but what they have is great. Balances out. Even has a separate optional towel boy area included in all choices. Recommended

It s a good place to clean your car and you get a wipe down after going through the car wash. The cheapest one may not be all too useful though. I had a lot of bird excrement on my car and it was still on my windows and windshield after so if you have more than a little dust or new mus I would suggest going up a level. Overall it s a really nice car wash and quick as well. I recommend it.

STAY AWAY whent though car was and it did damage to car right away they said my machine didn't malfunction then it whent from that to well ur cars older it's an 08 but it took my tail lens cover off and broke was all on there camera and still they said well were not liable since it could have been done before u got here STAY AWAY if u like ur car

This car wash is amazing. My car had not been washed in at least 6 months. I took it to be cleaned and I'm very happy with the results. A part of my mirror came off during the wash and the workers were very kind and reattached it for me. Great service and great results.

$17.00... they spent almost zero time per spraying bugs off and the towel was a joke. He did a walk around but only dried what he could reach without bending over or reach too far. Looks like a very nice equipment. They have either a management or employee issue. The two that worked on my truck did not want to be there or very lazy. After I left I pulled in the Best Buy parking lot and finished drying off my truck and then washed more bugs off the front with window cleaner that I had.

Seeing a few obvious fake reviews here (maybe from another car wash businesses? Wouldn t surprise me.) so I wanted to put my two cents in as a regular customer.I love this car wash and have previously tried others before but have stuck with Village Auto Spa, my partner also has become a regular too because of the high quality.POSITIVES;-Staff are friendly. They will tell you to put your car in neutral regardless if you beat them to it, legally they have to. I d thought I d mention that because apparently it s a not a no-brainer to some people lol? Also some people forget. I ve been guilty of it ***sips coffee*** ah, that s better lol.-Cars are not rushed through. This one actually rolls you through slower than a lot of others, thus getting the job done. You also get a nice soap spray beforehand on your front & back windshields. If you want your grill sprayed, ask them when you get your receipt back and they will do it for you. Don t ask, don t get! :)-Rewards. Save 5 receipts and receive either a free express wash or I think $2/3 off a Diamond wash (I don t have it to hand will come back to edit). They also send out coupons in the mail often, I ll usually get a Diamond wash for $12 instead of $17. Can t go wrong! Got a bunch of them saved. I don t see any other car washes doing this, definitely keeps me coming back.-Free vacuums. Really good power too, sometimes you might get the odd one that has something stuck in the nozzle but you can let someone know and they will sort it. Two choices of nozzles -making it easier to get in those nooks.-High quality soap/foam/hot wax and they re not shy about using a lot either. I blast the A/C in there because it also smells like heaven lol. The cool multicolored lights are pretty fun, car party anyone? I love it, your kids will too!NEGATIVES (more constructive criticism)-On busy days, I have noticed they will have the cars roll on pretty close together at an arms length. I ve actually had someone infront of me brake at the dryer section (this is their own stupidity though tbf). I d like to see them keep cars at their normal distance regardless of how busy it gets.-Free vacuum bay is on the smaller side, again on very busy days there can be a two/four car queue and there s only one entrance which gets in the way, if the owner ever has the chance to expand I would recommend putting an entrance a little further down making it a lot more safer for people exiting the car wash and vacuum bays. This place definitely has more potential to grow.-Blind spot on exit. The sign and/or brush makes it hard to see who s coming (if you re in a sedan at least). People go flying down that road sometimes, have definitely had to slam my brakes. Would recommend at least removing the brush that s right next to the sign so there s a gap.

I've been coming here for over a year with both my cars, it's my preferred car washing establishment. They always do a great job and my car always looks brand new after the diamond clean. The guys always dry it off as well. I have spoke to the manager about other car washes I've tried and didn't like and was encouraged to continue using village Auto spa where they'll take care of me. Of particular note is their Teflon� Double bond and Simoniz� Ceramic Sealant that I've not been able to find at any other local car wash I've been to.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

Village Auto Stops car wash is excellent in that it offers different types of services to fit your needs. In addition, all washes come with hand drying for a spotless shine. They also offer free self service vacuums with no time limit. I definitely recommend you try them out.

It's convenient when I'm out in the area shopping,to have my car washed. It's quick and they do a really good job.***My previous review was a year earlier. Since then I've had to change my review. The last time I was there I was yelled at and treated very nasty by a worker with red hair that was guiding me through the car wash. This is the last time I've gone here and will NEVER go back.

Employees were nice and prompt, car was slightly dusty with a few bird droppings on it, went through mainly to get an underbody spray. Car was not cleaned still had dust in multiple areas was going way too fast, and underbody hardly looks touched. Multiple scratches and two full on paint chips on a 2014 Toyota that now used to have an immaculate finish. No point in ever trying to go after these places they'll just deny it up and down. So all I can do is write this review for others to beware.

Expensive for a sub-par wash.Hardly pressure washed vehicle at the start to get bugs off (maybe spent 30 seconds on the windshield and hood definitely did not touch the grill).Bushes seem to be moving at a speed when bushing across side of vehicle (extremely loud for a car wash) which may lead to scratches.

Just went through the car wash and upgraded because I drove for 3 hours on the highway. Bugs all over my car still. Dirt all over the back window still. Tires still filthy. Bugs on the mirrors. What a horrible car wash!!! Guarantee clean my butt!!

This car wash gives you a lot of options. You are able to vacuum your car out first and they towel dry your car off. I think it's a great value.

Umm it's a great car wash I stop there after I go to Sam's club. They now have free vacuums which is awesome. They have a great wash system even spray the front and back of each car with a pressure washer. The reason I took a few stars off is they have a buy 5 washes and save receipts get a free wash, well I bought 5 diamond washes most expensive but my free wash was the basic wash. I didn't like that at all reward me for spending top dollar. They do have dry guys which is kinda nice but they still leave tons of wet spots so it's almost pointless but it's a nice thought. Those guys do accept tips ( you get a better dry)

Scratch my wife's new car all down the drivers side. Owner was extremely unprofessional and didn't even want to look at the car. Continues to say his wash is perfect and its impossible to scratch a car. Will never use this wash again. I've gone since I was a young kid here and always liked it but after this experience and the way the owner is I will not be going back. I thought customer service was supposed to be a priority but in his case its the least of his concerns. Absolutely the worse owner I have ever talked to.

I've been going to this car wash ever since I was a child. I'm usually not one to make reviews either, but I felt it was necessary. I bought my car two weeks before going through this car wash. When I came out I noticed a crack through my windshield. I looked at my car in shock, told one of the workers, and was told to come back Monday when the manager was there. When I came there they tried telling me a rock must've hit the car previously , but since I've bought this car, I've looked at it almost every day, and even the slightest scratch I notice. I was told an owner would get back to me but I never heard back. So since I couldn't see because the crack had expanded while I was waiting for a call from the owner, I had to spend 200$ for a new windshield, and my car wasn't even clean! My advice wash your own car, or choose a different car wash!

after spending $25 on the diamond wash plus full service it started raining. very disappointing to find out they don't offer any rain guarantees especially under premium wash. I have use this car wash at least once a month if not more for the past several years. This is the first time I ever opted into their full service and it is the last time they'll ever get a penny of my money. customer loyalty is a thing for a reason
