Great Experience!! Austin was more than awesome! He took the time to answer several questions I had. I was very confident in his knowledge and expertise! He was friendly and helpful! The oil change couldnt have been quicker or easier! I also appreciate the reasonable price and the fact that theres always an accessible coupon! I Love going to Take 5!They Are THE BEST!!

I love the fact that I can get up in the morning and get a quick oil change while viewing my day s schedule and be off to work. The gentleman are quick efficient and make sure my tires are full of air, windshield washer fluid is full. I recommend the shop on Airport Hwy in Holland.

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. The guys were quick. Even on a Saturday morning, I didn t have to wait for long. Rates are a bit higher, but I think it s everywhere.

My oil light keeps popping on while I was there and is still coming on they acted like they had no idea what was wrong and for the price of 49.99 you would think they would have a clues why it was popping on so I am really dissatisfied about it. Because I been going to this oil change station for yrs now and never had a problem

Recently, I got a Buick Encore and took it here for its first oil change. The cap protecting the oil body/filter looks like it was gouged out of the car with a screwdriver. My car started spilling oil everywhere within a week every where I went, and it turns out the gasket in the car is dented, slit, and out of place and does not appear to have been replaced during the oil change. I have had to go through so many efforts to repair the issue including a new cap, gasket, a new oil change, all of which I was fortunately able to get done through family. And this was all less than a month after the oil change took place. However, since I don't have an official receipt from a mechanic, Take 5's "policy" states they are not liable for any damages. That the person I spoke to on the phone can speak to how the oil change was done because they themselves did it... which is a clear conflict of interest when reporting an issue like this. I will be calling corporate and telling everyone I know to never come here again. If you identify your company as a company specializing in cars and oil changes, then the least you can do is take responsibility for mistakes in those areas. Maybe you should "take 5" minutes to learn something about customer service.

David and Aiden are amazing to work with. First timer and I must say they are both polite, professional, and sufficient. David asked if I would like a bottled water(the gesture was so kind).Great deal and speedy work. I will definitely be back and looking to recommend this place to family and friends!!! Update . Decided to give them another try. Oil change was fast and inspection was thorough.Truck is currently leaking oil all over my brand new driveway .. I m beyond upset. I can t wait for them to try and cover up my stripped oil drain bolt on my new truck from them installing it with and impact gun.

Austin the manager has always been amazing. This is the only place I take all 3 of my vehicles for oil changes. They honor military with a great discount, they re all always very professional, friendly and honest. I ve never felt pressured to buy something I don t need, or upgrade a service if I didn t want to. They give you options and let you choose with no pressure. The guys were respectful, did a great job and even offered me a free bottle of water while I waited. The 25% military/veteran discount brought me in but their service will keep me coming. At first, they didn t want to let me in on my box truck Ford Transit 3500 HD 10,8 feet high. Saying it s too high. I had to measure the gate height (11,9 ) and convince them to do their job. Finally, they forgot to fix tire pressure

This location took care of my vehicle after a terrible mistake was made at a Columbus location that may have caused serious damage to my engine. They were extremely kind, apologetic and immediately addressed the issue.

Went in for an oil change and somehow the guy messed up my pump & now my check engine and check oil light is on.
