Steve Grabke's body shop is top notch! Gary was incredibly helpful when I had brought my vehicle in on a Saturday. They normally close at noon on Saturday's but the rental car company was running a little behind that particular afternoon. He was not bothered by the delay and remained professional and helpful. I have brought my previous vehicles here and I've never been disappointed. They use all state of the art equipment and they are very clean and covid conscious. Highly talented people and I highly recommend!Everyone here from staff to the ownership is truly one of kind! I recommend this state of the art body shop to everyone I know!

I brought my car in after being bumped in a little accident and the service was incredible. I called and was told to come in about a week after the incident occurred, the part was ordered, and the job was done within two weeks after that. The new bumper looks incredible and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a repair.

I love love love this place.... Been there a couple of times over the years. And my car always look brand new after a accident. And the best part about it all is. They only be having my car for about a week. I highly recommend them to everyone

I hope I never need an Auto Body Shop again, but if I do I will definitely go back to Grabke's! They are a wonderful group of people to work with and they do excellent work. I highly recommend Steve Grabke's Body Shop!

Dropped my truck off towards the end of October with a huge t-bone collision between my bed and cab. The team at Steve Grabke s body shop were able to repair my truck that took a little longer than expected due to many inconveniences but they were able to make it right by waiving my deductible.

Garbage. Scam. Scumbags. Don't submit a request for a quote on their online system. They will bait and switch you. They will email you one quote and then submit a quote that is 30% lower than what they told you to the insurance agencies. It's a headache that's not worth the trouble. With business practices like that, I doubt if they are barely staying afloat.

Very thorough and thoughtful service from the team here. They were very responsive and contacted me almost immediately after I filed an insurance claim on one of our vehicles. I was provided with updates along the way, and repairs were completed roughly within the timeframe the body shop provided. I would recommend using this shop as a local alternative to the dealerships for body work.

I had my wife's van fixed after a minor accident. Paid out of pocket to have a couple of rust bubbles fixed. Cost was $900 to fix the bubbled paint. I was assured that it would be fixed properly. Less than one year later, the rust is back. I emailed the shop last week and never got a reply.Unfortunately, I'd never recommend them. I also remember the body work taking 3x longer than they quoted.

This is the third time that I ve had the body of my car repaired at Grabke s and every time has been a positive experience.Their expertise can not be matched. This business has integrity and a level of care and professionalism that is rare today. They did a great job on fixing my sun roof drains. It was excellent customer service, very friendly people. They are not just for insurance claim jobs, regular people with issues can use them as well. I truly recommend you give them a call if you need work done. They got me in and out and was so hopefully. This is the only shop i am willing to use for bodywork, and I've been around, believe me. The results are still not always perfect, but Grabke's is closer to perfect than anyone else in Toledo will get.

I have used this place 4 times over 10 years and each time it just keeps getting better. Not only is the work and the people great, so is the pricing.Today they fixed something that they did not have to just to please the customer (me) Even clean the car and interior out before turning it over to me. I brought my car in on a Monday morning to buff and repaint over some scuffs on my fender. I was told my car would be ready by Thursday afternoon. Tuesday morning I received a call that my car was ready. The work was very well done and the paint matched the existing paint so you can't even tell there were scuffs there. I got my car back and they had completely detailed the inside of the car as well. The price was very affordable and the customer service was outstanding. I'll definitely bring my car here if I need any more work done on it and I would absolutely recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Made an appointment 2 months ago arrived at the appointment service was provided took about 1 hour and 45 minute to complete. The people were very friendly and nice to talk to. The repair was done excellent, exactly what I wanted.Great service!

Just picked my car up from their shop 15 minutes ago. They did a tremendous job. The car looks better than new. Great customer service and everyone is very upbeat and personable. They also fixed a few problems with my car that I did not bring it in for, for free. Service was completed in a timely manner while keeping me updated. They also washed the outside and cleaned the inside before returning the vehicle to me. Strongly recommend this shop over larger, impersonal chains. Great work guys.

I thought I got good service until my radiator and condenser started leaking. Then found out he knew about them and let me leave there thinking my van was in good running order. I believe these were due to the accident and had they been documented in the beginning they probably would have been covered. But he let me leave with theses leaks so of course when I brought it back because of the leaks, I did not trust them to work on it. He said he thought it was too dirty to be a new leak which was 4 weeks after the accident. I live in the country, I drive on dirt and gravel every day. I took it to my normal mechanic who believes it was also due to the accident. So don t take your car here for accident repairs. I have a feeling they are on the insurance side, not on the customers side. Lessened learned, I won t have work done there and I will never go to an insurance s preferred provider!Service: Body & Trim

I have high standards when it comes to my car, and have been incredibly frustrated by the paint scratches it's sustained over the years. I've had Grabke's repaint the hood and both rear quarter panels, and I couldn't be happier with the results each time! The customer service is also solid. They are friendly and take time to answer questions. Their prices are affordable to boot!

I'm glad I went here. I walked in and was not greeted. However, the rest of the interaction with their staff was pleasant. Nice people. Won't rip you off. It was close to closing time and he dropped what he was doing and took a look and fixed it right there for free because it was very minor. They are busy and I'm not saying you should expect free labor. Awesome attitude and good values.

Very nice people, and the results were beautiful! Took my car in after getting into an accident and the finished product looked better then when I bought the car. Washed it, and had it running when I arrived. Also provided a rental car that was very helpful threw a tough cold winter with no problems! I would recommend this place to ANYONE who has been in an accident, or even if you need some body work done! Never been more pleased with any business. Thank you Steve and Andy

I was a little skeptical about taking my car to this shop at first but to be honest, I am completely satisfied with the work this business has done. I've heard a few good and bad things about the place but I guess I just had to experience it for myself. There was a delay with the car but it was resolved within half of a day. They nailed the paint and it looks exactly how it's suppose to. Great work done

You're the one who's doing my or fixing my truck I won't know what it looks like till it's done they do work with disabled
