The service was top notch! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. My sales rep Sally was awesome with a capital A! She set the time expectation up front and my vehicle actually was finished faster. I told her that I had a coupon for the service and she found the same coupon and applied it giving me a savings without the search. She was personable and knowledgeable. She definitely made my experience good. The technician, the manager and the customer service will keep me coming back!

This location and crew were amazing! I was out of town and needed to head back home when I realized I had a screw in my tire. The staff were able to fit me in and get me back on the road. Special shout out to Dean and Dennis who went OVER and ABOVE to make sure I got on the road safely. Dennis who was one of the most experienced techs stayed late to troubleshoot an issue for me. Awesome customer service!

Was out of town with my job and needed a front end alignment bad. My jeep was pulling to the right so I bought the lifetime warranty alignment plan so all future alignments are free. These guys customer service is spot on and the service technician went above and beyond to take care of me. He ever brought me into the shop area to show me something that will need to be replaced soon dealing with suspension. I highly recommend these guys to any automotive service you need! 10 stars!!

Great service from front desk staff to the mechanic working on my car. Love this place and the people who work here. Kudos to the front desk guy training a lady and kudos to my mechanic. You guys are great and deserve some recognition.

Had a 8:00 appointment..Didn't get my car in until 8:45..I had scheduled this 2 weeks in advance around my work schedule..They must have overbooked or several people showed up without an appointment..All the seats were taken in the waiting room as well. A gentleman gave me his chair and he stood..They did get my car done in the time that I needed to be out of there for work..

The place use to have a great Manager, Bo. Since the new guy came in he is very rude and will not even stand behind Firestones' work guarantee. They had my car in for the same A/C repair 4 times over 1 year. Then the new guy wanted to charge me again when I brought it back a month later as it quit working after all the A/C coolant leaked out again. I ended up taking it to a Chevy dealer and they found the problem in the first try. The rear A/C unit had let loose and put fragments into the whole A/C system and it had a rear line leak. Over a grand paid and they refused to stand behind their guarantee and no A/C and tons of time wasted. Do yourself a favor, if you have to go to a Firestone Auto Care, go to the one near Southland.

This is the third set of tires I have purchased from them in the past year or so ( my daughters' cars) and then mine. They do a great job- get the tires we need and have the best service. I not only recommend them to others but I will never go anywhere else.

I've been going to Firestone since I lived in Arizona. I've always been treated well, and never had an issue. The same goes for my most recent visit. I was in for an oil change on 9/17. While I waited, I had a great conversation with Dennis. The atmosphere had always felt welcoming every single time I've gone into Firestone (location doesn't matter). For this very reason is why I keep coming back.

Made an appointment, got there early, got me in on time. Line of communication was on point. Got 4 tires, oil change, and alignment. Jason hooked me up with a great deal on tires and had a rebate. Kids enjoyed seeing what was happening with their car and got all their questions answered. Came out with a great deal in my mind. Thanks guys!

Woke up on a Sunday morning and had a flat tire. Looking through Google maps I was able to find this one location that is open on Sundays. We called and spoke to a Dennis who did a fantastic job from start to finish. He did notify us if the tire was repairable. However, we decided to purchase new tires being that it was something on our list to take care of in the next couple of months. Service was completed in a nice timely fashion, considering we did not even have an appointment in the work was done as expected. Most importantly, Dennis, the representative was extremely professional and helpful in making decisions.

I felt very comfortable with Dennis because of his professionalism and how he conducted himself towards me. Dennis and the technician were very thorough and took their time in looking over my car. I was very impressed with how Dennis explained to me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed, he also took the time to take me back to my car to show me the problems. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who's in need of a good mechanic.Service: Brake service & repair

They should allow ZERO stars.These bozos screwed up my vehicle and refuse to take responsibility for it.They installed a water pump in May - it's LEAKINGThey "repaired" my A/C which was COLD when I brought it in, but ISN'T NOW, but it's "not their fault."I've reported them to the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General, as well as the BBB in TN and the TN Attorney General's office because that is where their headquarters are. I'm also involving "Call For Action."If you want REAL mechanics - RESPONSIBILE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, go to EARL BROTHERS. Should have never taken it to Firestone-around-my-neck. Over $1600 in repairs and my vehicle is worse than when it went in.

I was getting a lot of work done on my car at a dealership in Findlay, including new tires. On my drive back to Toledo on 475, the low pressure light came on and I was able to drive it to Firestone. Jason was awesome!!! He was able to fix the issue, and pointed out a few areas of concern from the tire installation. Give this man a raise!!! Thanks for all of your help!

Always takes care of our family. Honest and don't pressure to buy or repair something. They say hey, this will need done soon, or you have approx this long just be aware. Love that!! Especially with our daughter, they always take care of her!

So far so good! Tires were inexpensive compared to other places, and I was able to get 4 tires and a lifetime alignment done in about 2 hours.

Not only did they do a complete run down, best cost efficient options, while explaining everything and every option etc, was the best experience at a corporate level auto store ive ever recieved.But I want to thank and recogzine all the staff today. If I could I'd give them all bonuses. The PATIENCE ALONE they had with our kids who acting like fools today was AMAZING. Stayed focus, positive, and professional. I'm blessed to have people like you still in this world, when it could've went any other way, but God bless all of you and thank you so much for EVERYTHING.

I'm so grateful for my experience this morning! My friend Tommie suggested I get ahold of them to inspect my vehicle, for a second opinion (I was misinformed by a "reputable chain" repair place grossly exaggerating problems with my 2017 vehicle I've owned for just several months now). The guys here were genuinely honest with me. They explained realistic expectations. I'm absolutely returning my business to them.

Went in for a free brake inspection. They wrote me up a quote for all 4 wheels rotors and pads. However they mentioned the rear passenger side caliper was sticking. So they added that to the quote for not 1 but 2 calipers? So only 1 "might" need replacement but they are gonna charge me for 2? $229 each+ labor!Maybe it was an accident but in the auto repair industry it's probably an out right over charge.Especially considering the brake pads are Duralst brand that can be bought at AutoZone for 50% less. So there seems to be a pattern over over charging customers from my 1st experience with this shop.Always ask questions and double check ANY auto mechanic shop!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

I have been taking my car and truck here for several years now. The service is very friendly and professional. The prices are very competitive, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even with a Saturn Aura, that hasn't been manufactured for some time, they are very knowledgeable. I will continue to take my vehicles here and recommend Firestone for automotive services.

Did a good job on my car once,then just started not caring I guess. I called the district manager he was rude and argumentative, why is it so hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days. This was leaking out and they neglected to ever tell me about it.
