These men are amazing. I pulled in with what I thought would be an issue they had me on the road minutes later. Very professional and considerate! You do not find this kind of service and humanity any more!!!! So happy I called them!

my Dodge 5.9L cummins Broke down on the Ohio turnpike near Toledo. Saw a few good reviews and went for it. Took them a day to diagnose the issue with the truck not starting. Problem is, they quoted me almost 7500 for a repair that wouldn't have even fixed the problem. Told me they found some fuel in the oil so instantly told me all 6 fuel injectors, that were brand new less than 6 months ago, needed to be replaced, $750 each. Didn't bench test a single injector just told me i needed all 6 replaced, clear cash grab attempt. As somebody whose worked on diesel engines before I was aware of them trying to take advantage of me there. I refused their diagnosis and demanded they bench test at least the one they claimed was having issues, which they reluctantly agreed to send it to be tested. Which forced them to actually find the damage and the reason for the engine not starting. They changed the quote and diagnosis but wouldn't have been able to repair it for several months. Then got charged $400 for the work to diagnose my truck, and poorly at that, but did it quick

I took my 7.3 powerstroke to get work done. Had my injectors done, this is the third time they have done the injectors. I have fuel in my coolant and my motor is hydrolocked

About 5 years ago or so we were having a problem with one of the cars. We called Jeff and asked him what he thought... He was honest with us, because of that we took the car there. With that said: The boss man is cool as all get out! The employees are honest, hard working, and don't try and rip you off! These guys are legit! They're the only ones who touch our cars!

Did full exhaust replacement on a propane truck for our company. They do good work and offer services much more then just exhaust work. Look forward to using this business often.

Great place, close to the university. Clean, great NY style pizza. Fill it by the slice. Small but very good beer selection. I look forward to trying more than just pizza from them. Hard to go wrong with a Nancy's family restaurant. It is a bit pricey for pizza, specially for college students, but the slice prices are easier, and the quality and service are right on.

My husband and I purchased a motorhome in March and the first thing we wanted to do was get our braking system inspected to make sure everything was good with it before we took it on the road for the first time. We took it to Big Truck Auto for an inspection with they stated it would be $90, so we scheduled it and took it in. They said it would be a week or 2 before they could even get to it which we were fine with that, but not even a week later we get a call back stating that everything looked amazing and because of that they weren t even going to charge us for the inspection. At the time my husband and I were thinking wow what nice people (because the guy at the front desk was in deed nice), but now I see why they didn t charge us because they clearly didn t even take off our wheels, gave it a good drive, and/or went under there to check anything!!! We went on our first trip this weekend and it started with our RV barely braking (almost got in an accident) catching on fire 2 hours away from home because our calipers and rotors were so bad that they caught on fire on top of brake fluid leaking the whole time due to the brake lines needing replaced. Luckily we are okay and were able to save our RV after paying for a hotel and over $1k in repairs, but we still have other stuff that needs to be done to our braking system before we can take it back out! Bottom line this company put us in major danger!! STAY AWAY!!!!Service: Brakes

I had a low-production, performance model of a common vehicle that doesn't have much aftermarket support. Through internet-sourced engineering I found a muffler combination I wanted to get installed on my car. I took the mufflers and some pictures to Big Truck and Auto and they did a great job on the fabrication and installation at a spectacular price. I probably have less in my custom exhaust than a typical cat-back system. Highly recommended!

Our family has gone to big truck and auto for years. The staff is super friendly and super honest. When we've had problems, they always keep us in the loop on what repairs are needed and estimates of the cost. We highly recommend them!

Always have had a great experiences.This guys will go beyond to make sure your truck is fixed...They are very honest about pricing..They will not scam you.If its 30 mins work time then they will charge you for 30 mins.

I admit to being rather particular as to who works on my Dodge Ram 2500 and therefore Jeff, Drew and company are the only ones who have touched my truck in years.They have earned my trust to do the right thing for the right reason and have always stood behind their work 100%.
