Came in to return a part ordered by store pickup at Monroe st store. Order number in hand. Part unopened. Employee had no clue how to return item. Told another staff member he needed help and was ignored by her. Ended up taking part to go back to Monroe st store for return.Very poor customer service.

I go to advance auto a lot and usually it's a perfectly functional experience, never thought to review since it's just an auto parts place. But it turns out that's what a good car parts place is, they have what you need for what ever junk you have to work on. You can order online and pick up, or go in and get what you need quickly. So, to sum up, no fancy coffee, no live show. Just friendly people who get you your car parts for a reasonable price when stuff breaks.

Duffy was amazing tonight! He helped get me set up with a new battery and all the other stuff needed. He was extremely helpful, kind and had excellent customer service that was above and beyond!!! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Duffy!! Highly recommend this place!

I went in to pick up some minor things for my jeep so I guess I could call it a lucky trip. There were 3 team members working. Store was very clean and organized. I did not get personal help but I was greeted upon entering. I was very pleased to see the way the team was willing to help others that were in the store. 1 person was at register while the other 2 were outside helping diagnose and install minor things on shoppers cars.

Their coca cola box has 7 month expired pop in it. They do not answer their phones. And they have about as much car knowledge as somebody who works at a bakery definitely would not recommend anyone to go there shop O'Reilly's down the street

What a joke. Walked into the store, only customer. Manager is on phone, tot other employees restocking shelves. Stood there for 20 min, making small talk with the manager waiting for him to wrap up a commercial order. Two other customers walked in. The employees start helping them, ask me to step aside from the counter so they can look up parts for someone else. I spend 6-10 thousand per year on parts, guess I'm taking my business else where.

Customer service was GREAT....She put a new wiper on thedrivers side in less than 30 seconds.When it was snowing and raining.Great Job.....

I use this location for online order pickup only. Employees here are very hit or miss. Some are great others act like they are so drunk they can't run the computer. I'm not kidding. It was weird. So I go to the Auto Zone on Airport for anything in store. It is a bit easier to get In and out of as well.Update, Second trip in:Steven seemed to bothered to help anyone so I waited 5 minutes until Tom was free grabbed my pickup.

Came in looking for e torque sockets and to return a part that wasn't right. Upon entering the one workers children were playing in the water by the door as it was flooding into the store. We walked to the tool section in the aisle and could not locate the e torques. We looked behind the counter and they were there. We tried to get someone's attention to retrieve them for us but both of the workers were so busy on their phone we walked behind the counter. Upon returning the part, we asked the worker to look up the part to see if it was the correct part number that was ordered since it was an online order. He saw a car pull in continued returning the part asked us to sign the receipt and when we asked again for him to look up the part number for us, he looked at the driver of the car and asked if it was his and proceeded to walk from behind the counter and converse with the driver. Needless to say, I work on vehicles often and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Their store had three alternator in just like first said at11:30 sharp. Bought it installed it in ten minutes. Without a diesel certification if i may. Nevertheless great store they jerked is wham wrt really needed it. Thank you Advance Auto.

I called looking for refrigerant and tools to charge my A/C, but before I could get halfway through my question the guy that answered the phone interrupted and said sarcastically, "I can't help you, I'm not a mechanic." I hung up. I called AutoZone, and they were more than helpful, rented me the tools and my A/C is working great, no thanks to Advance Auto Parts. I won't be back. Ohh, and a part I purchased a few years back that was lifetime warrantied never made it on my account, so I had to buy it again. What a joke.

Helped checked my oil and an associate stood outside with me to make sure I didnt put too much oil in!!! Super nice and asks u if u need help immediately after u walk in!!

Expensive and highest price everytime I check on them. Delphi Fuel pump 398.00, have to me Tuesday. Carid 190.00 Delphi, 195.00 AC Delco had it on Tuesday. Por15 paint 40.00 qt. Sherwin Williams 20.00 qt.

The employees here are dissatisfied . It shows in their attitude. They make only minimum wage . This owner is too cheap to reward them , even though this is a high sales volume store.

They had the part to My 1988 work truck everyone else said they had to order it and I would be without work for a week thank you again Advance Auto Parts

Friendly staff and great selection. If another store locally has a part you need, they can generally have it transferred in a half hour or do!

Waked in the store in the first thing said to me was we close in 5 minutes what do you need make it fast. Did not have the part I needed anyways. Not returning. Lost a long time customer.

Excellent customer service. They checked my battery for free and there was no installation charge for the new battery.
