A very clean lobby and entry way! The owner "Dave" has been very courteous and helpful when having my truck repaired. Very reasonable prices and service. The assistant manager was smiling and very polite when I first walked into the shop. I also found that these mechanics were very precise when advising me about things that were done and things needing done. Thanks so much. Dale

Very modern business, email and text alerts available. You can even pay online. Reliable and speedy service. Drop-off with a key deposit box available. Fair prices and efficient, friendly employees. I'd recommend it to my family and friends.

Outstanding customer service.I have been using West Main Auto Repair for years and I have always come away feeling as if Dave and his team treat me like a friend, not just a customer. The service is always dependable and any issues are diagnosed and resolved quickly. I had both of my vehicles out of commission at the same time and Dave and his team had both cars back on the road days faster than the estimated repair time frame. This helped keep my wife and I out of a tough situation and our lives on schedule. Dave has found and addressed several tough-to-identify electrical issues that other shops struggle to find. West Main fixes the problem right the first time every time. I found West Main Auto Repair to be trustworthy and I definitely recommend Dave as a knowledgeable and dependable mechanic.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Transmission replacement

West Main Auto Repair did a great job on our truck. They were quick to schedule us in and even quicker to get it fixed. The manager kept an open line of communication and the price was more than fair. We were so happy with West Main Auto Repair, we have since then taken in our car to get fixed and our truck again about something else. Highly recommend.

They are the best shop in town! I have used West Main Auto Repair for all my auto repair needs for 3 years. I have had major rear end differential work, oil changes, tire purchase installation, flat tires repair. Excellent shop. My mom takes her car there usually. She got an appointment there so I could pay to have some repairs and maintenance done. One of the parts was listed as taking more hours than needed and was only charged hours worked. Super honest, super fair, honest, and quality work. Only downside is that I live an hour away and cannot take my own vehicles there. Will keep them in mind though if I need more difficult jobs done on my vehicles though.

Free AC inspection and personal recommendations are what drew me in to bringing my car to West Main.Upon arrival I was greeted by his wife and child working the front desk and it was comforting to have brought my vehicle, that my family relies on, to a family owned and operated shop. A good feeling to be supportive of a family and not a corporation. I had previously paid good money to have my car fixed in the past and it quit working a day later and there was no warranty on the services at the previous place. West Main offers a 2 year warranty on all their work (amazing) and his prices are very fair.David, the owner is honest, reliable and trustworthy, and TIMELY. He was up front with me about everything and got my car fixed within just a few hours because he knew I was in a crunch for time and I had my toddler with me and driving in 90+ degree weather with no air with her wasn t optional for us anymore.I had posted in a local site about recommendations on where to take it to have it repaired and 15+ people from brown county said to make the drive to highland county to bring it here.I am so very thankful I did! I m typing this sitting in my car with VERY cold ac for the first time in over a year.Thank you so much David! I m a lifetime customer now! I ll be bringing my car in for oil changes and any other service needs from now on!

I can't say enough positive things about the service I have received at West Main Auto Repair! David, Terri and their employees are very competent, helpful and respectful. They get my car in quickly for service, even the same day for unforeseen circumstances, and they have taken me home when I my car was not safe to drive. They have a newly remodeled waiting room where customers can wait comfortably while their cars are being serviced. I highly recommend this business!

Excellent service, the owner respected my time and physically showed me 3 big issues with my car. I was amazed, never has a mechanic actually shown me the problems with my vehicle as they were working on it. I will never go anywhere else. I trust the work they do because it s the most honest of anything I ve experienced at any auto shop. Highly recommend them, you won t be disappointed.Service: Oil change

West Main Auto Repair are simply fantastic! I was traveling from out of state near Hillsboro and my vehicle revealed to me that it needed desperate and immediate brake work. I called David at West Main and he got me in early the next morning. Everyone at the shop were kind and polite. Their waiting room is stocked with free bottled water, coffee, tea and a variety of snacks and sodas for purchase. David, the owner even put on a special request documentary film about the Mounds (my reason for visiting) while I waited. I waited there the entire time my car was being serviced in the most comfortable waiting room I've ever been in. The time passed quickly, the work was done and I was out of there. Thanks guys!

I and my family have been coming here for years, Always have been more than satisfied with the work done on my own vehicle. The work is honest , fast, and comes with a honored warranty. I refee all the farmers by me is west union Oh all the way to Hillsboro were I grew up just because The west main auto repair is one of the best mechanics around.

I wanted to like West Main Auto, as Dave (I believe) is a friendly, and honest person, but some of the people he has working for him, leave a lot to be desired. I recently sent a vehicle to them to work on, around Memorial Day. I called them to get an update about my vehicle, and one of the mechanics answered the phone. He more or less told me to get the vehicle out of his shop, because he had plans for Memorial Day, and he didn't want to mess with it. Not only did he tell me what he thought was wrong with it incorrect, but I ended up having to tow it from their shop to a dealership (which cost me an extra $100 plus dollars), for a simple problem, that would have taken less than hour to fix. The mechanic I talked to, is a smart@ss, selfish, rude, and has no business talking to customers. If it was me, he would be fired. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Ok let me start by saying i will take all my vehichels here for the rest of my life as long as this place stands. Everybody is beyound friendly, the facility for a mechanics is the cleanest, and the work is done extremely fast and professional. The waiting room is extremly clean and fully stocked with beverages and snacks. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. #customer4life.
