It was not the best experience. I had four tires put on my lug nuts, were not tightened which about caused a major accident so it wasn t the best experience. They did say they would compensate and take care of it for me, if any damages.

They fit me in same day I called. I needed an oil change quickly, and they got it done within 15 minutes. I like that I can get some shopping in at the same time my car is being worked on.

Came in just at open a few days ago to get a rim on a new tire and oil change, some old man took very good care of us.

I don t use Walmart auto care often. Went in for tire s early this year, top notch service. The manager was excellent to work with and made sure we got exactly what we paid for.

This place usually takes 4 or 5 hours to put tires on. They will conveniently go to the back to check to see if they've got said product after they told you it would take several hours. Then they say they'll have them in at 8 am the next day. At least they're nice about refusing customers who pay several hundred dollars in products and services. I would go up the street to a different outfit and pay a few dollars more.

This place is a joke!! I've seen 4 guys walking around here and only 1 guy working. The other 3 have disappeared. There is about 8 cars waiting to get a oil change and there is nobody taking care of them. Told me it would be 4 hours. It dont take that damn long to remove and replace 2 tires. This use to be a good place to come get a oil change and decent prices on tires but now it's a joke!!

These men, mostly men work here, do their best. They get busy from time to time and often not staffed accordingly. However, they do a job and provide a service for those in the Highland county area and do a great job.I have been treated respectfully and they have addressed any complaints and compliments I've offered.They are not often told how well a job they do. Thank you gentlemen and any ladies who may work in TLE.

This place has long wait time for oil changes (Ive waited up to 3 hours before, and it wasnt all that busy). No matter who you talk to, they always say to show up when they first open, but it doesnt seem to make much difference. I think the main problem, is that they are understaffed (theres usually one guy doing 2, or 3 peoples jobs), and they are underpaid, and appreciated (which means they usually dont care too much about their jobs), and they also put tire changes, etc., and other things ahead of those oil changes (must make more money from those). Typical Walmart service...

They did some good work on my son's car, just recently (July of 2018). They failed to charge me for a part. I mentioned it, trying to do the right thing. They looked it over, realized their mistake, and let it go without charging me for that part, which was about $30. They were very polite and friendly toward us. No problems.

Every time I go in there they are super busy and you can never get help if you need a battery or a key made which in this case eyes needing a key made took me over half an hour. They need to do better staffing at peak times or just hire more people for that section of the store

For whatever reason this particular Tire and Lube Center is inconsistent. On most days I've gone there to get oil changed whether it be semi busy or hardly a customer at all I'd be given the same 'warning' that it would take nearly an hour...even without another car in the entire garage. I give it three stars because they DO listen to my instructions when it comes to my car, in general. I have a faulty driver side window...an electric malfunction preventing it from rolling down...so I tell them to never attempt to roll the window down on the driver side. They've never attempted to. Also, I had a problem one time with another car in which the oil stick had to be inserted a certain way...if not then oil would spray out everywhere...each time I'd leave, raise the hood, and check to be sure they inserted it properly, they had. But in terms of efficiency/quickness I'm like the rest...1 star. It's a shame, though, because I live within 10 minutes of Hillsboro's Wal*Mart but a majority of my time I go out of way and visit the Tire and Lube at Washington Court House's Wal*Mart. They're very quick and they don't tell you it's going to take more than half an hour for a basic oil change...especially if there's no other car awaiting oil change service ahead of you.

I wouldn't even give them a star, but that's not a choice. 10 people standing around. 1 person working. Over 2 hours for an oil change. It's a sad day for Hillsboro Ohio Walmart tire and lube. Then double the price I was quoted. I wont be going back, and I sure will not refer them to anyobe

The guys at Walmart tire center in Hillsboro know what they're doing. Don't give them grief , working with the public isn't easy they do a great job been going there for yrs . Tire discounters don't have nothing on these boys at Hillsboro Walmart hey Dennis.

It would be awesome if they answered phones. Not to be a karen though, if they are short on employees that is understandable. Then walmart needs to hire more. I repeatedly call, nada.

Awful experience...Went inside to be told to "...go back out to the shop area to be processed by a technician."...Was inside for a good 10 minutes before I was told this...then in the shop for another 25 before a tech asked if I had been waited on.The "tech" was anything but...He couldnt figure out how to take my info on his device, so, he handed it to me and told me " go give this to him" and walked away.Then "him" asked me what he was supposed to do.Like I know.Then asked "whats his name?"I dont know...I dont work there.A $70 tire is all I wanted. The rim was off the car and I walked it in. All I needed was the tire and have it mounted on the rim.No balance.No valve stem.No nothing.Just mount it and I'll pay and leave.After 2 hrs I had a tire.Mounted. Balanced. New valve stems. And was charged for it all.Only wanted a $70 tire...Walked out paying $94....WONT.EVER.GO.BACK.#ZEROSTARS

I brought car in 2015 sonic got 4 new tires spent 500 dollars and young mecahic smoked clutch in my car I tried to get out to stop him inside attendent wouldn't open door by the time I got out he had reved engine and got off rack went around parking lot with windows down to remove smell of clutch but im a 34yr mechanic I drove in fine when I left on way home slips in 4th and 5th went back filled a claim they were rude treated me like I was a lier and even told me to fix it myself been 2weeks still no answers on phone and no calls very very unprofessional would not recomend any one with standard car to go there.was told clutch was probably already out why would I buy 4new tires and tint for windows and seat covers an steering wheel cover spend 5005

Awful drove 45 min couse they said they had my tires young boy complained the whole time I got there about customers showing up on Sunday .then walked around for 20 min saying he couldnt find them .suprised I made it back home on my bad tire .this was the 3rd bad exp if had I always go back thinking everyone has a bad day not no more I'll take my 800 bucks to tire discounters in the morning

Went in at 1230 to get an oil change, sat there for 3 hours. All because they couldn't find the oil plug on the truck 2 vehicles ahead of me. Very disappointing
