My boyfriend got a nice 2015 Chevrolet Camero from here. Dave was very helpful and got us a great deal. The only real disappointment I had is we had to apply for financing before we could test drive vehicles. But we got a great deal on the car, and they offered us discounted maintenance for life at the mechanic they use.

I was very impressed with how kind and so enthusiastic about helping and making sure I got to leave with a car shout out to Dave got to leave with a 2015 Chevy Camaro and I really love my car definitely recommend highly just ask for Dave if you go!!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service experience with our sales guy Sergio Hernandez and the owner Tim. It has been a very long time since I've conducted business with anyone that does it the way it used to be done, Integrity is worth far more than money, but people sure do sell theirs cheaply in today's world...it was beyond refreshing to see that a business like theirs still exists in this crazy world. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tim Newman's Best Buy Motors in Hillsboro, Ohio.....my employees already fell in love with their new 3/4 Ton Silverado that Sergio helped us find today !

We just bought a Buick Encore from Best Buy. These people are wonderful. Not only do they go the extra mile to help you get the car of your choice but they are so friendly and work with you every way possible!!! They are a top notch business! I truly recommend Best Buy. Ask for Dave.

This is the best used car lot I have ever dealt with in my life, they treat you just like You're best friends, great cars. Great monthly payment has warranty on the vehicles. Just an awesome dealership.

We purchased a car from Tim 4 years ago and it was the most stress auto purchase y wife and I have ever made. You get the sense that Tim just wants to do what is best for you. He sheds insight into the auto market that helps you make good financial decisions even if it means he loses a sale. We went back to him recently and were treated like returning family and as a result of our discussions with Tim we decided to repair the car we had instead of purchasing another vehicle. Never buy anything from this place. They sell junk cars and anyone who is considering a car from them beware I bought a 2014 truck with low miles that was evidently ran hard had for 25 days and supposedly christian they need to be never buy anything from them 25 grand truck that has a rod knocking and was lied to right off the get go !

Dave and Tim are the best!! First 2 trucks didn't work out but Dave called the next day with our perfect truck! They go way above and beyond what any other dealer would do and they made sure we were happy with our purchase. We love these guys!!

Tim and Dave went above and beyond what any dealership has ever done, to make sure we were 100% happy with our car. When the first car we purchased, didnt work out for us, they did everything they could to get us a car that would be perfect. I want to shout their names from the mountains. If you need a car, go to them, 100% trustworthy and amazing. Thank you. We will be coming back, without a doubt.

Last night I was pleasantly surprised to have the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. From the time my husband had me pulling into Tim Newman's Best Buy Motors until my husband was driving away in his new truck was about 40 minutes. No hassle, no negotiating, fair prices and pleasant customer service. Zach Johnson, our salesman, was knowledgeable, thorough, and very friendly. Pretty blue eyes too! My husband and I would purchase a vehicle from them again and encourage anyone reading this review give them a try. Same service as you would received from a big dealership without all the hassle! Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience!

Wasn t expecting to drive as far as I did for a truck but am glad I did. You absolutely have to check out their inventory in person. Super clean vehicles on lot and quality staff. Totally stress free transaction with shoutout to my sales rep. Thanks Bobbi!

I found the people at Tim's dealership pleasant and honest. They had a vehicle that was very well priced and really went the extra distance in assisting me in getting it purchased. They had to work with an uncooperative bank and a 60 mile distance gap between us but we got the deal done and we love the car. I would refer anyone looking for a used car here with no worries. Very good place to buy.

Nicest people I ve ever met by far!They went out of their way for days trying to help me get into a car. I was careless all a sudden and they really cared about my situation. And worked with me to get me into something. They was even willing to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to get it because I had no way there! If you need a car and want to get one from someone who cares about your needs this is the place to go. They treated my son And me like they ve known us for ever! My son really liked them too!I definitely am going to continue to get my vehicles through them!Thanks guys for all the help! I m blessed to have gotten such caring people in my life!

My company recently purchased a 2015 GMC from Dave S. at Best Buy Motors, Dave was very helpful through the whole process. Dave had most of the paper work completed before we came to pick up the truck, great experience and would highly recommend.

My grandson purchased a truck a year ago this month, he has paid out more on repairs than he has made truck payments! The warranty he purchased, nonone will take, so money wasted..needless to say not happy. Would not recommend buying..a friend of ours had same problem

Called friday interested in a truck but was wanting more info on the damage the truck had onnfront bumper the lady I spoke wi th was unfamiliar with the damage so she said she would find out and call me back, I never heard back. Called Monday afternoon spoke with Zack I asked if they had a carfax on the truck he said no they don't get a carfax on every vehicle unless they are really interested. My concern with buying a used vehicle is I like to know the history and where it came from esp when it's a diesel, I don't want to buy a truck thats seen a lot of salt from up north. He filled me in on that most their vehicles come from auction in West Virginia that they don't come from up north, just because it's coming from auction in WV doesn't mean it didn't come from up north and he assured me that every vehicle goes through a auction inspection before they will allow it to go through. But I'm still set on seeing a carfax before I buy a used vehicle. I got the impression from from Zack that they didn't want to buy a carfax for the truck so I told him I wouldnt be interested unless I saw one and that Im highly interested in this truck. It was at this point I could sense frustration so I told him I wouldn't buy the truck since it didn't have carfax. More conversation went on and he said why don't you just give me your name and number cheif in a frustrated tone. I'm sorry but I lost all respect for this company when a sales associate refers to a customer as cheif I told him I was no longer interested in their truck. Poor customer service in my opinion esp when under meet the team this guy has 10 years in retail sales.

I bought a Cadillac SRX. When I bought the car they keep pushing the warranty they had for it and I declined but they were persistent with it and keep saying everything it cover Especially electrical and added on anyways. alittle after taking the car home I started have multiple issues with the car a lot are electrical problems so leads me to believe they knew what was wrong with the car before sell it to me. Not to mention it cost $100 for every problem they fix even with the warranty. So it has costed me so much just coming off their lot and I have only owned for 5 months.
