It's the only place I will buy my parts. The employees are both knowledgeable and helpful. The only sell quality parts. I even buy my classic car parts there

Very kind and helpful a call in advance gave them time to have it ready on my arrival one gentleman even carried my idems to the car. I was able to get what I needed and get to car painted and repaired on time no delays.

Customer service is great when you are waited on by one of the older workers. But, the new employees at the Hillsboro store are unhelpful, rude, and unknowledgeable. My family and friends have been going to Smyth's Auto Parts for over 30 years+. Matthew In the warehouse was very helpful at your Mt. Carmel store.

Employees gave me dirty looks, sneered and made jokes behind my back (i was looking rough from being up all night working on 2011ram camshaft) i had to walk to the store for a bucket to hold the coolant i still needed to drain- the least your employees could do is not make fun of a guy having a hard time. I will never go back. Hillsboro OH.
