I have taken my vehicles to Robbins Auto for several years now. The transparency, communication, and quality of work are all top tier. Repairs are always done efficiently and professionally. My vehicles have always left fully fixed after the first visit.They are always friendly and treat you more like a neighbor than a customer. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a honest and trustworthy local repair shop.

Absolutely amazing customer service and amazing owner! My vehicle was at Robbins and my wife and I decided to trade that car in while it was still in and the dealership needed a picture of the VIN and the mileage. Debbie didn t hesitate to go out to my car and take the pictures for me! Also if you re looking for an honest mechanic that will be upfront with you and honest, Robbins is definitely the place. I highly suggest you use Robbins as your auto mechanic needs.

When people ask me where I take my vehicles for maintenance, I always recommend Robbins. Bill, Debbie and the staff are super nice people and I have built a trusting relationship with them over the years. I feel like I get a fair and honest quote and the work is always done right, the first time. When I talk to friends about vehicle maintenance one concern that always comes up is the fear of being taken advantage of and I never feel like that when I go to Robbins. Their new shop is fantastic and the lobby area is super clean, which is nice when you have to wait.

Excellent experience. First time using Robbins and they were honest, informative, and communicated with me through the entire process. My issue stemmed from a previous provider and Robbins went above and beyond coordinating with the other provider to yield the best outcome for me. Highly recommend.

I was putting off taking my car in to be looked at because as a young woman who doesn't know much about cars I've been taken advantage of by other mechanics in the past. Well this places doesn't do that. The lady that answers the phone is very nice and super helpful and accommodating. She'll text you if that's easier for you and when she says she'll get back with you she does unlike some other places. Now I spoke with the guy that looked at my car and he was very honest and explained it in a way I could understand. He took the time to call me and when I asked his opinion he was straight forward and gave me his genuine opinion not trying to make money just trying to be helpful and he was. I will definitely be back knowing you can trust the people working on your car is I think hard to come by.

I was told by another shop that my truck needed an engine which i was skeptical so I took the truck to Robbins for a second opinion and they found the issue which turned out to be a way easier and cheaper fix. Definitely trust Robbins moving forward to service and repair my vehicles.

Honest, open & extremely friendly. Ask for details? The mechanic will come talk to you and the entire staff so far has been 10/10 pleasant all around.The work done was top notch, done same day & very fair priced. They will do any work I cannot do myself for the foreseeable future.Highly recommended to give them a chance, you won't regret it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I love my car. It's a 2011 and has been driven by me for 269,000 miles to clients of ours - in a zip code area of 166 zip codes.My Mechanic of Choice is Robbins Automotive Service. His staff and he are wonderful, competent people, and the price is always competitive.Please know I trust the Robbins Staff with all my mechanical repairs.

Robbins Auto Service is AMAZING. They are ALWAYS super honest, professional, and affordable. There have been multiple times that we have taken our vehicle there and picked it up with the surprise that they have been able to fix it for WAY less than we were estimated at drop off! They really dig into the problem and are thorough at being aware of any issues, and are so excited when they are able to save you money. They treat it as they would their own vehicle and you can rarely find that any more. The work is high quality and so is the customer service. 10/10

I ve been going to Robbins Auto Service for years. I live an hour away, but continue to make the drive because of the knowledge, experience, and integrity they have. Everyone is friendly, and the waiting room is very nice. My last car was reaching 260,000 miles, and they gave me honest advice about whether it was more worthwhile to continue to invest in repairs or get another vehicle. I did end up purchasing a new car, and continue to drive there for services.

Robbins is all around the best auto shop. Bill and Debbie are amazing! They go out of their way to try and help you save money and have never suggested anything that wasn t necessary. Bill has come to my mom s rescue several times after she was getting ripped off by other shops. Even knowing what they wanted to charge, he was well below their quote and does great work.

Best mechanics around! The quality of work, the honesty and integrity of the staff is beyond exceptional. If you need your car worked on, come to Robbins Auto Service for an outstanding job. They also do not put anything on your car that is used or from a junk yard and offer nice warranties to go with their work.

Wish i could give Robbins Auto Service 10 STARS!!! (Google only allows 5) In these times its hard to find a trustworthy person, Bill and his crew are top notch. I have never been to a better mechanic who has been upfront and honest. I know whatever my cars need, Robbins will get them back on the road and they will be safe for my wife and kids to be in.

Great experience, Finding an honest mechanic is very difficult when moving states. I know that anytime I went to Robbins I was being told the truth at fair prices. 1st class shop, 1st class people! I Recommend this shop over any of the others I've been to in town!

You won t find a better automotive repair shop in the area! This business is family run with great values and they truly care about the customer. They are open, upfront and honest about all of their services. Not to mention they are quick to get to your vehicle and they have great prices. I highly recommend them for any auto services no matter how big or small.
