Ty and todd were awesome. Ty drove the truck and positioned it without putting muddy tracks in our yard and was very professional, timely and efficient with handling the furniture. He answered any questions we had and I would definitely recommend them to do any deliveries!

I have major social anxiety and going to this Rent to own really made me feel comfortable. Larissa Taylor was an amazing help and she really encouraged me to get the best deals. I am happy with my purchase and I m happy that I had such a helpful staff to help me out. The man with the glasses also was an amazing help. He brightened the mood and it a more comfortable place for me to be in.

They won't do what they sayAnd they will keep stealing your money from your account without permissionI've been paying my insurance for them they took my washer to repair and charge my account for way more than supposed to they are a bad business

They re awesome! I bought my furniture on a whim, they delivered it same day! Prices are amazing and they re super accommodating! Delivery with smiles on their faces! They are gentle and respectful too! Always have my business!

I have been a customer of R2O for almost 10 years. The Hillsboro location is my choice of store. The store manager Lonette, is truly a wonderful person. I transferred my account from Washington CH to Hillsboro because of her. She takes the time to listen and is always willing to take the extra steps to help her customers. Of all the R2O stores I've visited this one feels like home.i know of several other customers who feel as I do.

I absolutely love this R2O. Every one of them have helped me at different times, and saved me from having nothing when I needed it most. The management is fantastic, and the employees are all so caring. They give great deals with your situation in mind. I appreciate every single one of them!

The manager lonette here at the Hillsboro area was very sweet, honest, and was very comforting walking me through the steps in buying my steam deck I highly recommend her service couldn t have asked for better service

I'm not sure the names of the 2 men that helped save a kitten under the van in the parking lot . One even crawled all the way under the van to get this kitten. Thank you so much. It warmed my heart to see such compassion from these 2 men.

The staff here is always so amazing and friendly! I always appreciate the wholesome and positive attitudes of the very first R2O location to open up. They give everyone the chance to have nice stuff without all the credit checks. Not everyone can afford to buy something in a lump sum or have the perfect credit and it s great to have an option like this. They are always understanding if something comes up. Great store with great service as always!
