Burton's is a pretty much no hassle scrap yard. The only problem is sometimes you have to wait because only one vehicle can get back to the yard at a time.

Tried to steal money from my kid. Gave him the wrong transmission now will not return it even though they guaranteed 30 day warranty had his only been 2 weeks

Insurance has nothing to do with them not letting you in back. It's so they can get more of your money. And get what you don't need. It's a scam. Only salvage yard saying insurance thing. I'll just avoid them and give my business to the others around the area.

I am Sure they have some good parts here. However due to loosing insurance you can no longer go into the yard. Kinda takes the fun out of it when ur wanting to just pick through the yard. I totally get the they don't want people in there while they aren't insured. There are alot of dumb people that probably ruined it for the people that respect the rules.

Got some older bus parts that I needed but it took some effort. Lots of rough terrain out back and giant fluid-filled puddles on the way there. Be advised that they do not allow you to go back in the yard on your own any more as per new insurance regulations.

Nice guys, always helpful. Can call and ask for a part and they will go pull it off a vehicle immediately. Good deals on tires, cheapest I've ever found them.

We drove an hour for a radiator.. Come home and put it on and it leaked bad.. Hopefully we will see if they make it right.. So we got it exchanged.. But Idk if its going to last.. I won't return.. Personal preference...

Either no one knows what you're talking about or no one knows what you're looking for. And no one knows about the phone call from earlier either. And if you're lucky enough for someone to know what part you're looking for, and may have even pulled it off a vehicle to sell you, 1 of the older guys at the desk may send you home with the wrong part because they have no idea what the part even looks like. But close enough, right?!

Good prices goid inventory i give a 5 stars rating customer service i take back 3 stars every time iv gone there i have have to wait forever just to talk to someoneBut if you want to sell them scrap metal they get you in and out no problem

Had good dealing while I was there. Two of the workers helped unload some items that was heavy. Very friendly guys in the yard.

Rudest customer service. Have called on several occasions about various parts and they do not even take the time it would require to look it up; they just say "no we don't have it". Very rude every time.

Great bunch of guys. Very knowledgeable about the car parts they have in stock. Very friendly staff. Good recycling center.
