Went here yesterday evening to get a few things and I had no idea what I was looking for, the employee thar helped me was very kind and helped me find exactly what I needed.

I had selected an economy set of wiper blades. The man at the counter offered to look up the proper set for my truck. I agreed. He found that the set would fit my application, but offered me an option that saved me money. That's great service!

Justin went out of his way to help me. After the can of air didn't fill tire enough, he stood outside in the freezing cold with a small air compressor. He was the kindest young man I've seen in a long time. He truly cares and provided excellent service.

Had to exchange an alternator that was purchased a month ago. Warranty is good and after another faulty part, a new alternator is on my car. Staff very helpful!

The employees were all extremely nice and helpful and the store was very clean. The employee helped me carry my car parts to my car as well which was very nice. I also really like that their alternators (and maybe their other parts) have a lifetime warranty. Their prices are very comparable to other automotive shops and they do more comprehensive battery testing than their competitors. I would definitely recommend O'Reillys to others.

They are always really helpful when we stop in and we stop in a lot. There is usually some type of coupon that we are able to use too. They always send us home with the correct part, size, etc. of what we need.

Shannon at O'Reilly Auto parts in Hillsboro Ohio is a very sassy and mean person. I went in last night to get brake parts cleaner and got to the checkout and had the cleaner sitting on the checkout. She walked all the way to the other end of practically and then yelled at me asking what I needed. She had walked right past me when I had both of them sitting on the counter and she wanted me to go down to where she was. got so mad at her I went over to AutoZone across the street. She is always this way, sometimes I have gone in there and she was yelling at other employees or being mean to other customers. There was a guy there once that was the same way I filed a complaint about him and he was fired shortly thereafter. I hope she gets fired.

If possible I wouldn't give any stars. When I'm desperate and have to go here, the employees don't want to assist and make it seem like it's a problem they have to look something up for me. I went in today and the employees were talking amongst themselves and I had to interrupt them to get service. The store manager is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

It's not a place I get excited about going to. Waiting in line is my largest issue. Their staff is much better than their competitors. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Friendly but needed 3 parts and only had 1. Inventory is a little off. All 3 items were supposed to be in stock

The clerk that waited on me put the oil in my car for me and the Sea Foam in my gas tank. He was so helpful. Thank you. I only shop O'Reilly for my car parts
