Steve, Mandy and team made the entire experience super easy and pleasant! Love my new 2024 Silverado 2500! In all of the years I have done business here, I have never had a bad experience! I would recommend Haag Motors to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! They stand behind what they sell!

The customer service and repair turned out well. The cost was ridiculous from the get go and almost 100 dollars higher than what I was quoted. Dealership repairs are naturally high anyway. Mind blown.

Will do what it takes to sell you a car but won't tell you the truth on everything instead only what you need to hear . go elsewhere get a better deal then getting stuck with a large bill to fix your car even when you are told the protection plan you pay 2000. Dollars for will cover your problems. Also was told that if we had better credit we could have picked a different plan but since we had to use credit acceptance as a lender thats the plan we get. Even though we paid for the plan.. buyers beware and make sure you understand it all. Because they sure won't tell you..only what they want you to hear..

i had the oil change in my 2013 Yukon on Wednesday by Saturday it was leaking oil with it being a holiday weekend i had to wait to call and get it looked at i called on the next business day and they got me in and corrected the problem which was a loose oil filter and they also found 2 loose spark plugs and fixed them also at no cost thank you for your prompt attention to my problem

Have dealt with Steve Haag for over 40 years.Have always been satisfied with how our family has been treated and serviced. The only problem he has now is getting new cars in to sell. I think GM needs to step up to the plate and get him product to sell.

Everyone there was extremely helpful and Steve Haag was able to find almost exactly the car I wanted, the entire staff was wonderful to work with from the test drive to filing out the financial paperwork. It was nice to have the sales person sit the car with me to walk me though setting things up and go over how it worked before I drove it off the lot too. I also very much appreciate the loan of a car until mine arrived a few days later since mine was no longer safe to drive. Thankful the service department found the problem in my frame and grateful Steve and his team were able to get me into a new safe car so quickly. This is the second new car I have purchased there and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone and I'll be back again for future vehicle purchases.

Had a great experience. I chose Jerry Haag to do auto body repair to my 2013 VW CC and they did a phenomenal job. Trevor is the guy that walked me through the entire process. He kept me updated , got the parts fast, and they even gave the car a detail job. Highly recommend in Hillsboro

Screw this place. I'll never do business with them again. They know what your what your part # is but won't give it to ya. And they charge twice what they should. Lost my business! Who cares right!?

All the people there were great and easy to work with my only problem or complaints would be that I noticed several things wrong with the car after I got the car home. I understand it s a used vehicle but these things definitely should have been fixed or repaired I m hoping I can bring the car back in and they will make it right thank you!

Took our 2013 Buick Regal in for what was a probable cylinder head issue. Through their thorough diagnostics, they were able to determine that it was actually needing a new engine. They were very informative during the process of what was recommended and our options for the best route of action. After the engine was replaced, our vehicle needed a new battery and ground wire. They were very swift and kind in providing us with a loaner vehicle while our car still needed work. After it was all said and done, our car was back on the road again like a new car. Thanks Jerry Hagg Motors for your great service and patience during this entire time!

I never respond to surveys. I never take my vehicles to a dealership for repairs because of what I consider ridiculous pricing. You people have changed my mind. Your service department actually listened to my concerns and were thorough, professional, and affordable regarding the necessary repairs to my vehicle. I will definitely return. I'm going to trade in my vehicle in the next 12mths. and will come see what we can do. You can thank your service department for the potential sale. I would feel confident purchasing a vehicle from you knowing what to expect from your service department.

Had my car serviced there for a water pump leak last week. Super friendly and super fast. Bill in service took care of me and kept me up to date on everything that was getting done or going to get done. Would go back again if need be.

I called and was able to get an oil change the next day. I dropped my vehicle off and came back later that day to pick up. I asked for pricing on new tires and I was given a few different choices. That way I can research what I want. Awesome Job I will be back for sure.
