I have to express my gratitude! Very willing to repair my tire that was rapidly losing air EVEN at closing time, after being turned down by tire discounters in Hillsboro, who didn't even offer a referral (I had to ask) OR offer to put air in the tire to make sure I made it safely across town TO Best One and not stranded on the side of the road with a blown tire. As a woman who was by herself, and freaking out a bit, their generosity and the willingness to go above and beyond for me, meant so much! THANK YOU Best One!!!

I had a lawn mower tire put on my rim. Reasonable price and very friendly staff. I returned and got 4 tires put on my van. Surprise!! The price includes mount, balance and installation and old tire disposal. Much cheaper than Walmart wanted for the same tires.

I was sent here from Enterprise car rental, as I was out of town here in Hillsboro and their customer service lacks here. I would ask a question and the gentleman behind the desk was very rude and short with me and then started to swear saying how busy he was etc. Like this was my fault Enterprise sent me here etc. I honestly will not recommend them to my son whom just moved in the area to give them any business. Not the way I was treated. It's sad anymore how this world is becoming.

I have to give them 2 stars just because their prices are good.But it took them 4.5 hours to do an alignment and mount/balance 4 new tires on my F150 (I had an appointment). Supposedly they were short staffed, but while I sat there and waited, over a half dozen other people came and went with various alignments, oil changes, new tires, etc.. This is the third time in a couple months that I or a family member has had a similar experience there. The higher prices over at Tire Discounters are starting to look more and more worth it.

$26 to repair a tire that had a nail in it that had a slow leak lol. Will never return to this place when I can get a new tire mounted and balanced for $50 anywhere else. Paid twice as much as anywhere else charges. Do not recommend at all. Just wow!!

Purchased 4 tires today for my truck, very satisfied. Shane the salesman was professional and courteous. Prices below most competitors. Would highly recommend.

Dropped off a tire, requesting a valve stem replacement. What I got was charged for stem replacement, mounting and balancing, cleaning the bead out because it was leaking, which had been checked before dropping off, and was fine. I price checked before drop off, and new stem, and mount and balance a tire was less then I got charged. The stem that was replaced was supposed to be new when Best One put the tires on when new. Guess stems don t outlast tires anymore.

Off the beaten path, but worth the trip. Big truck tire service was prompt and fairly priced and a good selection of new and used tires. They also have a fleet of road and job-site service trucks. Friendly, family atmosphere, and part of the huge Best One tire service system.

Very bad customer service and not holding up to there garuntee. They put tires on my car bacwards and then said they wouldn't replace them instead they said they would turn them. So I went they turned both again so that then made them flip the correct tire around bacwards. They put my car in malfunction and within a month later I called they agreed to fix the malfunction instead they just cleared my codes on my BMW 5 Series and this being my 3rd visit do to there very bad service. And told me I needed a battery. So I went and got a new battery with my warranty. It killed the battery and ruined it and car still won't work right I have changed the battery in on warranty 3 more times since and now my warranty holders are trying to tell me I can't use my warranty anymore it's a 3 year warranty and it's good for unlimited exchange. So now I've lost job home and had my baby. Still sitting with nothing done for the poor service and damage done to my car. Something needs to be done.

Called for ballpark pricing on a tire for my friend in Ohio while I'm out of state and the woman on the phone was very rude. Refusing to tell me cheapest to most expensive range. Not that difficult.

2 hour wait for an oil change even though had an appointment 3 walkins taken care of before my vehicle even taken in so gonna be generous and give them a 1 rating.
