Well this afternoon I came in to the AutoZone in Hillsboro Ohio 45133 I am a frequent customer here and in Clinton counties AutoZone usually everything goes nice and smooth no complaints today I came in just looking I found a thing of truck coding bed coating on clearance took it up there apparently the one that one was in the wrong place understandable that happens so I went back and grabbed the other one and he kept trying to stay it wasn't that he was doing me a favor of taking it down to $9 but that one was in the wrong place too so I was smart enough to look at the UPC on it and on the tag and it's exactly the one that was supposed to be and he kind of made me feel like belittling me cuz I knew exactly what it was I'd looked at the UPC so my visit here today was not well also he didn't ask me about my rewards or anything like that so very disappointed

Spoke with Charles today and he assisted me with my seat covers that I purchased a couple of weeks back. He was very polite and informative! Will most definitely be coming back!

Great service, advice, choices, prices. I needed wiper blades before winter. Super helpful employee showed me options for my Kia. He came outside, put them on car too! Thank you! I'll be back when I need something.

Charles was an amazing helper in trying to help me figure out how to take my key out of my ignition. Took maybe 10 to 15 minutes to figure it out and I got it so I do recommend this place for any car troubles and/or repairs

I had the worst luck the other day omw to work, 2 blown out tires and had no idea what I was going to do. I drove to auto zone in Hillsboro because they were the closest to me, walked inside and asked if anyone could help. A man name Charles came out and helped me in a heart beat no questions asked. He changed my first tire then drove me to tire discounters on his own gas and helped me get some new tires. I appreciate Charles more than he knows, he s an extremely helpful guy. He didn t have to help me but he did right away. Just kept telling me he s been through the same before. Everyone needs a guy like Charles in their life! Thank you Charles at Auto-zone in Hillsboro.

One guy was super helpful, one guy tried to humiliate the helpful guy, and the third guy was Ryde and the opposite of helpful.The parts I wanted were not in stock, and my mechanic advised against these coil packs. I got 4 spark plugs (still not the brand I wanted but the best they had) I asked to borrow a sparkplug wrench and Mr not helpful said they didn't have that (so much for the loaner program they have) I asked if he knew if O'Reilly across the street might have that to loan and he said they probably do. Before I could tell him I must have bought my plugs at the wrong place, the helpful guy came back out and loaned me the tool.

Always friendly and helpful. Even if they don't have what you're looking for or needing, they'll refer you to another parts store they think may be able to help you.

I went in here on August 30th super close to closing time and I know how irritated people get about people coming In last minute. But I m guessing he was the closing manager. Didn t catch his name but he was super nice and had a good sense of humor and even helped me out so thanks for the smile and helping me out

The people that work here at Autozone always do the best work, they go above and beyond their expected activity. Everytime I come here they help save me money and even help install parts depending on what it is. They helped test my battery free of charge and then installed it for me. They were also very helpful in helping me identify the name of certain parts that I will be going to buy in the future.

They had everything I needed except 1 item the clerk said let me make a phone call and he had the part I needed in 1 hour at the store went up and beyond his customer service he could have told me it would be a few days to get the part but he didn t he got it in 1 hour thanks Auto Zone

I just love all the employees at the Hillsboro, Ohio location. I have had a series of car problems over the last 18 months or so, and every time I go in to this store to purchase parts I'm met with kind, caring, funny, and helpful employees. As a woman who knows very little about what I'm doing mechanically, I appreciate the extra mile they go to help me. Forever Grateful for all you do!

The manager up there is rude and nasty and accused some lady of stealing when she followed him around trying to pay him for a clamp. 3 times mind you. He refused to ring her up ( was just standing there not doing anything but bouncing a ball ) said she had to wait for the other employee (who was with other customers )he even yelled over her to help people who had just walked in, over helping her. (If it had been me I would have rung her up so she could get out that much faster...some days you get a grumpy customer but it's how you handle it that makes you a leader and someone to learn from) Then told her to leave and not come back she was banned, because she asked his name which he refused to give and for the above him bosses number....wow who would have figured you could become a manager with an attitude like that....I'll go to O'Reilly's across the street from now on....SMH

The store associates were very patient with me and helped me find exactly what I wanted. When I struggled with putting on my new wiper blades the store manager Brandon Beatty volunteered to help me and showed me exactly how to do it. My experience with Auto Zone was the best, and I highly reccomend going there for all your car part needs.

They the part I needed installed the new wiper blade. An in doing so found a large screw in my tire. Many thanks to the service tech for installing the the new wiper blade. But I for also finding the screw in my tire. I'm disabled and thats why they helped by changing the wiper blade. The weather was raining and wet traffic was heavy if my tire would have blown put or went flat there's no way I have changed. I drove directly to a national chain of tire stores. To have the tire fixed the tire was still holding air.The store manager walks out spends 3 seconds looking at and I quote " Oh! we CAN'T fix that these were not older tires. The screw wasn't it the sidewall it was in the first row of trend. I didn't mention I took him a customer yesterday who bought a new tire. He recommended I go back to Auto Zone and plug it myself it's very clear that I'm disabled.I placed one phone to Chuck Wait tire bought a can of fix a flat just in case

AutoZone is a place where you never get an answer when you call but when you're there they make you wait, mid sentence, so they can anwer the phone. Not sure if this is a company policy because it's happened at every AutoZone in every town I've lived. Last week they gave me the wrong part, twice. 4 trips to town later I got the right one. In the guys defense, I have an 07 with an 06 part from the factory. I only go there on the rare occasion they have what I need $20 cheaper than across the street

Hillsboro AutoZone now has a lifetime customer heading from home to camping and break caliper locked up they had the parts I need and let me borrow the tools to get the job done in the parking lot. Super friendly super helpful. One of the fellas help me bleed the break lines to get me going again. I have never felt so humble for the generosity that these employees had for me that day. If I knew who to talk to they need a raise. Thank you AutoZone staff for all the help

People are mostly always nice there are the occasional ass hat but thats not your fault its probably caused by the idiots who come in and argue why they cant return a product that they have no packaging for and has gone well past the return time.

I couldn't believe how helpful they were! My husband was out of town and lights were flashing! LOL. The staff knew exactly what I needed. I didn't even know where to put the fluid or how to check the oil. It was late in the evening and mechanic shops were closed. These guys filled my fluids and installed a windshield wiper for me. I am so grateful!
