It was my first time using their services and was not disappointed at all. I got the Old School vibe and have found a place to feel comfortable with and hope to do business with for a long time. I highly recommend them for you auto repair needs.

This is my new go-to shop!! These guys all made our vacation a reality fixing our suburban's air ride suspension the night before a trip....and all even without an appointment! We could not have been able to pull our camper the next day if they hadn't been so dedic ated to making it happen for us! We shall always be so thankful for their kind generosity! You guys ROCK!!!

These people are great!! They know what they are doing, are honest about the work that needs done, and their pricing is right for a good mechanic! They were so helpful. I hadn't bought a car in years. I was honestly scared. I called Atkinson Automotive and the lady was so kind and helpful. They inspected the car for free! They told me yes it's a used car but it's been maintained and it's solid and runs well. I don't think I could ever thank them enough. I will recommend this business to others.

Very helpful. Allen was the guy who took care of me and he seemed to be very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Also was very informative about what was going on and how i could handle the problem in more ways than one. Awesome place I definitely would recommend them to anyone who asked me.

I absolutely love this place. Danielle came and picked up my car on a few occasions to get it diagnosed and fixed...she even brought it to me when it was done. She went above and beyond for me with my car situation and I cannot thank her and the other employees enough for getting my car back in a quick time!!!

My vehicle ran hot while traveling from out of town on a Saturday. Service manager was very knowledgeable and eager to diagnose the issue and made sure my vehicle was okay before they closed for the day. Thankfully it was nothing major but the fact that they took the time to squeeze me in says a lot about the care they have for their customers. Definitely recommend!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Dropped off a Ford Escape that needed a tie rod, axel, and alignment. Was given a $330 quote Told to drop it off Monday and it would be done at the end of the day. They Called @ 2:30 and said it needed a wheel bearing because they couldn t get the assembly back together . Now cost is $600. I said ok. They call back @ 6:30 said they couldn t get the alignment done for 2 days. (They use tire discounters or best one for there alignments). I call the shop at 4:30 on Wednesday to check the status of my vehicle. I am told it ll be finished when it s finished. Don t call us we ll call you. Got my car back an hour later, along with a quote for a lower control arm and steering rack, for $500. Double the quoted price, triple the quoted time. Will never go back. Lots of other places in town that are more professional.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Tim and Danielle are very professional I took my car there to have my brakes look at and I need a brake booster. They went out of their way to find a new part for my car and I found it they are very nice and caring and understandable I definitely will recommend taking my car back there again if I have a problem with my car I will give them 10stars ic they allowed me to. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate it

Tim Atkinson is a great mechanic. He gets the job done and done right. He won't steer you wrong. Him and his entire crew have never pushed to do any unnecessary work. The only time I have ever seen them push for anything has been safety issues with the vehicle. Other than thatb they have only ever made suggestions. Great shop, great people.

By far, the absolute best automotive repair shop that I have ever experienced, and I am no spring chic in pushing 60! Tim & Danielle Atkinson (and Allen) really know their business and I totally trust them in the care of any vehicle we own.They have always been upfront and honest when fixing our cars and definitely try to save you from spending any unnecessary funds (even when I pulled a Daisy Dukes and had all four tires off the ground at the same time when I wound up jumping someone s culvert at 55 MPH - which wasn t pretty!). They go above and beyond to make sure that you are getting the best service possible, and they consider your safety as their #1 priority.They are down-to-earth, good & caring people who operate their business from a stance of integrity with the conscience needed to treat their customers with the dignity and respect for which they deserve. You can tell that Tim, Danielle, Allen (or anyone else they might happen to have working for them at any given time) are customer focused and will try to fill your needs as soon as humanly possible.Due to my military service, I have moved around quite a bit and have had the opportunity to deal with quite a number of repair shops across the country in year s past. So, I have a seen a lot of ploys used in order to take advantage of the poor female s lack of mechanical knowledge ! You will not find that mentality at Atkinson Automotive. Therefore, when you find a pure gem of a shop such as this, you stick with them and they start to feel like extended family.

They were down to just one mechanic and finished my car in diagnosising and repairing my car in 6 days. Reasonably priced! Nice people.

I needed 2 headlight bulbs replaced in a Chevy pickup. He had to take the whole front off the truck to get to the bulbs. He stopped what he was working on and put the bulbs in on a Saturday evening. 1st stop customer and will definitely be back with my automotive needs.Thanks again Atkinson Automotive
