Today is the last time I bring my truck in here for its standard rotation and balancing. I bought my truck tires (Michelin) from this shop a few years ago, but ever since then, getting any routine maintenance done at this location has been a nightmare. Today's ordeal - I had my truck SCHEDULED for a basic tire rotation and balancing at 10am. Arrived on time and was told it would be done within 1-2 hours. I go across the street to do some work while they get this completed. Come back around 12:15pm to find my truck hasn't been moved from where I parked it in the morning. Come to find out...my truck wasn't even pulled in to start yet...after over 2 hours. Was told they were backed up from some other jobs and just had not got to mine yet. Why schedule me at 10am if you know you don't have capacity to start on my truck at 10am or at least soon after? But then, to not even have started after 2 hours, is not acceptable in this case for a scheduled appointment, especially when I was never given an update or told anything different.This is the third incident I've had with this particular shop in regards to scheduling, long delays, etc. since I bought my tires from them. I have NEVER had issues with any other Tire Discounters location other than this one. While I love the company as a whole, this shop will be avoided at all costs moving forward. Just a word of caution from anyone using this particular location.

Service has always been great at Tire Discounters Hilliard/Mill Run location. I have has a lot of service done there over the last 15 years. Many sets of tires, brake work, etc. However, cost is getting a bit expensive. This time, had two tires that were slowly leaking air. Asked them to check them out to see if has any nails etc in them. Was given estimate of $120! WOW. Turns out, was just leaking around the rim/bead. They cleaned the bead areas on the rims and re-mounted the tires, balanced etc. Took about 30 minutes. Final bill was $85!As a comparison, about 2 years ago, I did have a nail in a tire (different car) and took it to the Walmart Tire Center. They removed the tire from the rim, fixed the hole, re-mounted etc. Cost was less than $20.So, as I mentioned above, service has been great, no complaints, but I will have to start shopping around due to cost.

Dropped off for routine maintenance oil change and tire rotation. Service completed quickly! They pointed out that brakes were starting to wear thin and recommended service, but did not try to push me when I explained I had planned on waiting until the end of the month to have them done. Very thorough explanation of work done and findings as well. Been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Sometimes can be a little slow but that's due to the volume of work they do with staff levels, not a negative in any way!

Went to this place because it s closest to me. Went in on a Thursday evening to get a quote for a rim and tire. I was driving on a spare. I knew the rim was bent and would need replaced as well. Spent sometime with Stephen figuring out pricing. I could ve gotten aluminum Volkswagen nice looking rim for 300$. Or I could ve gotten a budget friendly black steel rim. Eventually after talking with family I decided to save money and go for the cheaper option. Stephen ordered it and said it should be here the next day but with the weather they weren t sure. Also instead of putting a deposit down. They allowed me to leave my old rim and tire as collateral which was nice. Next day I got a call that the rim was in and they would put the new tire on it. So that when I came in later that day they could just throw the rim and tire on and be in and out. I get there after work and they get my car in pretty quick. I asked them to check what other rims are bent on my car so I can come back later and get them replaced. They put my tire and rim on and park the car out front. I ask them what other rims are bent and they say the technician forgot to check. And they would have to pull the car back in and check. So this added another 20 minutes. They told me the back two were bent. Finally they have me pay and added 20$ to what I was originally quoted. I informed them that Stephen quoted me a different price. And after talking to Stephen he came back and said there was confusion whether I wanted a remanufactured rim or not. He adjusted the price which I appreciated. But now I m questioning the quality of the rim. Ultimately I m back on the road and I didn t have to pay an arm and a leg. Just wish the process went a little smoother and that the pricing issue didn t happen. Fernando was great to talk to and I wish he could ve handled the whole process. Overall not my worst auto shop experience. Probably will be back.

I had a wonderful, first time experience here. Fernando was helpful and went above and beyond to get me a specific tire for my car and installed within the same day. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I ll be back!

I m from out of town and had a leaking tire. Husband in the hospital i found this tire discounters today and they couldn t have been any more wonderful! The manager and Mr, Diaz were exceptional! I highly recommend this particular Tire Discounters. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so very much!!

Well, I gave this store another chance after a bad experience years ago. In short, I still won t be using them in the future and I might be done with Tire Discounters in general.They found a nail in my tire and told me that the sidewall would interfere with a repair and that my only option is a new tire... They ordered a new tire and mounted my spare in the meantime. I checked the tire myself when I got home and found that the nail was far enough from the sidewall to plug. Repaired it myself, saved the tire (which had a good amount of tread left), and saved a few hundred bucks.

John is THAT guy!!He s the only mechanic I ve trusted for the past several years for every car issue we ve run into.Being a woman and needing mechanic work done is a nightmare but I always know he s trustworthy & keeps it real.I ve also sent many family members & friends to him.He s impeccable with his work, thorough, and best of all- honest.

DO NOT USE. Horrible service. I bought brand new tires and received my car back with 4 damaged rims (see photos). All scratched to hell when they put the new tires on. One was not sealed properly. Now all the sudden its my rim, that never was an issue with the old tires. Refuse to take responsibility of their mistakes. The gentlemen next to me in the lobby has also been in and out of here for over a month because of issues with his new tire installation as well.

I was in and out quickly with brand new tires, under budget, with the peace of mind that my vehicle was taken care of. I ll be back for my regular rotations and services as needed. And I highly recommend this location to everyone I know.

Excellent customer service. I was helping my son with 4 tires for his vehicle late on Friday 1hr before closing. We were expecting to have to come back the next day for the alignment but they stayed over and got it all done . Very friendly people. Even though I live on the other side of town I'll be bringing them my business !!

Went to Tire discounters to get all four tires replaced, and they got me in and out within an hour. They were transparent with pricing and thoroughly explained the things I didn't understand. Likely where I'll be getting tires going forward. Thanks again!

Fast, honest, high quality! We were passing through from out of state and needed emergency service. They worked us in quickly, explained all of our options, and helped us get on our way home. If you re local, go here!!! You will be glad you did!

Hillard location was a great experience. Tim was upfront with everything and was willing to work with me to find the right option for me. He really made the decision easy.The service was quick, and with all 4 tires being replaced I basically have an extremely safe vehicle now covered for basic tire life upkeep.Steve also helped me understand some other maintenance I could get worked on in the future.Never felt pressured, easily took a no when I said I didn't want something.Would recommend!

These guys are literally the best!The partnership with Uber to get me to and from their shop, so I can continue with my day - genius.Their work - impeccable.I needed four brand new tires and they had me in and out, during us into their schedule!Then, when my tire found a screw on the road, it was a single appointment, handled and taken care of, back in the road within an hour.I won't be going anywhere else for a long time.

I came in with a screw in my tire, not close to the rim or anything, and was told it was in an Unfixable spot where it couldn t be patched, and that I would need a whole new tire. I remembered I might still have a warranty at Discount Tire, and when I went there lo and behold, they were able to patch my tire. This was a while ago, patch has held up well. I m not sure if it was because I was a young woman alone, but I 100% feel as if this location tried to take advantage of my situation to make extra money. I would discourage anyone with little knowledge on cars (such as myself) to go to a different location, as I doubt I m the only person they ve attempted to pull this on.

I've been going to this location for years when I need tires on my personal vehicles and any maintenance I needed on my company vehicles. Always had a good experience. I have a 2020 truck that I purchased new. Besides the first oil change, they were the only ones that have done the oil changes. The truck now has 50K miles.I actually enjoy working on my vehicles and had some time on a Sunday and figured I'd do this oil change myself. When I went to loosen the drain plug, it was extremely tight, so I used a 12" breaker bar to break it loose. After it broke loose, the drain plug just spun and did not back out. When I brought it back to them, they told me it was my fault and offered no resolution.As long as everything goes well, they are good to deal with, but as soon as something goes wrong, they will not stand behind their work.

I've taken my car to the local on Mill Run for years to get new tires, balancing, rotation and other inspections done. Its always quick and the techs are always courteous, straightforward & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I recently found myself in need of a new set of tires suddenly in the middle of a very busy day. I walked into your store really set on a different brand of tires that were not apart of your current stock. Spoke with a super friendly Representative Ani K. expecting to be scheduled a few days out. To my surprise he made a great suggestion Comparable to the brand I was hoping for and was able to get me in right away!I drove away feeling extremely satisfied and love my new smooth riding tires!Thank You so much!

Needed a new starter on my work truck. Tim and the crew got me back and operational in one day. Plus, Tim cut me a great deal on 4 new tires. Great service! Highly recommend!

I purchased a wheel from a third party and did not receive it until the afternoon of last the day of the tire manufacturer's rebate. That morning Steve had already performed my alignment and installed 3 new tires. The 4th was balanced and installed within 30 minutes of my taking it down to the Tire Discounters store. I much appreciate him going the extra mile to make it all happen so quickly.

They went above and beyond and even fixed a cosmetic oopsie I had a few years back. I only noticed it when I went to fill up my tank and was pleasantly surprised. They were honest, transparent and provided me with great service to keep my little Cruze trucking along. I appreciate you all!

I was in Columbus for business & got a flat tire late in the afternoon. I planned on driving home the next day - I HAD to get it fixed right away. TD got me in immediately & out with a new tire within 1 hour. They even reminded me I would need an oil change soon based on my mileage & recommended I get my remaining 3 tires rotated at that time. They were fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I recommend this TD location.
