Overall pretty good.Need improvement for explaining options, when purchasing service.Tire price, installation fees, road hazard and extended tire warranty, and explaining the final charges.I personally like to have the service advisor review the final charges/ items with me before payment.

Customer Service was amazing. Kyle met me at my car before I could get to the building and scans my tires while he heard the situation. Tire was under warranty which was great to hear and they immediately got my car in the garage and checked out. The garage team was quick and got me on my way to work. I appreciate the dedication the team has at Tire discounters and their honesty through the process. Keep up the great work fellas!

I recently got new tires on my car, when I got my car back I had a message written on the hatch of my car that stated "daddy wash me". For context I drive on a gravel lot every day going to work, so naturally my hatch is covered in dirt. I had gotten all my tools out of my trunk right before I dropped it off, and there was no message on there. I do think its kinda funny but also grow up and stop messing with stuff thats not yours.

So I went there to change tow front tires for my pickup truck. They recommend Copper tires. I told them I prefer Goodyear. The salesman told me Copper tires are way better than Goodyear. And he made me feel like Copper tires are the best. So I told him to change it and use Copper. I paid almost $700 for two tires. Two months later this Is what happened it to my tires (drove about 10K only). And I found out they prefer copper to the customer because its the only one they have on stock. I don t like the customer service they provide and they only look at you as money not a human!!

Such disappointing service.We had a nail in our tire on Saturday and my husband called around looking for deals on tires. Tire Discounters had came in at one of the best prices for $388 out the door /2 all season tires. My husband was told all the information was saved into an account under my phone number and to come in on Monday and they would squeeze us in. They never told him a time frame that would work best, just come in on Monday. I came in around 2:30pm-ish and gave Nick the info I had which admittedly wasn t much. He rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed at me asking for a brand name, was I sure it was this was the right location? Then said I wasn t on the schedule so I must be mistaken. He then asked what tires needed replaced and I stated I thought 1 driver side rear and 1 passenger side front, I even called my husband to verify I was at the right location and he confirmed I was and again repeated the info was under my phone number. I attempted to reiterate this to Nick and I was given the impression that I was irritating him just by speaking. He mumbled under his breathe and was silent even though I nicely told him 3x I didn t know the details but tried to give him my number to look up info under the account but he continued to ignore me and cut me off from speaking saying he didn t need it. He didn t ask me any more questions but printed out a piece of paper that said $405.25 and said This is your most economical option. Sign here No further info to ensure the right size, type of tire, or even what brand. Nothing. I walked out and called my husband crying. I m used to being treated ignorant at times since I m a female at hardware stores, dealerships, or any industry/store that is predominately male but I had never been treated so poorly with the attitude that I should have been grateful for whatever was given to me. I admit 100% negligence on my part for not ensuring I had more information, my husband feels bad for not making an actual appointment or even getting the name of the person he talked to on Saturday but regardless of those shortcomings, I never should have been treated so poorly. If who we spoke to on Saturday was wrong and they couldn t look up info by phone number that would have been okay too! I happily would have gone through options again or called my husband back to do so. I also would have gladly paid $100 more for a pair of tires if I knew what I was actually getting and was treated with kindness and in fact I did. I went that 0.2 miles down the road to Discount Tire and was treated with respect, received a warranty on 2 great all season tires, 3 windshield wipers and less than a 45min wait in and out the door.It's not always about the price. We returned here initially because 2 years ago we were fit in last minute and had a great deal on 4 tires right before Christmas and had the nicest associates, but today I wonder if Nick is just mentally unstable or simply incapable of working with the public.

I recently brought my car to TireDiscounters for new rear brakes. Why? Because my Honda dealership just told me I needed new brakes - $500! So, I went to TireDiscounters for a second opinion. I m glad I did! They said - we checked both front and rear brakes, and you are just fine, neither set needs replaced yet - $0!!!

Thank you Tire Discounters for being awesome. Spent about $1,300 on great new tires last year with the road hazard warranty on each. I had a hole puncture in the side wall of my tire when I woke up today. I went in with no appointment and I left in about 2 hours with a new tire replaced for only $90 without any hassle or questioning at all. They did a tire rotation and allignment for free with the replacement. Cannot give enough praise to the folks there. Special shout out to Nick today as well! Thank you!!!

Just got new tires from them and one of themIs nearly flat 2 days later. I wanted to get this looked at again as well as an additional new tire. They told me to come no problem with an hour wait. Had to fill up my tire beforehand and when I got there it was a 4 hour wait and they said they did not even have the tire that I needed at their location. They did the same thing when I was there a couple days ago getting my tires replaced. They told me to come because they could get me in and I get there and they didn t have the tires I needed last time either. It ended up being a whole day before I could get my car fixed. And today I Had to take my car to a different tire discounters because they said it would be an entire day before they could get my car in this time too. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Unprofessional and poor planning on their part .

Update 8-9 so I got a nail in tire first walked in guy was not friendly.MGR came out a while later he remembered a few things we discussed last time I was here. Impressive was friendly and nail hole fixed. Thank you for better service!I came into tire discounters last Saturday ended up leaving as no one came into store from garage. I went to Discount tire they did not have my tire in store they needed to order I called tire discounters they had it for about 125 less they would order. Told me they would be in Wed due to holiday. I agreed no phone call till Friday. Made appointment for Saturday. Arrived with car at 130 for a 2 pm appointment. I leave and they are to call when car is ready. I come back 30 min before close to pick up car. They let me know tires are mounted but power is off so they can't put air in. I explain this is my only vehicle it could not wait till Monday. Pretty much to bad not our problem. They finally decided enough air in lines to fill my tires, but couldn't balance so my car would shake. They told me at 350 to call another store ask them to stay late and balance. Thank goodness I found some nice guys at another location that did. I then receive call from store at 630 stating they are processing my payment. Now meanwhile tire install not complete as still missing alignment. So I schedule for today 5 pm Monday for that. From minutes walking in they have been down right rude I asked for gm to call me after experiencing this Saturday so far still waiting. This has been a terrible experience spend the extra 150 go to the pros.

Russ and Gerald went above and beyond for me when I had a nail in my tire and losing air pressure! This store has helped my husband and I out on several different occasions and they are always friendly and very knowledgeable. We are lifelong customers!!! 10 stars for Russ, Gerald and the entire team at this location!

I had a weird squeak coming from the rear of my vehicle they discovered there was a rock lodged by brake rotor. They removed the rock and sent me on my way. Glad they were honest and did not try to sell me something that wasn t required.

I recently purchased a used car that drove okay on the small roads with no issues but as soon as I drove it on the highway, my car started to shake really bad. I called Tire Discounters on Hilliard Rome and they suggested that my car needed a balance. I went in the next day and I was immediately greeted once I walked it. I spoke with someone named Tyler and he was very helpful and informative about what I needed done. The inside was also super clean and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back if I have anymore issues in the future!

I had what I thought was a leak in my tire and they fit me into the schedule within that same hour. They were able to patch it quickly and had my car ready to go in less than an hour. The Staff was courteous and kind and did not try to sell me any unnecessary products. I ll definitely be returning for future needs!

These guys are great! I dropped off two wheels that needed tires mounted - fully expecting them to be ready the next day - and they had them done in under an hour. Very good customer service as well.

I called last minute because of a nail in my tire which was leaking air. They got me in quickly and ordered a new tire to arrive first thing in the morning. I was assured it would be ready by 9:30 so I could get to work on time. They finished by 8:30, so I was very pleased. Great job!

This store showed me nothing but kindness and respect while assisting me in choosing the services needed for my vehicle. I was greeted promptly and someone to there to help me with my choices in tire options along the way. All the work was done in a timely manner, I didn't have to wait for hours on end! Will definitely be back again when new tires are needed!

Very quick to get me in and set up with a set of 4 new tires, prices were competitive compared to the other nearby chains too. When I had a flat, they were quick with the repair to get me back on the road.

I paid this location for a balance and an oil change. They kept my vehicle for about 8 hours and never called me when service was completed. I received my vehicle back with a wheel cover that fell off within 5miles of picking it up. The vibration that prompted me to pay for a balance was worse than before. I then returned with my vehicle to speak to the service advisor about a remedy, and was essentially disrespected and left without a remedy. The guy literally laughed at me and walked away after handing me off to his manager. I then brought my vehicle to the Fishinger location, and the problem was solved BY BALANCING MY WHEELS. So I essentially paid around 160 dollars to the Hilliard-Rome shop to have my oil changed, wheels damaged, and time consumed with a little added antagonism and disrespect to top it off. Bringing my vehicle to this location instead of the Fishinger location I normally go to was a horrible mistake, and operations like this location deserve zero business.

These guys are the absolute best! Incredible service. Competitive prices. A spotless facility that s clean enough to bring your wife and kids to. These people are doing it right!It is a mistake to go anywhere else especially to Firestone.

I had to have some minor services done on my car recently and received the best customer service!! Specifically by the GM Tyler! He was great and my experience was smooth and quick! I would definitely recommend this store & will be going back in the future!
