Wanted to share my experience with the lithium battery purchased from Motomentum. Their expertise / product support is not often found in today s online shopping environment. Feedback offered days after a purchase is helpful for future customers but often just grades shipping and desc accuracy without knowledge of quality, performance or reliability of the item. This feedback is long after the purchase. I purchased this battery from Motomentum on their cross reference recommendation from a lead acid SKU. My application provided for dimension and weight disparity between lithium and lead acid for installation. This is where their expertise sealed the deal. They told me the performance info from the wet cell battery i had could be duplicated with a smaller lithium battery saving me money. They offered me a dimension equivalent in lithium but it cost more and would provide no benefit to my application. They did not up-sale, but gave me a choice. Relying on their recommendation I went with the smaller lithium offering and easily modified my install. I purchased this battery for a portable 5500 watt generator 03/2020. After 1 or 2 uses, I conditioned the generator for long term storage and forgot about it. I pulled it out of storage 03/2024 poured fuel in it and this battery cranked and started the engine in seconds without any auxiliary charging during the 4 yr storage period. Great supplier with product knowledge!

Motomentum worked with me and gave me a good experience with a product I was unsatisfied with. Because of that, I made other purchases in them online store and hope to keep shopping for my dirt bike stuff with them.Is good to find online stores that backs the products they sell. That gives you the confidence that you can shop and if a product is not what it was expected or came with defects they will take care of it with no problem.

Bought a cycling part from them on a closeout deal. Ended up not being what was advertised. The description excluded details on the item. They have a very strict no return policy and They were completely inflexible in accommodating my request for a return or exchange for the right part. So much for customer service. I ll take my business elsewhere.

I'm in the process of converting my tubed wheels to tubeless and needed the lesser common size valve stem for my Ducati. Everywhere online was about a week or more out for shipping, but as luck would have it, they had the very part I needed in stock at the local warehouse in Hilliard! A big shout out to Josie for her excellent customer service, kind and helpful! I will definitely check here first when I'm on the lookout for more parts.

Ordered saddlebags for my bike, found them on Motomentum $75 cheaper then the competitors. Thought was possibly too good to be true, but took the chance. Selected free shipping, and they still arrived 24 hours later on my door. Bags are exactly what I expected and couldn't be happier with the entire deal from start to finish.Will keep Motomentum in mind for future purchases.

I recently purchased two snowmobile helmets. When they arrived, one was damaged. I contacted the Company and they were extremely responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. In addition, I noticed the helmets I purchased also had a reduction in price since my purchase. When I asked about this they immediately responded that they would send me a credit for the difference.Very impressed and pleased with my experience, as a matter of fact I purchased another helmet.

Ordered snowsled bibs and jacket for Christmas. Wasn't sure of size. They suggested ordering the size I thought and if it didn't fit they'd do a one time exchange. The jacket was too large, I emailed Motomentum, they instantly sent a free return shipping label. Super easy exchange!I would absolutely do business with Motomentum again.

My hat is off to Motomentum for their awesome customer service. Fast, Kind and Caring sums it up. Special thanks go to Kinson C., pleasure to work with and handle my concerns very professionally. I will not hesitate to do business with Momentum in the future. Also kudos to the shipping department, my shipment was sent same day and it was 2PM when I placed my order and Fedex Ground had it to my door the next morning. :-)

Buyer beware!As much as I hate to do this, this being my first negative review ever and even though it does not involve a lot of money I feel compelled to write this.I bought some First Gear Himalayan short gloves from these folks and considering that gloves are made in different factories in different countries, I am aware that the sizes are are all over the map. Knowing this, as I was ordering them, I scoured their web page prior to purchasing to insure that should the gloves not fit or be substandard, I would be able to return them.The website said returns are accepted and nothing about any other restrictions or I would not have bought them.As luck would have it they fit perfectly however, the insulating liner is loose inside the gloves so they are really difficult to put on and if you should need to remove them, they are impossible to slip back on if your hands a mildly moist or sweaty as the liner is all over the place and quite sticky. I ended up riding 50 plus miles on a dirt road in 40 degree weather without gloves as I could not, no matter how hard I tried, put them back on.They refuse to allow me to return them as the gloves are supposedly a "closeout" item therefore NOT returnable and was not something that was apparent when I purchased them or I would not have bought them.

Ordered bmx parts to restore a redline for my nephew for Christmas. Ups delivered the boxes separately so I questioned motomentum and they emailed me back right away. They found out where my items were and got back to me right away letting me know what was going on. They emailed me every time a package was delivered. They did everything right leaving me to question nothing. Good company I would use them again and I recommend them to anyone.

A company's rating is evident really when an issue arises. Ordered a Superbolt 16 for the little one this morning. Had a slight issue with the billing, but the MM Team responded quickly, and everything was resolved right away. WOW!! Thought it would take weeks at best. MM's on it!! Look forward to getting the bike, and definitely feel confident in ordering from MM in the future!!! 5 STARS

I can't say I wasn't skeptical about this store at first. A couple dozen brick and mortar stores spread across the US, extremely new social media pages, and plenty of bad reviews on Google, most dated though.It all spells out disaster store. Maybe a rebranding, maybe knockoffs. Boy was I wrong. There's been a huge uptrend in their reviews lately and for good reason. I scored an AGV AX9 helmet for around 70% off. Granted it's a closeout helmet but their price was even better than Revzilla, who adamantly refused to price match because "they simply couldn't afford to drop the price any more".Motomentums ebay front was solid, their website guarantees satisfaction, and after some thought I placed the order which arrived within three days. I couldn't be happier with how this turned out.I see a lot of reviews about customer service issues, missing parts, but after looking at their ebay page, 1.4 million items sold. I'd say for the pace my order was received and fulfilled they did an amazing job. And for what is likely only a few hundred employees, sometimes answering the phones and emails isn't always the easiest, especially for 1.4 million items.If you're considering buying from here, give them a chance. I'll definitely be returning for more items when I need them.

Bought a windshield for motorcycle it was $92. When I installed it it was in line of vision so wanted to return. I messaged them and told them I no longer have original box they told me I could still return but for small reduction which was fine. So I bought a box and returned it. I didnt realize small reduction meant almost 50% I received $49 back. So after the price of shipping it back I was out $60. I emailed them back saying how I was disappointed with refund they went on to say they take a large loss for return items so I look on website and there is my windshield they are reselling for $44. So after taking $43 from me and reselling it for $44 they actually make a dollar instead of huge loss. I should have resold it myself and i wouldve received more money than they returned to me. The only one that receives large loss is there customer not them. Sorry for the long post just want future customers to know who they're dealing with LIARS and THIEVES

Motomentum made things right. I ordered a Thule bike rack That was supposed to be an open box product with all parts included. I found it to be missing a few parts. When I told Moto mentum they readily accepted a return and gave me a full refund. They seem like a good American company with excellent communication.

I purchased an oil change kit from this company, and accidentally selected the overnight super duper expensive shipping and didn't realize it, the next day told them what happened and ask them to cancel it. They promptly replied that they couldn't because it had already shipped out but that when I receive it that I could do a return on it so I said okay I'll do that and I'll go ahead and buy another kit right now that way I can get the kit because I need it and I'll ship the other one back immediately. Their next reply was hey we were able to get your shipping changed and fixed and we have still sent out that package. So we also canceled your second order so you didn't have to pay for it. This company is freaking fantastic, their customer service is top-notch they're shipping speed is top-notch and their ability to work with their buyers is second to none I will never go to another company and buy my oil changes for my bike again.

Slowmentum ...Once you've purchased an item from this company, if you have a problem needing addressed, do not expect them to promptly address it. They have your money, you have a defective or damaged part/s. Took weeks to get a response that they approved the item for return. Then it takes weeks for the inspection process to approve that the return is worthy of a refund. In the meantime, you have no parts, they offer no solution to immediately resolve the issue so that the motorcycle enthusiast can enjoy their motorcycle.The problem is having chosen this company to purchase parts from. If the part received are in order, they get a glowing review. That's a lopsided perspective on the company as a whole. Any company can sell parts. The other side of that equation is the customer service aspect, and how they respond to resolve the issue. Their shipping department is not properly trained on how to package product to be shipped, and seem to have virtually no concept about how to follow proper packaging guidelines.I've attempted to call this company multiple times only to have the phone continuously ring. They ve stated in response to other reviews, 3 months, 6 months, and 7 months prior to my order that their phones are not working and are going to get that fixed. They also mention high call volume as a reason they are unable to answer their phones. Tried calling on 09/21/23 several times throughout the day, no answer.We know that they are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration. That makes everyone feel better. This was my first time ordering from them. They say the first time is the best?Update 11/07/23. We stopped by there on our way Iron Pony Motorsports in Columbus Ohio. They have what seems like a store, but is not open. Are they mail order only? Perhaps why their customer assistance is lacking. We have heard some negative things about this place. Pick and choose is all you can do.Update 12/15/23. They have a phone but many attempts to reach them via-phone results in no answer. We had our order refunded through paypal. The lack of customer service makes this a no option resource for our parts.

First time customer and I found Motomentum while searching for a certain item which they had as an Open Box item in addition to Cyber Monday deals. I had a great Chat experience with Jack and ended up finding two other items at great prices. It'll be one of my Go To places to shop going forward. Moto on!
