I recently had an excellent experience at Midas in Hilliard. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive to my needs. Usually when I walk into a car shop I feel pressured and I did not feel that way at all. I appreciate their honesty and transparency throughout, and providing recommendations. I highly recommend Midas in Hilliard to anyone that needs any sort of maintenance. If they re unable to work on your vehicle, they will provide suggestions! 10/10 for customer service and quality work!

Made a drop off reservation for maintenance diagnostic, but their system didn't have record of that when I arrived - but they were accommodating and took my vehicle for service anyway.They quickly got back to me with details of the issue, and services needed. They weren't pushy when I declined an oil change (I had records it had been done recently).Service was fast and they managed to get my vehicle back to me quickly.Answered all my questions.Emailed nice detailed records.Very satisfied with service.

I just got full synthetic 6 quart oil change for $59 after taxes and everything included. Then on another car I got six quarts of a synthetic blend for $32 and that was with tax and everything included. When I tell you that the customer service was exceptional they were professional they drove my car in and out for me. They were just so nice, they went above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else, ever for oil change but Midas.

I started coming to this shop after having a terrible experience with a new location of a different auto care chain that I formerly used. The staff here provide great work and great service. Even when an issue with their computer/texting system caused some communication issues, the shop was apologetic when we spoke on the phone and the communication was very clear and helpful. As long as the excellent staff remains here, I'll come here first for my auto care needs. Thanks!

The manager there was super nice guy. I can t remember his name but I had to vehicles for oil change tire rotation 19 110 took my truck at nine change oil. They noticed my CV on my front axle was messed up. They took pictures of everything so I ll go back in Saturday to have it fixed. Come 10 o clock dropped the other car off truck was ready to go, they found something wrong with the second car but I gotta fix my truck first super clean place. Really nice people I recommend Midas Nike way

We have trusted them with our cars for the past 5 years. Tim at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Service is fast. Prices are reasonable and they do the best work.

I Swung by with a need for new tires.Tim was not only attentive and helpful, but gave me a discount and lastly even helped put some hub caps on my Rav4 . Great team. I'll be back.

I stopped by without an appointment to get a head light installed and they were more than happy to help! They immediately came out to take a look and there was no wait. They were extremely helpful, nice, and installed my bulb for no charge!

They got me in on very short notice. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Their oil change was one of the better prices I found anywhere and they even offered a coupon on their website.

Was in need of an emergency repair and these guys stepped up and made the process easy. From drop off to pick up was 3 hours. I had no appt but they got me in and took great care of me and my car.

We had to make an emergency stop on our way from Washington DC to Indianapolis. The staff was very polite, put our van up on the lift and quickly identified the problem. They didn t have the tires we needed, but they called a local nearby shop that did and connect us. I wish the tire shops by our house were this well run! Thank you!

I've never had an issue with any of the work they did on any of my cars. The turnaround time for me has usually been same day, even on some heavier lifts.

The experience was great, I was taken care of my car was taken care of. They gave me good suggestions for keeping up with the car, they didn t try to up sell me one time and they drove my car with care and respect.

I came here before in the past and wrote a very nice review about the store and the atmosphere..but after yesterday in one felt swoop that all changed with the manager of this store Zack...I thought he was a good guy until he decided to get a nasty attitude and proceed to recommend me to the Midas on the other side of town. So thanks a million too bad your associates have to work with someone rude like you. All cause I needed a simple oil change..but hey I went to the other Midas got great service and will definatly be back to them for further service on my vehicle..

Took my car in to have the brake system bled, due to a banjo bolt leaking (I fixed) but it had let enough air into the system that the brakes weren t catching like they should. When I picked up my car, my key fob button for unlocking the doors was broken and my car reeked. The inside of my car is very clean so the smell was unexpected. It was so bad I had to drive with the windows down until it cleared out. This was the 2nd time they bled my brakes, the first time was a year ago when I replaced calipers and the master cylinder. No complaints that time. I m not a very trusting person when it comes to other people working on my vehicles so this experience has made me skeptical of this business, at the very least. Not to mention, they charged 3x as much probably because instead of just bleeding the brakes, they did a whole system fluid exchange which was not what I asked for.Service: Brakes

I called at 1:30 PM to make an appointment for an oil change only. I was told that 5:00 PM was available and took it. My vehicle was in the oil change bay and out in 45 minutes. Best of all, there were not any recommendations.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I can t give 5 stars even tho I was safisfied with the amount of time they completed it. I was way over charged for water pump and serpentine belt service for a Chevy express. I got charged if I had a bmw or Mercedes. 480 dollars for a water pump??? All the ones I seen go for 140 to 260 . When I asked the guy in front desk what my total was gonna be after taxes, he gave me a number 340 dollars off what my initial total was. Was really upset and just had to get it fixed cause it was my work truck and I picked it up around closing time so did not feel like arguing. Just wanted to leave I will no longer use them for any service for that reason, 1266 for those two repairs is insane..
