These guys are great and truthful. They will never overcharge for work not needed. I highly recommend them. Stop over paying... Great business.

I am a woman and have had mechanics try to take advantage of me many times, over the years. I was having an issue with a new car that I know nothing about and needed someone to help me. My aunt sent me to Terry and told me to trust her on this one. She was so right. I finally found a mechanic shop with honest, great people. Ladies, if you have a fear of mechanics, like me, this is your shop. They are honest, straight forward and not once tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I will be back to get my breaks done soon. I normally change my own brakes. But, I finally found someone I can trust! Thank you guys so much for being there when I desperately needed you! If I could give these guys a million stars I would. I have never trusted a mechanic before now!

Brought my work truck in for tires two years ago and knew that I finally found someone who is "old school" service. Dedicated to relating to the customer and their needs over selling a repair. I have relied on Terry and the team and have not been disappinted. Totally reliable.

Went in on Friday to have a slow leak checked in a tire. They were busy but squeezed me in right away to check the tire. While they worked I chatted with the owner in the lobby as he worked at the desk. He was a super nice guy. They found a screw in the tire and plugged it for me to be back in the road in under 30 minutes. I asked what I owed and he just said to come back and see him next time I needed something. There is no doubt I will go back when I need tires or a repair. Thank you!

Honest and fair. Would rather support local shops like this than a money hungry chain. They even applied a $75 coupon unrequested from me. Good 2 year warranty on the brake work done.

Terry (The Owner) really honest guy. Took my truck there for a coolant leak & oil change. Leak was fixed for a really fair price, would 100% recommend this shop to anyone. It is a small shop and they seem busy, so expect to be patient.

This team is great. I've bought tires here, oil changes and I even took my new car to get an inspection because I trust their work so much. I'm at the point now where this will probably be my spot no matter where I live at in Columbus because of the quality of their work and customer service.

So glad to be back in town so we can take our cars back to our favorite place to have them serviced. We have always received quality service for a good price from Hilliard Tire &Auto Center. Will continue to bring all our cars there.

Nothing like a down to earth locally owned and operated business in the heart of this amazing community. I called at 8:00 am with a tire pressure low light on, the owner told me to bring my car on over and he would take a look. I dropped it off and it was checked and fixed promptly!If you re looking for someone who actually cares about you and your vehicle then look no further! I will never go anywhere else for my tire services!!

I went to Hilliard Tire & Auto Center for a quick tire replacement. Service was transparent and quick. They even found a nail in one of my other tires and patched it for me without extra charge! Would definitely recommend their services!

After bursting my tire a few weekends ago, I felt like I was down on my luck. However bringing my car to Hilliard Tire and auto center was such a positive experience that it completely overshadowed any negative feelings I had before! Terry's customer service is top tier and I will definitely be visiting for an oil change soon! I'm new to the area and have been looking for a reliable car guy anyway; you have gained a loyal customer THANKS GUYS!

Had my daughters brakes done here. They were great at communicating. The car was in and out. Seems like a great place. We will be taking all of our cars here for now on.

I took my car here to have the door handle fixed as it had fallen off. After they fixed the handle my keys wouldn t work in the door and they have no idea how that could ve happened. When I tried to advocate for myself they gave pushback and told me I was mistaken even though my keys worked in the door prior to them fixing it. Another scenario (which I m not sure why I returned after the first incident), I dropped my car off on Saturday for a coolant issue and they said it would be ready that Monday, maybe Tuesday (3 days). The car wasn t ready for over a week and they also tried to make me pay for a service that was unnecessary to fixing my coolant issue. Needless to say I won t be coming back and would only recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Terry is the best! It's nice having a mechanic that I feel like I can trust. Over the years, I've had my breaks repaired, air conditioning, exhaust, multiple sets of tires, and a few I'm sure I'm forgetting. The price is always fair and the work is great. It's the only place I'll go, if I can help it.

We've been taking our cars and SUVs to them for many years and won't go anywhere else. Considering cost, quality of work, and customer service, they offer an outstanding value. They also handle much more than tire repair/replacement. Over multiple years and vehicles, they've handled tires, brakes, steering, and exhaust problems for my family, and we've always been exceptionally happy. I can't say I truly trust many service professionals, but I trust Hillard Tire & Auto. They're the only mechanics I recommend to family and friends.

I appreciate this place a lot! They have Saturday hours which works with my schedule. You can get tires and a wide range of mechanical work done at the same time for reasonable pricing. Most of the staff are friendly and straight forward. I have used this place for years and keep coming back due to good experiences and quality work.

My family has been taking our cars to a Jason at Hilliard tire as long as I can remember. Well run, great staff, honest, and fair. They are more than tires and oil changes too, I just had a minor collision repair done there for the first time and looks great!

My Jeep was about to be shipped across the country on a semi the same day it inconveniently broke down. They were willing to stay late, and helped locate the part I needed that was cheaper. They were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Their pricing was very fair. I would do business with them again!! Very happy with the experience. They made this crisis much easier on me.

What super service! We were headed out of town three days before Christmas and we had low tire pressure. Hilliard Tire & Auto Center looked at our car immediately, found the problem and were back on the road in no time. Would highly recommend Hilliard Tire & Auto Center. Great friendly Service.

Service was quick and prices very reasonable. I would highly recommend checking them out for tire problems. They worked with me, found me a performance tire at a reasonable price which the dealer didn't have. Most car dealer service center only carry one brand of tires, companies they have contract with and I am sure get a lot of kick back. It's always wise to go to a tire shop who sell different brands at different price points.

We took our vehicle here to get a tire checked out (either patched or replaced) and the company found three holes in one tire. They were only able to patch two holes so they ended up not charging us since they couldn t fix it. Then, because they didn t have a tire in stock, they recommended a DIFFERENT place for us to go. Who does that?! Also, did a great job explaining everything and showing us another tire problem we didn t even know about on our vehicle that we should also get checked out. Will definitely use them in the future.

I recently had my front axle replaced on my vehicle, cv joint was going bad, anyway stopped in, Jason (the owner was actually working the front desk) took my car in at 3 pm, and the job was complete the same day by 530pm Pricing was very reasonable. I was very impressed with the service, Jason was very knowledgeable, and from friends of mine that have used his shop, he really stands behind his work, and puts pride that your car is fixed correctly. I highly recommend this small business.

Read all these online reviews about how they don't try to nickel and dime you like other auto shops, so I was excited to give them a shot. First time I went, I needed tires for my Pontiac Grand Am. They called to give me three options for tires they had available, with the cheapest being $150 per tire, and going up from there. When I told them that was too much I wanted to pay, they hung up, only to call me back not three minutes later to give me some excuse that their computer was messing up, but they found some for $100 each. Sounds like nickel-and-diming to me.The second time I took it in, I had a couple holes in my tires that were slowly releasing air. I told them I wanted them to look into patching it. After looking at them, they explained to me they couldn't, because the holes were too close, and that I would need new tires. By this time, they were about to close, so I just told them to leave the car alone, and I would come by the next day to pick it up.When I went back the next day, I was hit with a $25 charge to pick my car up...because as it turns out, it COULD be patched, and no one bothered to tell me that. Glad I happened to bring my wallet! The communication is poor, and contrary to what you're reading on here, they're just as shady and untrustworthy as just about any other mechanic.If you really want treated right, there's a mysterious tire shop right next door to this one that does excellent work for even cheaper.

I love these guys! My license plate bolt broke, not only did they take it out but they put my plates on for me. They have wonderful customer service. Other places that I called in town either wouldn't help me or would charge $75+ and didn't have openings for a week or more. Not Hilliard tire! I drove up, and was gone within 15 minutes.
