Mark and Ryan were awesome! They were so helpful with my decision on what tires to buy. I didn t feel like I was swayed to buy one brand or another. They laid the facts out plainly and didn t ask for quick decisions.They were very flexible with my drop off and pickup times. I ordered a set on Saturday and they were ready for me to drop my car off late Monday morning.Grismer was very fast and efficient on getting my new tires on, aligned, and balanced! It looks less than 4hrs for EVERYTHING. My ride home was smooth and I loved that they gave me a print out of the before and after of the alignment I chose to add on for my service appointment that day.I will definitely use them going forward for all of my car needs. I truly felt valued and appreciated!

They take great care to make sure everything is in good shape. Also very thorough in explaining options and what they found. Never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot and they are good about giving you all the information you need. Definitely my go to place.

I was in need of a repair and called on a Friday (around 2pm). They were able to fix my car by Saturday (around 2pm). The repair was fairly expensive but I realize that is how it would be at most shops. The guys at the shop gave me updates throughout the process and it was a good experience, well, as good as a car repair experience can be!

The easiest and quickest tire service I ve ever had. Was traveling from New York to Indianapolis and blew a tire nearby Grismer Tire & Auto. Nobody likes having to buy a new tire first thing in the morning so they can get back on the road for work but they got me taken care of very quickly, probably less than 30 minutes. Thank you.

I wish I would have found Grismer sooner. I ve been to multiple locations so far and always have a good experience. Reasonable prices and they seem honest. Recently dropped off my vehicle for rotation and oil change and it was done in about 30 min which was faster than quoted.

Grismer was wonderful! Ryan was patient, kind and flexible. He explained everything to me and was honest. It was evident he wanted what was best for the customer and wasn t trying to trick me or make a higher profit. We will definitely be returning!

I have been to this Grismer location for years and things have always been good. I did have an incident after a routine oil change and tire rotation at the Grismer location downtown where my tire lug nuts were not placed back on (terrifying) and the Hilliard location fixed this issue for free. Unfortunately last month I had a routine tire rotation and oil change in Hilliard and today I was out driving (thankfully with my husband) and a tire was shaking and making noise. I d noticed small noises of this over the last few weeks but it would stop and I thought nothing of it. Today it was very noticeable and my husband checked the tire and said the lug nuts were completely loose. He said this is very dangerous as your tire can fall off. When I called Grismer in Hilliard to explain what we had found they did not seem to care or offer a refund or apology. He simply said this is something that happens quickly (alluding to it not being even a possibility after my tire rotation the lug nuts were not properly secured). The fact that twice now with Grismer at two separate locations I ve had issues with my tires not being secure after routine care is so scary. I m currently pregnant and drive on the highway often and am just thankful nothing awful happened. If they are this careless with routine care and ensuring your tire lug nuts are not properly secured, what else are they careless about? I would recommend going elsewhere for your needs.

I ve gone to this Grismer location twice now since I moved here. I chose them initially because of great reviews, and I am thrilled to say they live up to the hype! They are communicative, honest, patient, and kind. Car stuff tends to stress me out a lot, but the folks at Grismer help explain things concisely and clearly. They are always fair with pricing and even worked with my extended warranty company for payment! I honestly wouldn t take my car anywhere else at this point.

I had a very positive experience with Grismer. I had a flat tire and contacted them and they got me right in to evaluate it to see whether they could repair it or needed to order it. Ryan, their manager, was most accommodating and the technician who assessed and repaired the tire on my vehicle was efficient and had me on my way in 20 minutes. I will not hesitate to call Grismer again should the need arise.

Fast, efficient, courteous. Competitive pricing. Convenient for Hilliard customers (corner of Cemetery and Leap Rds.) The outside of the building looks small and run-down. However, once inside, the facility is clean and spacious. I will definitely go back again.

As has been the case with other locations I have worked with in years past, the level of professionalism and service at Grismer is tremendous! Mark was great to work with. He was super honest and was very can-do in helping me take care of my daughter s need for new tires and an oil change. I feel good about trusting him with my daughter s automotive needs moving forward. That gives me, a dad living many hours away, a sense of great relief and gratitude.

Great experience, was able to call and get a clear estimate, I got 4 new tires put on. Their pricing was lower than a couple of the bigger name tire places I called. Customer service was great, and scheduling was easy.

This particular Grismer was an amazing experience. The manager and employee I spoke to were beyond helpful. I will honestly choose to go to this specific location since the location I went to first were terrible scammy in west Chester in Cincinnati. I recommend this Hilliard location to anyone searching for service the way it s suppose to be done.

Ive used them 2x now. October of 2023 to purchase my 4 new tires on my Mini Clubman and recently for a repair. When I bought my tires I (thankfully) bought the protection. Just yesterday in a construction zone, my right rear tire got blown out. Mark was able to get me right in and repaired same-day!

Wonderful service. Inspected my wife's car because I'm out of town for squeaking brakes and could not find anything. I told her to the breaking system was in perfect working order. The issue is most likely cause due to road grime and weather. They did not charge for the look at.I have used these guys many times for small things that I can't do myself and they've always provided wonderful service.

They changed my oil and after a few months of extremely light driving, I've got a check engine light with a P3400 code and extremely reduced gas mileage. This car is/was maintained as per the manufacturer's schedule meticulously. Think twice about this place if you drive an Acura.

Dropped off vehicle early and Ryan et al got it in ahead of our appt: a pleasant surprise! Service options clearly presented; no pressure to make a decision that was not comfortable with me.A side note and recommendation: Grismer was able to service my visiting family's vehicle after the dreaded "check engine" came on over the Christmas holidays. They were able to return to their out-of-state home two days later with confidence.Thanks x 2!

My first time there. Was told it would take an hour for an oil change and to rotate 4 tires. Was charged $4 a tire. This is the first time I have been charged to rotate my tires. Usually they do it for free with an oil change in other places. But instead of an hour it was closer to 25 minutes since I was the only one there at the time.The young man that did the oil change did not reset my oil percentage so the owner had him do it.Mark is a nice guy and was helpful. I am deaf so he was very patient with me and wrote everything down.I will return a recommend this place.

Went in asking for tires, brakes and an oil change. Found out I get free oil changes with new tires, win. Then I was told I didn t need front brakes, I thought I needed. Saved me a good amount of money. They re always friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Mark!!
