Chris Jester and Jacob Nelson and their team were great! Very knowledgeable and down to Earth. I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. I mostly spoke to Chris and felt he was very honest and concerned about my safety and the condition of my vehicle and not just trying to make money off of me and I will forever be grateful!

Tried to sell me a 500-plus dollar lower control arm job cuz they said my control arm was loose, but the bushing was fine. It was just loose. Quote them .. Come to find out the guy who installed it a couple of years ago didn't torque the three bolts. Had the bolts torqued and it was perfectly fine. Thanks for not checking that and never getting my business ever Firestone. I'm sure charging someone to torque three bolts isn't in your computer so you didn't know how to bill it.. also up charging your parts 127% is ridiculous. 50 dollars for a serpentine belt. That cost 22 from advanced auto.

I have recommended this Firestone to many people. My wife son and I come to this location. The staff here are always friendly and even though they are always busy, they treat you like your the only one there. There is no pressure to get anything done they just let you know what needs to be done.

I would like to name the person that "helped" me at the counter but I was not given a receipt when I left and was told one would be emailed to me which I never received. He sure was vocal about not wanting to work on Sundays though. I came in to get a single tire replaced with an appointment.After checking me in the tech pulled in my vehicle then pulled in another vehicle that came in after me and started working on the second vehicle. I was under the impression that my appointment would grant me some kind of priority but I guess not. After about 20 minutes another car comes in for an alignment and a different tech that wasn't doing anything before begins working on it while my car is still sitting there untouched in the bay.All told, it took an hour and 20 minutes to get a single tire changed with a half hearted vehicle inspection.I don't know if it's because it was a Sunday and this is the D crew working but this was really bad customer service with no remorse at all.

I had a very best experience at Firestone a long time ago, but this specific Firestone, the customer service, and the manager make me so upset. I don t understand the way they treat me and treat customers as if they own this Firestone and can do whatever they want. They refuse to take care of anyone they choose and even refuse to service some cars.I made an appointment two times, I showed up, but they refused to take my car. If one time this thing happened might be shortage of staff 2-3 time Then, I made an appointment online. The third time I showed up, they said they couldn't take ur car today and asked me to come back tomorrow. I said but its been third time i came whats the surety if i come tomorrow will face same rejection? He saud take keys and leave rudely However, the manager and the customer service guy, who is rude as hard, were very racist. They were not professional. I had my kids in the car, and the AC wasn't working. The weather was extremely hot, around 85 degrees, and it had been a week. I made the appointment specifically to have the AC examined, but they never took care of it. They told me to leave the space, threatening to call the cops. They did this in front of my kids and family, in front of everyone. I have video documentation of everything. I strongly condemn this brutality and ask for help from Firestone to take serious action. I also have video recordings as evidence.I filled complaint as well officially

First, they LISTEN to me, HEAR me and RESPECT me. We have used them for 18 years with a brief respite when for convenience, I used the Firestone on Orion Place in north Columbus. That location jacked my car up, did not do work they had promised and I paid to have done. I have had to spend additional monies to this Hilliard location to get my car back to a good working order. I am so fortunate that Hilliard was my first Firestone experience because had they not been, I would have a totally negative view of Firestone overall. I would love to see the guys at the Hilliard Rome location receive recognition for the exempliary work and customer care they provide that reflects well on Firestone's reputation.

The process was as smooth as a well oiled machine. (Pardon the pun.) The appointment was set up with ease. I was pleasantly greeted and given a time frame for the completion of the work. My car was done in less time and the price was less than they quoted.

Went to get my brakes and rotors fixed and it went very smoothly. Thank you Jacob for assisting me since this would be my first time (and not last) that I would bring my Fiat 500 to a Firestone location. Very friendly and answered all my questions. Really appreciate it!

If I could leave 0.5 stars, I would. We have been using Firestone for quite some time. We started using this location due to moving. All three cars have been in, out, and back in because the employees at Hilliard Firestone keep messing things up related AND unrelated to the reason for the car getting taken in.My car went in for the E-break having a faulty sensor. I told them this and explained what was going on. They had it for a few days and didn t even see what I was talking about with the E-break, however, they said the front breaks and shocks needed replaced. I questioned this because I had just gotten my break replaced August 2023 but they re the professionals and I trusted them. MISTAKE. $1200 later (more than half in labor costs) and I drive to work the NEXT DAY and the E-break sensor does its thing again! So I have to take it back (second time in a week) and they fixed it. 2 days later I m driving home from work and the rear passenger shock is rattling like it s going to FALL OFF! I called Hilliard Firestone 3 times with no answer and no option of leaving a message. They closed at 5pm because they re understaffed.I understand being understaffed, but that does not mean you can do bad work.I went to a different Firestone and everything is okay now, but they had to completely redo what this location (Hilliard) fixed , plus the second location had to repair damage that Hilliard caused by doing things incorrectly.We will NEVER go back to this location. They lie, pretty sure they swindled me into getting things replaced that didn t need replaced, slow at replacing/fixing things in my car AND did it INCORRECTLY!

Alex was AWESOME.... but he's gone. Chris is unprofessional & a liar. My son told him to only install the wiring. After 1.5 hours, he asked why it was taking so long, & was told they were waiting on the O2 sensor. He told him that's not what he's there for. They should only fix the wiring. Chris ignored him, put it in anyway & then refused to give him his car back until the extra $300 was paid. Did I mention, he waited THREE hours & was charged $428 in labor???LIARS & SCAMMERS

Took in for one issue and they found others that they said I needed to fix more urgently. They were fast but I was quoted a different price. They took some off to get closer to what I was told. I plan on bringing the car back once I pay down the other replacements.

Was traveling with my wife & 2 dogs and got a flat tire in Columbus, Ohio.I showed up at the store when they opened @ 7 AM and Jacob & Alex helped me immediately and had my tire fixed and family back on the road in less than 1 hour.I really appreciate the customer service and going above & beyond to help a traveling family!

We have a fleet of 16 vehicles, and your location is very convenient for us. We bring our vehicles to you every month or every other month for tire replacements or to address specific issues. We require complete service for all our vehicles. I am requesting Firestone to conduct a thorough inspection of each vehicle for any maintenance or potential issues. If there are any malfunctioning lamps or if you notice any problems with the brakes while changing the tires, please inform me. We are not interested in any upgrades or products that you may want to sell us. It was a long 2 day experience , but I must say that a few stood out, Jake for getting my part in a timely manner and Sterling who went above and beyond to make sure that what he started out to do he finished, he was absolutely amazing, taking the time to research and make sure that my car would be as good as new. I really appreciated that after 2 tough days with a volkswagen I left and everything was great. The men were friendly and knowledeable and if they didnt know , they found out. Sterling really takes great pride in his work and it showed.

Jacob and Robert waited on me today for tire rotation and alignment and I m super impressed with the professionalism they demonstrated today. I was checked in and out promptly and courteously and they kept to the service wait time they gave me up front. I highly recommend them!

Brought a car in for a brake and rotor replacement. Should have taken a few hours but the technician was injured while working on our car. Can t blame him for that, but I do blame the business for being so understaffed they had one person working on two cars at once and nobody else working at the time. Was told we d have to wait until the next day to get the car back. My girlfriend called the next day and the man on the phone was very dismissive and condescending to her, when all she wanted was an estimated time her car would be ready (because two whole days is ridiculous for that routine repair). Manager gave us a discount which is why this review is two stars instead of one.

Taking appointments of a Sunday where they only have two mechanics scheduled and think the customer can wait 3 hours to mount three tires on new rims. No way this is acceptable and why would they entertain walk-ins right now at 4:14 PM.

I arrived at 8:30 with a rear brake dragging/squealing on way to work I needed to be back on the road by 1:00 o'clock for a 2 hour drive to another location, these guys were awesome replaced and fixed the brakes and I was on road without delays. Very pleased with the fast in and out service!!

I took my car in to have a tire fixed the mechanic pulling it in notice I had a badly worn tie rod end and ball joint they were able to fix it and get me moving again in about an hour and a half Alex the manager was very helpful

First-time customer, I stopped in to get new tires and an oil change, and they quoted me 2 hours. And now it's 4 hours later still not done! Techs bounce back and forth from cars, eating chips and dip, and I feel I was lied to. I needed to be in Indiana in the next hour so I won't make it. I explicitly told them I needed to be there today to work, and I feel like I was lied to so I wouldn't take my car elsewhere. This screws me over big time. I replaced all four tires and changed the oil on my other vehicle. That only took an hour down the street. Last time I come to Firestone.Services: Tires, Oil change

Been going to this location for the past year or so for everything my car needed. The service was always good. However today was disappointing. Made an appointment online for an appointment at 1pm to change my oil and check my engine. Showed up at 1pm and told the engine diagnosis would take about three hrs. That's okay I was prepared to wait. One hour into my wait, I am then told it will be another three hours until my car engine is even looked at? What is the point of making an appointment in advance if I'm going to wait four hours until someone can even do the task I made the appointment for. It would've been upwards to seven to eight hours total if I wanted my car checked that day. Unacceptable. So I only ask for the oil change and they forgot to add the sticker to tell me when I need another oil change. Minor detail but it is the second time after an oil change here that they've forgotten that detail. I will not be returning for any services.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I ve put my life savings into my car this year and every time am left with an issue that I didn t have before. $5,000 for new sterling lines, battery, you name it. Leave with a leak in my coolant reservoir. My car has been overheating since the repairs.
