At any given moment, the only thing holding you and your car on the road is the small patch of rubber on each of your tires. Need to stop in a hurry? It all comes down to the verrry small amount of rubber that is actually in contact with the road. Food for thought. This is why I buy high end tires and replace them sooner rather than later. I do my own research but I do my business with Discount Tire. Their maintenance policy is excellent, with free routine tire rotation and balancing for the life of your tires. Better than that, though, are the people. I don't know how Discount Tire does it, but they hire people who really enjoy working with customers and who really know their stuff. You can buy tires at a lot of places. Discount Tire, though, keeps right on taking care of you while other places tack on charges or try talking you into services you don't need. Fair prices and quality service from nice people? I'm in!

Could not have asked for a better experience here after getting a screw in my brand new Tesla s tire! Appointment scheduled quickly and was in and out 45 minutes later. Thank you Bill and his team - never going anywhere else for tire services.

Had new tires put on here 5 years ago and by the insurance. The company has stood by its policy to fix the tires whenever needed for any reason. Really appreciate the fast and Professional Service.

I've been using Discount Tire for a long time. I had never been to this location and came for an air check 1/18/24 in the afternoon. The employees stood there and watched me for a significant amount of time, approximately 10 minutes. I did not expect immediate service however anyone could've acknowledged me and said we'll be with you in a few minutes and no one did. Then the person who did finally help me was unfriendly and didn't apologize for the wait or offer any pleasantries. I understand it's a free service, but I do buy tires. This is the first time I've ever experienced an unfriendly store, and even though this would be the closest location for me now I would not choose this location for purchases based on this experience.

I have never had faster service anywhere! Thanks for all yall do!I had a tire with a large hole; so I ordered a tire and instalation online, picked my time and when I pulled up they were walking up to us ready. We went next door and 20 minutes later received the call that my tire was on my car already. Will use again and recommend.

Ran over something, had damage to no already bad tire, had to stop out of the blue and got 4 new tires. I had my car back in less than 40 minutes on a Friday at lunch time. Insanely fast and excellent service.

I love this branch! They are so attentive and polite. Anytime I have issues with my tire pressure or need an alignment, they are so considerate and thoughtful about what I want and always answer every question I have and then some. When I had a nail in my tire, rather than just fixing it, they showed me where it was and how it would and could be fixed. Rather than just saying what's wrong and not going further into detail, leaving me to wonder what's going on. They truly care about their customers and are very caring about what they do. They are very quick when fixing your issues but take their time when talking to you. If more than 5 stars was allowed I'd give them a 10/10

Bought my chrome wheels here 20 years ago. Been swapping summer chrome and winter alloy here every season for no extra charge. Always buy my tires here as well. Schedule my service online and the guys are VERY punctual. Highly recommend.

Jaime was incredibly kind in taking the time to explain the science behind why we needed to do what we needed to, with regards to rotating and tread, to somebody who had no idea any of the whys. He was not at all pushy and greeted me when I walked in. He was patient when I had to manually enter my card information to finish the transaction. I showed up very early for my appointment and they got me right in. I live 20 minutes away but If I need more help I will come back here! Thank you!

I just found out that the reason my car was vibrating on the highway was because your "mechanics" DID NOT balance my tires properly. To have this diagnosed and repaired is going to cost me ~$380.00. I will never use your services again and will do everything in my power to make sure you lose business because of it. In forty years I've never had an issue getting tires replaced until I used Discount Tire. I would expect a full refund for the fact that you likely put my life in danger but seriously doubt anyone will even read this much less make it right.I must append this review and add a couple stars since the store did reach out to me and offer to pay for the repairs done to my car. Still wasn't happy about the whole thing but I'll give them "props" for making it right.

They took good care of me. They were very busy. It took almost 1 hour longer than they estimated, but they got it done. They are always nice. There was no charge either.

Took my tire in to be patched. Said there was a second hole that couldn't be patched. Tried to sell me *two* tires for $500 even though my tread is good (tires are less than a year old) and should only need to replace one. Told them to put tire back on as I would price check before deciding. Took car on freeway home, and it shook and shimmied. Found out that these guys stripped my lug nuts, cross-threaded them, and left them loose as well. The tire place I took it to for repair/replacement couldn't even get the tire off of the car. These guys are dirty. Trying to make commission off a pretty girl..they left it loose and stripped, cross-threaded, sending me out the door with an unsafe car situation. Half-a**Ed service and no *real* care for the customer- only making the sale. Now I have to take it back to these guys because that's the only way to get the tire off-- if ever. What kind of business are you running??!! At this point you owe me the repair of my damage done to my car!!

A piece of scrap metal rolled into my lane on the highway and blew my tire. I called Discount Tire literally minutes before they closed with a question about services, and the person who answered was super polite, cheerful, and helpful. A lot of places would be short or not even answer when they re about to close.I did a walk in appointment first thing the next morning for a replacement tire and my car was ready to pick up within an hour and a half. Quick, friendly, and professional - will go back again for future tire needs!

First time at this place and I was pleasantly surprised. New tires put on in an hour, loaded old tires in the trunk. Service was prompt, spacious waiting area. This isn't strictly a con, but Discount Tires is a quarter mile away from Tire Discounters. I went there by mistake because the names are so similar. Both establishments might as well call themselves TIRE STORE.

Bunch of crooks, was supposed to fix a clunking I was having, replaced the ball joint, also got tires, the clunking is still there and the tires leak worse than before I replaced them. I don't even trust them enough to take it back to fix the problem. I highly recommend taking your vehicle any place besides discount tires

needs to have a ticket # machine for people who pull up before open i came today at 705am waiting until 8am open, the closer it gets to 8am of course more people roll in well at 0758 right before the doors open, everyone jumps out their cars and races towards the door like children that s disrespectful to those whom were actually here first to have to participate in that type of behavior or possibly have a confrontation over whom was here first have a ticket system or do online check-in, something to prevent people from being skipped. Two cars got pulled in the bay ahead of me, but came after me.

I arrived on time for my 9 am tire rotation appointment, checked in my truck, and then walked to the Starbucks next door to enjoy a coffee break. I only had a few sips of my coffee and received a call at 9:13 am that my truck was finished! My husband and I have each purchased our last few sets of tires here and have had all of our tire rotations for them done here. They have never tried to oversell us on products or services and have been very helpful with questions and concerns. The service is always friendly and professional and they are always complete the work within the timeframe they note they will. Though I'd have to say today was the fastest that I can recall (it helps to be one of the first appointments of the day).

They were extremely helpful! We only needed a lug nut. They had one and put it on for us. They also checked all the other lug nuts to make sure they were tight. They didn t charge us. We will definitely go back there in the future!!

Showed up without an appointment and within 15 minutes they had my vehicle in and 45mins later it was done (4 new tires). Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Go here for your tire needs! The customer service at this location is amazing! When you call they answer almost immediately. I talked with Zander on the phone and discussed 10+ tire options and prices, he never made me feel like I was taking too much time. After I ordered a tire and the delivery date came I didn t get a call. It wasn t delivered but I had an upcoming trip so I needed a tire. Chad, the manager, intervened and gave me options that they had in stock. I thought it over and told them late Friday night I wanted the option in stock, they encouraged me to get there 15 min before they open because of a crowd. There was a crowd of probably 10 clients first thing at 8 in the morning and they took care of every single one of us in a timely professional manner. My car was complete by 8:45am and I was on my way with new tires and wiper blades. This is my third time here but I needed to review because of the extraordinary customer service and care. I will continue coming here and recommending this location to my friends and family.

This place was better then the past 5 tires shops I have been to. But they still didn't torque my lug nuts correctly. One of my wheels at 2 am in the middle of the rain started making a noise and I found that my lug nuts where all loose on one wheel. I am just glad I wasn't on the expressway.

Discount tires did an amazing job for me. He called that morning told him what tires I wanted they had a special order them for me and by the afternoon they had them there and ready to put on. It was quick easy no stress. Three days later again email saying that there was a sale going on so I called back and asked if they could honor the sale price and they did! not only that but they also were able to find a rebate for me so I got even more money back. I was so happy that not only did they give me quick easy service but they also took care of me when I asked for a special price adjustment due to the sale that happened a couple days later. I d already been a customer here previously but they definitely earned my business moving forward to great job guys
