The music was offensive. The F word was used multiple times. Glad I didn't have my kids with me! My partner was blatantly ignored by the staff. Will never, ever visit this location again, and probably not this chain.

I had an incredible experience here at Autozone in Hilliard, OH. My headlight bulb went out and I needed it replaced. I went to Autozone and was greeted by a man named Don Bodhi Whiting. He assisted me in finding the right bulb for my car and then asked what kind of car I have. I let him know I drive a 2011 Malibu. He let me know that the process for changing a bulb on this model car is quite difficult and said that it could cost me a chunk at a garage or shop, so he just took it upon himself and did the job for me, on his own dime, as he has changed bulbs on Malibu's before. No exchanges, no paperwork, just a human being helping another human being in need. Whether or not he was supposed to do this it was just so refreshing seeing a person help his fellow man or woman; love thy neighbor type stuff. I owe Bodhi big time, as this was quite a rigorous job and he had every right to say take it to a shop but he didn t and it just proves that this Autozone emloys great people who only want to help you and want to go above and beyond for you and your car. I can t recommend Autozone in Hilliard enough. I will be loyal to this store and will be sure I recommend this store to everyone I come across who are having car trouble! Thank you Bodhi and thank you Autozone!

Called to get information/advice and Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable and nice. When I went there, later, The guy who helped me (the guy I talked to had left) was super nice, helpful and friendly and even gave me a little discount cos he could tell I was having a bad day. Went to Main St Hilliard loction

I came in yesterday to get a new battery and Blain was my AutoZonrler. My battery was in pretty rough shape, and long overdue for a swap. Almost everything about the swap was difficult and not going to plan. But, Blain kept a positive attitude and continually went above and beyond to solve the problems that arose. He also went the extra mile to educate me on exactly what he was doing so that I left the store with a better understanding of my vehicle then when I got there. I would give this experience 6 stars of I could!

Top notch customer service! We were needing to fix a brake light and Jason was wonderful! He treated us like the most important customers ever and not the two middle-aged car novice ladies we were. Thanks Jason! Now we can drive safely back home.

Jhon L and Scott were absolutely fantastic helping me diagnose my car and replace my battery! though i did not care for the other employee who was sitting up front on his phone smoking up a cloud he also had a demonic tattoo on his hand i didn t care much for either. but i definitely will return because of the other two s great service though!

We came here for a new battery. John was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous during the whole process from purchasing to install of our new battery in 18 degree weather. He clearly shows pride in his work!

I LOVE this autozone. The staff in there are so kind and helpful. I had a little issue with an alternator and it was resolved. The management goes above and beyond. Tammy is super helpful and could answer every question I had. She is very knowledgeable about products. John and Scott were very patient with also helping me find the solution. I will definitely be back!

I came here with a dead battery and didn t know what to expect. John L. was very professional, helpful, friendly, and put me at ease right away. He ran several tests to make sure it was my battery and replaced it quickly. I would recommend this location and John L. 100%

i m not sure what the guys name is Tj or lj he had a beard and helped me replace my broken tail light but he was very helpful and kind. Very professional and he knew what he had to do, was very friendly and had great costumer service

Another superb experience at AutoZone with John L. John is always courteous, professional and goes above and beyond to help his customers. He offers knowledgeable recommendations and never tries to oversell you. He replaced my car headlights in minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars. I wish I could get all my car services taken care of here. Thank you John!

I went to this location for the first time yesterday and I have to give John L a shout-out. My car was having issues we thought it was the transmission fluid but nope it was actually the spark plugs that were really old and messed up. If it wasn't for him me and my boyfriend would have been coming out of pocket with way more money just to figure out the problem. John really was informative, super helpful, he explained what was the problem and how we can fix it without making us feel like we're stupid. I wish every AutoZone location had a John L working there definitely will be going here again .

I had a bunch of batteries to be tested. Jason quickly and politely checked them for me. All but one were dead. He offered to charge it for me and gave a store credit for the other battery cores. I realized I needed a new battery anyways and went back in to purchase one. Jason helped me again and even gave an extra discount bc I had to wait a few minutes before he was able to assist me. I came back after an hour to check the progress of the battery. It wasn't charging well, and Jason quickly offered to call me once it was charged. Talk about great service! Ended up I needed another new battery and didn't need that one. Just purchased a new one and left the other as my core replacement.I'd gladly go back to this store again. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.Thanks, Jason!

The 2 employees that helped me out were very helpful and professional even though there was One very obscene customer there on a phone who was getting parts for someone else and was causing a scene by yelling obscene jesters and acting very disrespectful which in my eyes was offending everyone in the store.However your employees acted accordingly and got the guy out of there as fast as possible and return to helping the customers in line so all in all I was very satisfied with the service they provide

I truly cannot say enough great things about the people who were working at closing time on November 20. My battery died at the gas station a few doors down, and they came to give me a jump. Once they got my car started I went over to AutoZone and bought a battery to replace, thinking it would only take 15 to 20 minutes. The employees worked on my car for almost 90 minutes! I thought at one point that they would just tell me that it was too much and that I would need to take it in, but they were determined to get the old battery out and get me back on the road. By the time they finished it was well after closing time and I felt horrible, but they kept saying that it didn t matter they just wanted to make sure that my car was working. Never in my life have I had such a wonderful experience at an auto zone, and the two guys who were working last night have made me a customer for life!

Had a little bit of trouble getting parts but Tammy was super helpful and told me what Autozone had the part in stock. Came back later and had to return some parts Chris was super helpful as well. This is my new parts store. Good trustworthy people that try to help

Came here trying to replace the terminal connectors for my car and Blain helped me identify a better solution to the problem and even went out of his way to make sure it was put on right. Great service,would definitely recommend this shop for any of your problems.

The representatives here were so helpful! I visited here for the first time around 3:40 pm and a lady with blond hair I believe greeted me as soon as she was free with her previous customer to help me find what I needed. Both her and Jason offered me advice and Jason even took the time to come out to my car and help me figure what I needed to do. I will definitely be coming back here!

Had to fix my headlight and Christopher was very helpful and even went the extra mile to install the light for me. I originally bought the wrong light and had no problems returning it. All around great experience.

Called ahead for part and it was ready when I picked it up. Was 5 star review.Update: called for caliper bracket, but they only had the whole caliper and kit. Manager didn't have the brain capacity to sell just the bracket today and put the kit together tomorrow when they get the bracket in. Poor customer service.

I stopped by to ask questions about my wife's battery. They were so helpful. I had the battery with me and they kept it and ran a check to see it I was incorrectly replacing it. More than that, I needed rosin solder flux for soldering electronics and even though they didn't carry it, they told me where to find it. Very helpful.

The guys working 7/1/21 were absolutely amazing for me!! I was stranded about a mile and a half away with a dead battery. They came to me and jump started my car. I went to their store and bought a battery and they installed it for me and got me on my way. I can't thank you guys enough!!

Awesome people! They helped me diagnose my issue as soon as I pulled up and assured me my car could sit for a few days. Honestly best service I've had in ages!
