I wanted to try this place out because, Hyundai stated that I needed a new oil pan and oil gasket. Decided to come here for a 2nd opinion and they determined I did not need an oil plan but needed a gasket at some point. This place is honest, quick and they make it about the customer versus up-charging for stuff I do not need. As a female, I ve been walked around the ringer at a couple of places, but this place is top notch. I will be bringing my car here from now on. I highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They found the issue and fixed my vehicle within minutes. I paid a lot less than I would at a larger chain shop. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

The people at this shop are true professionals. They are our "go-to" team for the entire family's vehicles. We are consistently pleased. There's no pressure up-selling. That are clear when communicating necessary and recommended repairs. They always have fixed whatever we've come in for.

Everyone I spoke to at this shop was so kind, and it seemed clear from the first conversation with them that they were honest, knowledgeable mechanics that weren t trying to rip me off. Service was super quick and they kept me updated throughout the process. They performed an overall inspection for free which was huge because it s a new (old) car and this had not been done yet, and let me know about possibilities for service down the road. They did not charge me any unnecessary work or try to upsell me on anything that wasn t necessary. Unfortunately I have dealt with a couple very dishonest mechanics in the area very recently, and I had so much anxiety taking my car to a new shop, but they made the experience completely stress free and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. I would recommend this shop for sure, and will be taking my car back here in the future! Thank you!!

I have been coming to Auto Emporium since I was 16 with my first car and they have been amazing every time. I have since moved away and still drive an hour to bring my car to them. They are honest and don t up charge and will tell you exactly what s going on and how they are going to fix it. They treat everyone like family and I will bring my cars to them as long as I live in Ohio.

I always feel well taken care of at auto emporium. As a woman, I ve had the experience at other auto shops of being condescended or taken advantage of and I ve never felt that here. Everyone is respectful, warm, and explains what s going on with my car in a clear manner, without condescension. I highly recommend this place!

I have been going to Auto Emporium for close to 20 years. Mr. Kennedy and his family are wonderful and the staff have always been attentive.I have never felt I was being swindled or upsold and my cars have been well taken care of. I have bought cars from Mr. Kennedy as well, and one is still going strong!I will always recommend them when anyone asks.

These folks have been great. Quick, reliable, and easy better priced than the dealership.They replaced the clutch in our Subaru, and we had them do some brake work recently.They're a little out of the way for us, but we'll be back.

I normally go to the Ford dealer where I bought my truck. I made appointment on line when I got there it was going to be three hours what was the point of the appointment? I would just drive over on a walk on and be in and out within a hour. I was recommended from a co worker to call Auto Emporium so I did and will be back again. I needed my oil change, I stopped in to make the appointment. Great service from the desk was able to get in within two days which worked for my day received fast service the day off in and out.

This past year & half we had an issue with the heat in our 2013 Toyota Sienna. We always took it to Tansky Toyota for all the work to done. Tansky has played us for a least 3 or 4 times for this heater issue for a while sometimes heat, some warm at different times of the yr. But the 2 months the straw was broken, we had no heat none when it was in the single digits. Tansky wanted $4500 to replace the heater core!! I didn t believe them so I took it to Auto Emporium, & what a blessing it has been since the moment the had it. Matt has went the whole process why, how, & when they would have it done AND it was done rite. We picked up when it was done, 4 days later the rear heat quit working because the heater core in the rear of the van ended up getting plugged & went bad! Not a problem Matt says had it back 3 days later and we now have heat through out the van for probably $1500 less than Tansky Toyota, which they will see this van no more!!Thank you; Matt & the crew at Auto EmporiumService: Exhaust

Auto Emporium always does a great job of quickly identifying the source of auto issues, finding other issues the client may not even know about, and providing them with an itemized list of suggested steps. From there, the client can approve or deny any of those steps. Their great customer service and quick turnaround have made me a regular customer for many years. Thank you, Auto Emporium!

I called Auto Emporium with an issue with my van, and they took me in same day for a diagnostic and then let me have my van back to get my child from preschool and then I came back and they went and got parts from the dealership and fixed it for me that same day before I needed it again to get my kids from school. They spared me needing to get a rental vehicle for which I m most grateful! They saw my problem as important and urgent as I did, and got the job done!

I can t say enough great things about my experience here! The staff was so wonderful and my vehicle was fixed super fast! I called and they were able to see me the next day which was also a huge plus! I feel comfortable that the mechanics were knowledgeable and informed me of things that may need to be looked at down the road but weren t necessarily an immediate need. I didn t feel pressured to have anything done other than what I was there for. They have a very welcoming environment and I felt comfortable asking questions and sharing my concerns, as this is my family vehicle and I want to be sure it s as safe as possible.I highly recommend Auto Emporium and will be using them for all of my future vehicle needs!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle Inspection, Auto A/C replacement

I took my 2013 Odyssey to Auto Emporium to install a timing belt kit. They asked me to inspect the van first but they credited the fee on the timing belt invoice. Well, to my surprise, it was a thorough and very professional inspection. All digital. The timing belt work was really good. No leaks and the engine bay was super clean. I wanted an AISIN kit. No problem. The price was fair. I asked them to look at a clunking noise in the steering and the solution they gave me did not satisfy me. I am an engineer and had done a lot of research but could not figure it out. Well, yesterday, I saw a video of the fix and to my surprise, it worked and it was the same fix that AE had recommended. I am impressed. Well, after this positive experience and a previous one, I am happy to recommend Auto Emporium. I was nervous at first and asked a million questions but they owned my trust for future car repairs. Family owned business. Thanks AE and I will see you soon.

Auto Emporium has always taken great care of me and my vehicles. I ve bought two cars from them, and they are my go to for service. Recently my AC went out, and they were able to diagnose and fix it within a day at a minimal cost. It was the best case scenario for a broken AC. I trust them, their advice, and the work they do. I appreciate most their honesty and integrity.Service: A/C installation & repair

My experience with Auto Emporium was fantastic! The car my teenage son drives to/from school suddenly started making some strange sounds and I didn't want him to drive it until we had it fixed. I called Auto Emporium and they got me in the next day! The employee I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They have a really cool text system where they send you a link to their diagnostics, repair recommendations, and price quote. You are able to access it all on your phone and approve the repairs right then on the website which is great because I was at work. I approved the repairs in just minutes and they could get started right away without the whole game of phone tag! They did a great job on the actual repairs, the price was reasonable, and they got it done that day! I would highly recommend the quality service and friendly staff at Auto Emporium!Service: Brakes
