These guys are awesome! I ve had my car in for repair on a couple of occasions. Once for a brake job, a second time to have the steering rack replaced. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are fair and they don t take shortcuts. The job gets done right.

I would give Arrow 100 stars if I could! Always available, always reliable, always great prices! recently had catalytic converter stolen and they worked with me and my insurance all the way. LOVE THEM!!!

Great prices, and they always do a great job. Went in for air compressor issues and an oil change, i noticed on the receipt they forgot to do the oil change so i called and i took it in the very next day, they got it done fast and with no charge. I have no complaints about Arrow Radiator and would highly recommend.

My best friend told me about these good ole boys. They do excellent work. No hassles. They replaced the front passenger window in my 2015 F150 XLT truck in 2021 after a rock hit it. The work was completed in about a day. And they just fixed my truck again yesterday 6-29-23 after being towed in to their shop. It runs great. See Mr. Dave. I recommend Arrow Radiator for all your car and truck repairs.

Had to flush heater core, they got me in and out quickly and a fair price. They even topped off my fluids. Very cool.

I've been taking my car to Aarrow for about 7 years now and my entire family also trusts them with their vehicles. I have never had a bad experience here and I always trust them to give me the best recommendation and quote and not upcharge me at all. They get the work done in a timely manner and are very communicative throughout the entire process. All of the employees I've interacted with are friendly too. I will never go to a different auto shop!!

EDIT: it's been two months without a response. Maybe Dave could apologize for the rudeness, the missing windshield "cowling," and the ABS snafu - but nothing.Original review -Dave at Aarrow said I am the reason he drinks. (He said, "People ask me why I drink", and a lady in the background laughed.) I was struggling to explain a car problem to try to help. I then politely asked for clarity on scheduling, which prompted his rude comment.Sorry, I don't know your schedule nor much about mechanics. That's why I called you. But you know how to lose a customer. And there's more to that talent with Dave:In a prior repair, my car came back missing a cosmetic part near the windshield. I didn't report it. That's on me, but now the "world" can know since I am such an annoyance to you.And in June 2022, you replaced a half shaft. I noticed the ABS light was on when I picked up the car, so I called later. You offered to schedule me for the next week, instead of asking me to come in immediately.I don't need your belittling. If you're stressed out, I suggest you get help and leave your customers out of it.

I moved in nearby to this shop just over a year ago now and must say, these guys rock! I have several older cars and trust these guys to do most of the general maintenance and repair I don't have time or patience to do. I have had my A/C repaired, I have had several oil changes, a power steering pump replace, an EVAP system replaced, extra cooling added for towing, several sets of tires mounted and balanced, a windshield replaced and the list goes on and on. These guys are always straightforward and honest about their work and their prices, they will give you options on replacement parts for pricing flexibility and they will let you use your parts as well. For those of you that don't know, Dave and Dean are in fact the owners and they are both great guys, always helpful and very kind to their loyal customers. I have recommended their services to friends and family alike and all have been pleased.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Auto windshield replacement, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Extremely impressed with this shop. Brought in my 06 Impala to have a couple things fixed or replaced on multiple occasions.They have always been professional and upfront about what my options are before making the repair. I needed a sway bar replaced as well as some front tires and did some shopping around before choosing Aarrow. They came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else in Hilliard and fit me in that day. I knew exactly what I needed done and there was no added charges of other things that "need fixed" like some other shops try to do.Today, I brought my car in again for a flat that I thought needed replaced or repaired. They did the typical inspections on the wheel and tire and found no issues. I expected a charge for essentially accidentally wasting their time but that was not the case. Furthermore, if they had told me I needed a new tire I probably would have gone ahead and done it.I know none of these are major repairs but I am more than confident these guys can handle anything thrown their way. This is one of the few shops I know is run with Integrity and Professionalism above making as much money as possible when I bring my vehicles in. I have thrown thousands of dollars into this car. It had a severe vibration (almost a death wobble) at highway speeds. After replacing nearly the entire suspension, I was still having the same issue. I took it to Aarrow hoping they would be able to diagnose it without throwing more parts at it. Dave called in a couple hours and had pinpointed it to a collapsed brake line and calipers seized. Absolutely nothing to do with the suspension as Parts Changers swore were the issue. All repairs were made at a really affordable price.If you want to spend a ton of your hard earned money and not figure out the true cause, take your vehicle elsewhere.If you want it repaired right the first time and save your money, give these folks a call. They are in the business of repairing vehicles at a fair price and not of ripping people off.I will be back!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Let me start off by saying I have had nothing but horrible experiences with mechanics. In my experience they always try to ripping you off or they fix something on the car but it never fixes the issue so you have to pay them more money to check out the vehicle again. I've also had several instances where something new breaks again right after. How coincidental, right?My experience at arrow was great. I spoke with Dave throughout the process of my repair for my old 1996 GMC Safari work van. If Dave is not the owner of the place he's incredibly professional and treats the shop as his own.Here's what set my experience apart! I spoke with Dave on the phone and had my van towed there. He inspected the van and gave me a complete rundown on the price and the concerns he had from the rusted of brake line. Once I instructed him to proceed with the repair he called me back after he finished and gave me another complete run down of everything they did and their problems they ran into. I've never had any other shop be so detailed with me. The only issue we had was the final total was a about $100 more than the original price quoted because they found another damaged brake line. To be honest that didn't matter to me because in this day and age it's so hard to find someone honest and willing to work hard for you. Everyone wants to take shortcuts but that's not what they do here! They have made a regular customer out of me and I will continue to come here even if I move from the Hilliard area!Service: Brakes

I was having the worst day possible. I had my cat converter stolen from my car. I came to these guys well recommended by another shop nearby. I had no concept of filing an insurance claim for this kind of issue, they guided me throughout the process, did repairs and even gave me a ride home while I waited for my car to get fix. They went out of their way to get it completed on a Friday so I wouldn t be without my car on the weekend.Overall, great experience, transparent and this shop has my business for as long as I m in Columbus.Highly recommend. I had been taking my cars to a place in Hilliard for over 30 years. A friend and neighbor mentioned Arrow and their great service and great pricing so I decided to try them. I'm so thankful I did. This family owned business really made me feel welcomed. I was given a ride back to my house by Brian, one of the owner's son, and I had such a blast just talking with Brian. The repair only took about 45 minutes and I was so happy when Brian picked me back up to bring me back to the shop. By the time our 7 minute car ride finished, I felt like I had just been with a long-lost cousin. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill too. Much lower than what I had been paying and they did everything I asked them to do. I really liked their customer service, the friendliness of the staff, especially Brian, and their promptness of getting the work done. As I said, they made me feel welcomed and there was no pressure about wanting to do other repairs that weren't necessary. Very good people, down to earth, just wanting to do a good job for a customer. They have a new customer for life. I highly recommend Arrow and gladly give them a 5-star rating and have proudly recommend them to some of my friends. Great job Arrow.Shirley NebelHilliard, Ohio

Had squeeky brakes for a couple days on a used truck I purchased. I called and made an appointment assuming I needed new brake pads and possibly rotors. They checked then out and told me they looked good, possibly just had some moisture or a little rust, but they didn't need replaced. I offered to pay them for their trouble and they didn't accept. Super impressed with the honesty and generosity of the people that run this place.

I have had nothing but great experience with Aarrow. They go out of their way to take care of their customers. The facility is "no frills" for sure.... but I appreciate their no nonsense, straight forward service and communication. But mostly, I just think they are good people. I dropped my car off last night after hours and was waiting for my ride to pick me up. A gentleman came out just as I was putting my key in the dropbox, to lock up and he was visible concerned for my well-being. Asked if I had a ride coming, and if I needed some water (It was still pretty warm at 7pm) and then reconfirmed that my ride was on the way before he left after I assured him that I was good to go. I really appreciated the concern. THANK YOU Aarrow for your excellent customer service.

I have brought my Volkswagen Bug here Atleast 4 or 5 times. From just an oil change to brakes and pads and rotors, my latest issue was power steering hoses. They have always been fair and respectful with me, and they never do extra work and change me later like most shops do. I would highly recommend taking your cars here

They do not work on Volkswagens at this shop. When I called they seemed annoyed that I was inquiring about different issue just trying to get a price point because I heard very good things about them from other people.Being an workshop for cars not everyone knows what your employees would, please take a step back and check your attitude when dealing with a potential customer in the future.

I love this shop for a couple reasons. One, they are family owned and operated. They are friendly and reliable. Most importantly they are honest and affordable. I have taken several cars here for repairs I was quoted much higher costs at other shops. This shop will only do the necessary work and not try to do other things to make more money.I currently have a car there now and instead of just replace what I thought was the problem they ran test and determined the more expensive part I thought was the problem is not. The actual problem may be a part I just replaced and is under warranty. You cannot go wrong by going to Aarrow.

Dean and Dave are the best. They can tackle just about anything and they stand by their work. The prices are fair, and the job is done right.I have used Arrow for a number of my vehicles as recommended by my boss who has sent many cars there over the years. The work was always done right. Some days they may need to take an extra day due to having to order a part, or due to the sheer number of people who trust them to take care of their vehicles, but the job is done right and the price is right.Anything from replacing a window (which they sucked all the glass out of the door AND under the seats), to a complete overhaul, these guys are great.

I took an old tractor gas tank in to have the rust removed and the inside re-coated. I was worried since it was replaceable, but it turned out great and saved me a ton of work/money. Everyone was friendly and great customer service. Will definitely use again when and if needed.

I came out of work one evening to my truck spilling coolant all over the ground and overheating. The bike shop next door to me recommended this place to me so I figured I would go ahead and call. I was able to drop my truck off the next morning, they kindly provided me a ride to work when I said I was going to wait for an Uber. The next morning I got a call before 10 am with a quote for a new radiator and install that was well below most places and I will have my vehicle back this afternoon.I am so grateful to have been able to find an auto place in Columbus after moving from cleveland as I am skeptical of new mechanics and have been scheduling appointments in cleveland for my vehicle for the past two years.Thank you!

These guys are as honest as they come. I have dropped my car off and been called and told nothing is wrong with it. They could have easily charged me and made up something, but they are good to the core and do excellent work. I refer everyone I know to this place, have been a loyal customer for about 5 years.

We have been using Arrow for over 20 years! We have taken our vehicles there many times. They have never changed a part or performed service without calling me and carefully explaining their diagnosis of the problem, and giving us an estimate. The final bill has almost always been exactly what they estimated the job would cost. I have never come away thinking that they charged us more than what was reasonable. We definitely recommend Arrow!!
