Christopher fixed my truck at 2 am this morning. He got right on it. He didn t drag and run the hourly rate up like most shops. Did a wonderful job and the lady at the front desk in the shop was awesome too. Would recommend them again

I pulled in with a coolant leak, they got on it right away, I was in and out in less than an hour. I drove 35mins to my pick up, I went to top off the coolant and noticed it was still leaking. After I made the pick up I went back to TA, they pulled me into the shop quickly. Don inspected the leak throughly, and showed me the small crack in the seam of the reservoir that was missed the first time. He started to replace the reservoir right away. I was there for less than 2 hours, Don then ran a few tests to make sure the leak was fixed. This man knows his stuff, he took great care of my truck and put me at ease. I left that TA and drove thru the night to WI, I checked the coolant a few times but the levels were perfect so I didn't have to top it off. Thank you to the service team and an extra thank you to Don for the great work and customer service.

I am eternally grateful to God for the entire team at this TA. I want to specifically extend my gratitude to Jay who worked on my truck. My truck was shaking violently when driving and when I initially pulled into a Love's, after hours of making me wait, they came and told me that my Kingpins were severely damaged and needed replacement, ( off course that was nothing but a lie. ) From there I went to Freightliner and Freightliner trashed the position that Loves had sold me. They told me that I needed to have my steers balanced and aligned. That's when I came to TA. As instructed by Freightliner I simply pulled into TA for wheel balancing and alignment. Jay however went an extra 100 miles and checked every crucial part of my truck only to discover that both steers had deep plits and the wire and metal sheet in the tire was already compromised. Frankly, had I not stopped at this TA, something very bad could have happened. Jay installed two new steers, balanced and aligned them efficiently and all this happened in a very time conscious manner. The guys here do more than servicing trucks, they preserve lives and they have respect for all people of different colors and ethnicities. Jay, I can't thank you enough for the kindness and goodness you have rendered unto me. I pray that The Lord Blesses you and your household tremendously. If any leader from TA reads this, I want you to know that Jay is an asset to your establishment and he is fully deserving of recognition and promotion. Imagine TA with 10 more Jays, absolutely amazing.

Got the truck serviced. Went in at 0845 and they got right on it. Couple of pics of dog play area just past the pumps on the right by pavilion. Also lots of grassy area behind this walk dogs too.

Please don t go to this workshop for any type of maintenance, very poor and unprofessional people are here, specially the old long hair guy at front desk, he is very rude, not recommended this location at all.

Hey, I have to give the T/A truck stop a big thumbs up. Great service! I mean the people were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I had issue with was the cost of everything. However, I have to realize that I am not in North Carolina, and the cost of living is a bit higher. Then again the cost of living is high in North Carolina as well . When traveling this way stop in and enjoy a few minutes with the people of Ohio and the great service of Travel Centers of America.

Bob Evans is a great place to have breakfast at this TA. For those who enjoy the American- Italian foo, there is an Sbarro with attentive personnel, and redicu-licious menu! Popeyes lovely chicken and buttermilk muffins! Stop by, you will enjoy it!

I went to this workshop to change trucking oil and he destroyed everything saying that I will change the oil and my car was not good and he treated me rudely. I don't agree with what he did

From start to finish everything was excellent!!! From the tsa (Jessica) to the technician who worked on my truck and trailer were awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable,knew their job,and very quick to get me in and out!!! Highly recommend truckers come here for service unlike many other TAs I've been to throughout my many years of driving. Thanks to all!! Rick

I was quite pleased with my experience at this location. I needed eight new drive tires and had my mudflaps replaced at the same time. Both services were done and I was out the door in under two hours.

The road tech was pleasant an friendly an knew what he was doing. At the end when the bill was due, Be sure to "noted the call, when he arrived and left" I did , and TA over charged me by an hour an a half. I told the tech this and he said "he was told to do so". Look out Hebron, Ohio TA Truck stop...In the end I did not pay the full charge

At first they didn t want to install our used Virgin tire ,claiming you can t install trailer tire on drive axle,than they tried to sell us used recap tire,than we finally agreed for new tire,two hours later they didn t even bother to call us to let us know that they don t have technician to change tire ,until in the morning,they wasted 7hours of our timeService: Tires

I left a 3 hour promise time at Love's for a 2 hour promise time here to get a PM done. They had 1 truck already getting lubed and 1 other before me. They finally called me 5 hours later.

Worst place to do oil change. I went to change oil for my truck and one mechanic called Robert harassed me badly.He almost fought me that I was slow in moving my truck into oil change section. He s so abusive. They kept me for 5 hours waiting to change oil only to tell me that they do not have my oil filter and fuel filter for my truck the last minute.Mercy tried to talk to me nicely but Robert!!! Wa wa wa wa!!!!!

Told me they were backed up, would take many hours to get a tire changed. No shop trucks were gone and the technicians in the shop just joking around and not working on anything and no trucks in the shop. This is a pattern with all ta owned truck stops. I will not spend any money with ta or ta owned facilities until you can fix this and the other problems with your business.

Long wait for repair but once in Don found out quickly what my issue was. Explained and showed me what the cause was and how he was going to fix it. I might have to go out of my way if I need repairs in near Ohio just to have Don work on it.

Came in to get my AC condenser looked at around 8 am, I was told due to staffing issues on the weekend I wouldn't been seen till 4pm, at 5pm I was alerted to the fact that is be again delayed till 10pm. When it was all said and done they hiked a price my way for that job that was double what I paid at the shop I went to next. Would not recommend using TA unless you are desperate.

I loved this spot. We went and took showers everyday. If the Gathering of Juggalos is in the same spot next year, I will be stopping by here to clean myself.

Nice place to stop, eat, shower & do laundry. Only thing is, every time we stop here, Sbarro's is always closed, doesn't matter what time it is.

Typical TA. Over priced under staffed and looking a bit worn. But this particular TA had a Bob Evens for its restaurant which is head and shoulders above the normal TA food offerings.

They have a tech who actually knows how to diagnose issues and get it done. I had battery issues for months he managed to figure it out and fixed the issue in a matter of 20 minutes no other TA could figure it out

Went for the truck was. I have a big 4�4 that doesn't fit in most washes. It is cheap but, they don't do a very good job. Also if you go during the day be prepared for a long wait. Go around 8PM or later.

They always try to charge you extra if they feel you don't know or don't ask the price?Oil change pm T5 is extra $50 every TA but they told me $100 something.Always ask the price and estimate or they will rip you off.

Better go somewhere else unless it is emergency, came to install mud flaps for my trailer and not satisfied with their work at all, mud flaps were touching the tire after they installed, yeah it is because of trailer of course but letting go customer without telling this and carelessly installing like this is not acceptable

Very nice travel center. Two restaurants, clean restrooms and showers, and plenty of parking spots.

Pitiful...Walked up to the counter in the shop, the mechanic/attendant basically had a 30 sec stare down before I asked if he was going to help me or just look at me. Terrible customer service. Felt a "hateful" vibe..I would've waited the estimated hour wait time, but I just left. I'll pass on this TA any day....
