Took a newly bought daycab to this location to have an initial inspection, pm service and repairs needed to the differential. Service was top notch with all of my requests and concerns. The work was outstanding and done proper as the last mechanical to work on the axle housings used the wrong gasket maker and painted over it to send it down the road. For the amount of work needing done to the truck they got on it very quickly and was buttoned up within the week.They also have a few Cummins certified techs working at this location so I will be bringing my trucks with the X15 engines here as well.

Great service and friendly people. Highly recommended for truck and trailer maintenance. Wait time for the repairs are always short. Which is the best thing.

Big thanks to James Miller & Eastern Truck Repair shop.We had a T680 Kenworth with a blown coolant line under the Turbo.None of the shops in the area were capable to replace the pipe.Eastern Truck repair accepted the challenge and did a very good job.They've replaced the pipe in reasonable time and very fair pricing.

Got in to have my trailer ABS issue fixed. Everyone is super friendly and got me in and out quick - couldn t be happier with my experience. And if you re lucky Bob will give you a free pen! Thanks again!

I found coolant in my oil in my Peterbilt with a CAT engine. The guys at the Service department brought me in and found my water pump was out. In the process, they discovered a problem with my cooling manifold. They were able to fix it and get me back on the road. Pricing was incredibly fair. Service was top of the line. Came in for a carrier bearing issue, Shop got me right in and confirmed Carrier bearing needed replaced. Dave, was awesome and got me back on the road in a timely manner.

I don't want to say nothing bed about the service...... But and this Parking lot..... It's not safety to stay overnight.... Somebody stole my diesel..... Next track to.. My left also stealing the fuel....08/19/2020

I stopped in cause my actuator went out. They managed to squeeze me in with all the work they have going on. Ian, Bob in the office are very respectful, and upfront about what needs done to get your equipment back on the roads. They ll do their best to find the best price for what your equipment need. Mechanics will answer any questions you may have. They are busy, but I d sure stop in again if I ever needed more help.Thanks again for helping get me back on the road Eastern Truck & Trailer

Highly recommended. Honest and professional gentlemen in there. He said to me ,,"your problem is about hose. If I fix, I charge you 150$, but I suggest you do it." And then I bought hose from here just 5$ and my problem is solved. It's really difficult to find honest people in this time. God bless you all guys. Thank you again.

I'm impressed, most shop you walk into the service counter help seems to always have an attitude, But these gentlemen were very friendly an professional. No hassles, and no BS with these guys. I suggest any owner Operator, or company driver to get your rides taken care of here if your in the Hebron, OH area..

I called about an issue with the stop light switch on my 2019 Cascadia and the parts guy was really helpful in taking the time to explain that there were actually 3 different stop light switches on my truck that were responsible for 3 different actions. I ultimately decided on buying 2 of the 3 parts and a couple in cab air filters. All the parts were in stock and the prices were decent. I pulled into the lot with my trailer and there was a parking space specifically marked for trucks checking in or picking up parts which was nice and convenient. I was in and out in 10 minutes with all my parts. I'd definitely use them again if I'm in the area.

To the rescue! From my initial conversation with Ian, I knew I was in good hands. He listened to my issue and discussed a solution with someone in the background named Bob.On arrival, "the" Bob came out to my RV, Ruby, to verify the diagnosis. He removed the old RV house water pump and replaced it. When I asked him to check my tire pressure, he put his finest... once again... on the job! They checked oil, washer fluid, power steering fluid and, of course, the tire pressure.I'm back on the road. I can wash and flush! Thanks to the finest!

The men at eastern are courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, honest and above all, professional. Josh and Ian at the front desk are efficient and friendly. The entire eastern team goes above and beyond to accommodate the clients needs. This company has high standards for its service.They diagnosed my vehicle and determined they could not perform the required services I required. Instead of leaving me high and dry, they assisted me with finding another shop with the appropriate equipment and qualifications to perform necessary repairs and coordinated the transfer.Eastern in good people.

I visited the parts department looming for a part that is seemingly difficult to source these days, rubber mudflaps of all things. The employee was extremely friendly and very happy to help with what they had in stock and got it for less than what was expected. I will happily do business here again.

We were really in a bind to get a brake fixed on our travel trailer. Without Eastern, our vacation would have been ruined. Bob, Ian, and the mechanic that got us all fixed up were really great. Everyone at Eastern was courteous and made our bad day not so bad at all.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I had a DPF error, and was in limp mode. Freightliner said they wouldn't have a place to park for two weeks. T/A misdiagnosed the problem. Went to Eastern when it was recommended by the tow truck driver. They found a broken exhaust manifold and damaged head. The work was done professionally, and they even put up with my third party warranty antics. I highly recommend them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Had a semi-trailer tire blowout and we were lucky enough to find Eastern Ohio Truck & Trailer. Christian was very professional, laid out their replacement tire options and answered my questions before I could ask them. They also worked very quickly to get the driver back on the road. We'll definitely use them again when we are in the area. It is hard to find quality repair facilities like Eastern with good customer service these days.

Had a hole in a trailer tire, they had one, got me in right away, and were very nice and accommodating. Especially when the ta actors the street have me a 6 hour wait estimate on the phone with one truck visible in the shop. Highly recommend!

Took the truck in for a stop engine light which was caused by the DPF. They found multiple problems and kept me informed of the progress all the time. They also found a hole in the bellows that would have been very difficult to detect. There was a delay with the parts delivery and they apologized for that, even though it wasn't their fault. The staff stayed on to get the job completed. Pricing, I thought was reasonable and the technician knowledgeable. I would recommend the Hebron Ohio site to all.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was having issues airing up my truck tires across the street at the gas station and they got me in right then and aired them up for me, no charge! Life savers and I would highly recommend them!Service: TiresService: Tires

I was very upset with the quality of their customer service. We came for a wheel seal repair. Prior to sending the truck I called to get an estimate for the out-the-door price and was told that the absolute max would be 260.00. 25 mins prior to the job being complete, I asked if we were still good on the original quote and I was told yes. When the job was done the bill came out to just under 300.00 and the only thing they could tell me was that it is what it is and there was nothing they could do about it. Definitely wont be returning here for any other work in the future.
