Matt has always been honest with us and more than willing to help us out. We have bought 4 vehicles off Matt at Bowman Automotive. We have never had a problem or an issue with any of the vehicles we have purchased.

Matt was great to work with and made everything super easy. I've been dealing with the Bowman family for years. And as always this was an easy painless purchase. Everything was explained to me through the whole purchase process. If you are considering a new to you car you owe it to yourself to give them an opportunity.

If we could post this without stars, we would. Do not trust these people. They are outright racist cowards. We talked back and forth about one particular vehicle, and made a deal with Matt. They string us along all week, with the impression that we were going to buy the vehicle. We told them that we wanted the car. We made a deal. Not once did they suggest for us to give them a deposit. We drove almost 5 hours to get the car- called them to let them know we were almost there. When we called, Caleb told us the car was sold the night before, just like that. If it was really the truth, we will never know. He hung up on us. We were dumbfounded. We got a hold of the manager, and he said he was going to call us back, and never did. We called back, and finally got a hold of Matt, the salesman- he answers the phone- and hangs up, when he discovered who it was. So we called one more time, because, with a check in hand, and being 5 hours from home, with a one way rental car, that cost us a lot of money, a girl answered this time, and laughed at us, and put us on hold. And left us hanging there. You be the judge. we just want to say this, after all this, they probably don"t care about these reviews. This review is for people who have moral standards, and understand where we are coming from. So to us, this is totally a big WOW factor.

My current situation, I bought a car on June 30th and it had a couple of issues. They were willing to fix the issues and I thought it was fixed until on July 30th the car wouldn't go in park. The car is having major issues and I purchased the warranty but I'm also getting the run around from them. This was my son's first car and now he's without a car. He still have to pay on the loan and I don't even know if the warranty is going to pay for it. I do understand that used cars will have it's issue's but I don't want to be stuck with a car I can't drive but still have to pay for. It's not fair. I have bought used cars before and I thought I was getting it from a good place.

First: I had to buy a second Temp Tag because they didn t transfer title.Second: They sold me an illegal vehicle due to the DEF system being deleted Third: Head baskets blown less than 4 months later.Terrible experience for now a useless vehicle with a boatload of money owed on it.The Ohio Attorney General has requested all of the info from the deal.Terrible dealership. Lesson learned in a sense. Stay clear of this place. Was fed nothing but lies.

I purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox LTZ from Bowman on 4/20/2016. The vehicle had an issue, which led to a bigger issue. Joe Bowman Jr worked very hard, on my behalf, with the repair shop & my warranty, to get the vehicle repaired. He even offered to pay my warranty deductible to offset the trouble that I incurred with the vehicle, limiting my out of pocket expense. Every used car will have defects. It tells of the character of the dealership, to either stand behind their product & word or take the easy way out. I feel that Joe Bowman Jr, showed his good character, in his hard work to resolve my vehicle's issues.

Bowman is a great place to get your vehicle needs. The people are not pushy and are easy to talk to and are willing to help you.

It is not guarantee approvals. And most of the cars have some sort of issue
