I had an accident and broke the stem to my farm tractor. My agricultural dealers (in Mt Vernon and Utica) highly recommended Shrader Tire & Oil in Heath. I was able to drop off on Wednesday (right before they closed) and got a phone call by Thursday morning it was fixed. They were very quick and took very good care of me (cause It s hay season and tractor doesn t travel very far on a flat tire). Doug Miller (store manager ) also took extra time explaining and showing a much safer way to strap down tractor and it definitely wasn t thru the tires as we had it previously secured it. Such wonderful people, I definitely know where I m getting my next tires Shrader Tires!

Time to exchange the winter air for the summer blend.....Well, there was also a slow leak at the valve stem too so while I was there...Great service and quick response to the issue.They also participate in the FMCA Tire Purchasing Program so I'll be sure to check back when I need replacements..!Thanks guys!

Exceptional customer service! We were struggling to find unique tires for our 1955 fire truck (food truck) and they were able to locate and install them within 3 days. Price was reasonable and the staff was wonderful to work with. Thank you!!!!

Brought our small RV in for a leaky tire. Doug looked at it and determined it was the valve extenders leaking air and not tire. He took off the valve extenders and recommend to do this for the other side. Took his time and the price was really reasonable. Definitely would recommend Shaders. Doug went above and beyond. Plus he was working the desk and answering the phone calls.

The customer service I received from the store manager, Doug, is what is missing in today's businesses. I will give repeat business just for that alone.With that being said, the product was price-shopped to find me exactly what fit in my budget, with the highest quality on the dollar. I highly recommend Doug and his crew!

We inherited a mass of tires in the garage of our new home. The guys at Shrader were helpful and prompt in helping me turn them in. And at an affordable rate too! I ve also had tires done here, and was super happy with the work performed. Thanks guys for the awesome work!! Definitely helped us out in a pinch with unloading our tire fortune lol

After a warning light showed me that I had a leak in one of my tires, I luckily happened on Shrader. They looked at the tire right away, and in a short time I was on my way. I m grateful for the prompt, professional, and very friendly service. Thank you!!

That's right, I couldn't spend another second without saying thank you, I own an interstate transport company with a refrigerated trailer and I had problems with a trailer tire and I called shrader and Justin, they told me come and they were very fast, professional and I will be grateful to you forever, you really left me very surprised, thank you

Guys were very fast and professional and even though I was one tire short right when they closed they stayed open long enough to do the final tire for me. Legit this shop saved my job today and I will send anyone I can here to have their work done. Absolutely amazing guys!!!!

I own and operate a remodeling company and got a nail in a tire on my work truck and noticed 2 of my tires needed replaced ASAP so I bought 2 and called 15 different shops to find someone to install them to get me back on the road and nobody would help me so I called shrader and Justin told me to bring it right in and they would get it done. They were a live saver cause if my truck is down there is no money being made so time is money. Thank you very much and I will definitely use them the next service I need on any of my 5 vehicles.

These guys are awesome. Was pulling an enclosed trailer and picked up a nail. The chain tire shops gave me the run around and I pulled into Shrader in Heath as a last resort. Air was seeping out of the puncture and I was running out of time before the tire was completely flat. These guys dropped everything they were working on and took care of the issue within 15 mins and for a great price. Thank you and will be a returning customer moving forward. Highly recommend!-A

I went there for an alignment on my HD truck. I was told my ball joints were shot and needed replaced. I took my truck to a shop I trust the same afternoon, the ball joints were totally fine.Here is some of the lies the Shrader manager told me :"There is a lot of play in your ball joints" My reputable shop attested this was a wrong. Even used a dial indicator, which revealed that the play was "0.016inch nothing ever worth mentioning on ball joints""You have to jack up your truck on the frame to check the ball joints, not on the axle" ('05 dodge 2500). That's a lie, of course you have to jack the truck up on the axle. Otherwise all you would be doing is fighting the compression of the spring and the weight of the axle."I turned the wheels left/right by hand, and it was too easy to turn. New ball joints wouldn't let the wheels turn that easily". The steering gearbox prevents the wheels from being turned by hand, jacked up or not. The steering lock also prevents the wheels from being turned with the ignition off. I watched him check my truck (less than 1 minute), nothing was unbolted, only a prybar used to pry underneath the tire.Without taking the steering components off, which takes a while, what he is saying he did is physically not possible. And even if he had the superhuman strength to over-power the steering gearbox & lock by hand, what he would be feeling would be the resistance of the gearbox...This Shrader shop is genuinely excellent at bald faced lying. If they applied half as much skill into honest fixes of trucks, they would be spectacular mechanics!Anyway, I will steer wide and clear from this place in the future.
