Super polite guy showed up. Was told would be about an hour, was less than 30 minutes later! I was expecting to have to tow my car. Guy jumped the car, no tow needed. Just needed a new battery. Very knowledgeable and helped answer my questions. Definitely use this service again if ever needed.

The service was great. I slid off the road on ice into a ditch. The phone dispatcher was very nice, helpful and concerned. It was a pretty crummy morning and they made it out there quickly. The driver was did a great job pulling me out and getting me back on the road. Very happy I picked them!

Jae s Towing came to our rescue after another company failed to show up. They were very nice and fast. We needed a 53 trailer loaded onto another trailer and they got it done for us so our driver didn t have to sit all night! A huge thank you to Nicole and team for making this happen for us! The guy was relatively nice, he was careful with my vehicle and communicated with me really well. This is the first towing company I've ever called to get my vehicle transported somewhere else and it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

It s usually a bad day if you are calling a heavy equipment tow truck. From start to finish this company was a gem! We experienced great customer service, professional and knowledgeable equipment driver. Thank you to the staff at Jae s towing! You are very much appreciated!

Nathan was fantastic to deal with. I had a unique situation that was more of a hassle than most and he took it in stride. Hopefully don't need to but will Absolutely use again in the future!

Jae s did a fantastic job! Responded to our call in a short amount of time! Very professional and friendly! Moved two trucks for us and had to belly strap the trailer while switching trucks due to it being a loaded tanker. Performed everything perfectly!Thank you Jae s!

I had to have a broke down excavator loaded onto my trailer at a landfill about a hour south of Columbus OH today Nick & Darren showed up with the right equipment and and really good attitude. They where very professional and did a great job I was very pleased with there work and would definitely recommend them to others and use them again for sure

The circumstances were not ideal, however, Mike from Jae's towing made everything seamless from maneuveing into a tight spot down to great conversation during transport. The lovely lady (sorry I forget your name) who answered the phone was genuinely concerned and immediately dispatched a truck to my location. Hands down the best in town!

The dispatcher on the phone (female, I do not know her name) was SO KIND and helpful. She gave important details and timing and seemed to really care. I was helped within a short amount of time with text updates. It took a matter of minutes to get my car unlocked with someone else who was truly personable. For reference, I was locked out of my car with the keys in my purse inside at a grocery store.

I've been being served by Jae's for years mostly through AAA but sometimes paying myself.But they have always been there for me. Got my vehicle out of some tight spots and put them down in some tight ones too! And had a piece of wood to put on a block I had for a tire I lost off a vehicle once. Even back during the pandemic they might have been backed up but they always came. And always figured out a way to help me. Even when they didn't have a good bladder bag trying to open my door they figured it out.Don't have one bad thing to say about the drivers. Always been some of the best people in the world.

Did a great job and it was very quick. The distance was over an hour drive each way and the cost was on the high side. Would definitely recommend if you are needing help locally.

They are the cheapest and best around to haul my big tool box where it needed to go. Did an awesome job, made sure my stuff was safe and secure and had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

It was good service only thing is when I called it in they failed to let me know I had to b there with AAA card it gave info over phone and left the car at my brothers went back to house. So I had make an extra trip so they could c the card before they could tow it just a little hiccup but next time i will know thanks again

I really doubted you could pull my truck and gooseneck out. Your driver was so confident and gentle with everything. In future if I have a tow issue I will ask for Jae. Driver made it look so easy
