Think I have a parasitic drain on my work truck. Hadn't started it since November because it doesn't see the winter and completely dead. The battery is only 14 months old so I took it out to interstate battery to have them tested. Told the gentleman I put a slow charger on it and still wasn't getting anything and he advised that those things are only good enough to top off but if it's completely dead it needs a regular charge on it. So he offered to charge it for me and didn't charge me a single penny. I had forgotten or didn't even know the place there. I had bought two Duralast batteries from a chain auto parts place and each time the first battery I bought had to be returned. Had I known this place was there I would've came here first. They definitely earned a customer in me should I ever need another battery. That's top-notch customer service in my book.

I guess it s my cars fault I dunno, I am under a 18 month warranty, and this is the second defunct battery. But it s my fault. It s okay, I am getting a good deal from Walmart, it hurts to leave a review like this for the company cause the man that installed my battery was a very good guy, dark hair and beard heavy set guy, he was amazing. Who ever I dealt with over the phone yesterday treated me like I was a worthless piece of *^%#

I pulled in 10 minutes before closing, desperate since my car had been jumped, and I had to get a battery. The young man was so nice, kind, and very efficient. I was out in about 10 minutes.And it was a better deal than the auto parts stores I checked with.

Tried to take back batteries that didn't work, and they called me a lier, even after I gave them results from Napa and Goodyear saying they were bad. Had employee get in my face and call me a *****

I needed a battery for our ATV. The employee at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Explained things well with a couple questions I had. The price for the new battery was reasonable and of course they took my old battery for recycling. I also got a box of AA batteries which were also a price. This store is easy to get to and there was ample parking close to the door.
