huber automotive has a great team of people working for them. em bowman was my sales women and she did a damn good job at getting me in and getting me out in a new truck i ve been on the hunt for. i stopped in filled out paperwork was out the door in just over an hour and on the road. thank you very much for working with me and setting me up with my new truck

My boyfriend bought a car here and they said they would ship us things that were missing from the car and we never heard back so we contacted them talked to the new owner Garrett. They had staffing changes so the guy who sold him the car wasn t there anymore so Garrett had no knowledge of any of this. We could tell he felt really bad that the situation happened and wanted to make it right. He more than exceeded our expectations with getting us the parts and kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. Would definitely come back again when in the market for a new car.

Thank you Huber Nissan service department. Had to have car towed to shop and they were fast figuring out issue and getting it approved through warranty company.. very satisfied

DON'T BUY A CAR HERE! This place will sell you a car that has not been properly checked out and once you drive away you are stuck. I bought a car from another dealership and had it for a week and was able to return it solely because it wasn't right for me. But this place is shady at best. I bought a car and drove it for less than 2 hours only to get told I drove it off the lot so I'm stuck with it. And this vehicle had mechanical issues. So I learned what everyone was warning me about small car lots. Buyers Beware.

I was looking at the 2016 Dodge Caravan. Ended up with the Caravan and a 50,000 bumper to bumper warranty. WOW!! Spoke with the nicest guy Mattthew. Warmest of welcomes, and best personality. Bought cars for years, but this was the best, and most comfortable dealer I've delt with! Thanks Mathew and two thumbs up for the Huber dealership! Recommended HIGHLY!Lewie & Paula

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a car here and once I got on the freeway I noticed something wrong with it. I had test driven it prior to buying it but just in that area and wasn't able to go faster than 35 mph due to traffic. When I got on the freeway I noticed something was wrong. I picked up my daughter and I didn't mention my concerns as we headed back to get my vehicle from their lot. She immediately ask me what was wrong with the car so we drove back and dropped it off on the lot because they had closed I put the keys in the night drop. BECAUSE I DROVE IT OFF THE LOT THE LAW SAYS I BOUGHT IT. THEY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME TO COME PICK IT UP AND AFTER LOOKING INTO THE RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS I FOUND OUT THE CONSUMER HAS NO RIGHTS. THEY CAN SELL YOU A DAMAGED CAR AND NOT DISCLOSE IT TO YOU AND IF YOU DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT IT IS YOURS AND THEY DON'T HAVE TO FIX IT. AND THEY DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

My last 3 trucks were bought at huber but the last 2 trucks have been a total mechanical nightmare with problems after problem from the day I drove them off lot I just bought one there few months back been having problems with a vibration in the rear at highway speeds when towing my boat took it back to them a couple weeks ago charged me alot of money and a half of tank of my fuel to tell me nothing was wrong with it. I have not put hardly any miles on it since it was in decided to drive it today and rear wheel seared all lugs but one going down freeway call and they acted like they did not even care. Sales people are good people had great experience with them but there service department and there manager act like they don't care to find problem and service department is way over charging after call multipleother shops. I even offered to bring boat back with truck and let them drive it so they could feel it and they did not want to do that

First, read all the reviews. Some of the really negative ratings were confusing at best.My sales associate listened to me and my needs. Treated me kindly and fair. I test drove several vehicles, had no pressure. When I test drove my latest purchase, she saw my smile. That was the car for me.I had ZERO pressure with her (Emily) and no pressure from Rick Crano the business manager. Financing was easy, and they took care of me on my trade in.This is a local company, that has been in business alot of years. There is a reason. My wife and I have dealt with other dealerships getting a "great deal" and it has yet to work out. Huber? We are 3 for 3. You're hard pressed to get a lunch order right that many times.So! My parents have gone here for years. Any problems if there were any were addressed and resolved. I think a headlight issue on a car a long time ago. That's all.I recommend coming here first if you're car shopping in the area. Seriously.

I was told several times they had a 3000 mile or 90 day dealer warranty on power train. About 5 weeks after purchase , the transmission went out. When I contacted them , I was told they had my signature on a paper saying truck was as is . Why was i repeatedly told that I had a 90 days power train warranty? Make sure you read exactly what your signing, because apparently I ended up signing without realizing what it said , because I trusted them.

I highly recommend purchasing your new/used car from this place. My intentions were to just test drive a car and think on one of their vehicles as this was my first time buying on my own. They went above and beyond to give me the best and lowest deal imaginable with a very personable attitude! They also took great care in making sure I was comfortable with the deal and knew all the info up-front, no gimmicks. I am so happy I purchased here and not elsewhere! I haven t bought many used cars, I usually buy new and drive them forever, but my experience with the vehicle I purchased from Huber has enlightened me to never again buy a used vehicle. My 2017 Volkswagen Jetta has been plagued with a check engine light since about 2 months after I bought it, costing me thousands of dollars. Recurring check engine light for a part a local dealership just installed, comes right back on the next time I start it, with codes indicating the same problem. Then I get an invitation from Huber for extended coverage but when I called I was told, We can t offer you coverage with a check engine light on. Gave 2 stars because Huber had a vehicle style I needed, and the fact that it s a lemon isn t 100% Huber s fault.

I have gone to Huber for many years as have my adult children. Their Sales Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and place no pressure on the buyer to buy. Their Service Department is top notch in both service performed, and communication about needed repairs, cost, and timeline for completion. I go nowhere else for our vehicle needs!

Huber was my first car buying experience from a true car lot. They made it SO easy, they listened to my fianc� and I with our wants and truly listened to our needs as a busy family who travels over 30 miles a day for work. They went above and beyond what we could have asked for and I m so glad we chose them a small local business then a bigger name. Steve was a great salesman and we would recommend him to anyone especially first time car buyers.

Watching ambulances is more important to these people than helping customers. Most disrespectful experience I have ever had. I saw Dan I explained that my car was totaled and asked about what deals they were able to offer about a new car. Dan told me that he needed to find my file. Although I m a completely new customer and left me sit to watch the ambulance across the street at a restaurant. Never coming back. Yeah you really want to help me get a new car. Pathetic.

Want to waste your money and be left with a junky car? This is the place to go! For the price you pay for their cars you can go to another place pay 1 thousand more and get a more reliable car and deal with people that know how to sell good cars.

My son purchased a car from here back in March and sales process was easy very efficient. Fast forward to today... the AC wasnt working properly and we took the car back in for service. The service dept was extremely helpful and took care of the car without any issues. Its so refreshing to deal with great customer service! I would definitely recommend this dealership and service dept to anyone looking to buy a car.

Elle and the team at Huber are the best around. Recently found a new truck in a rush at Huber after an accident and now living in Colorado. Elle and the finance team took the time to keep in touch daily and made the financing process simple without even needing to be in the same state! Highly recommend huber for a new or used vehicle no matter your situation.
