My first day in orientation was a great experience. I've been with MCK Trucking for 3 in a half years now. The staff at MCK are very professional, friendly, patient and compassionate about their job. I call anyone of them and I'm treated with respect and they always listen. They are truly my family away from home. I think they are the best in my book. First and foremost if you don t have a driver manager that knows their job then you re screwed period! I had Rebecca and lord knows if you work for this company and get her as a manager, you minus well quit now I even spoke to the president of the company who also brushed me off like I was nothing! I know we re replaceable but so is that company. They don t care about there driver at all! They gave us a fold away seat for Christmas bonus! If that doesn t tell you anything! We sit down all day and that s the thanks you get lol This company is a joke!

Bonus pay good miles time off with family. Great leadership. They understand when you need to be home even if short notice. You just don t get that kind of understanding in the trucking business. If you have problems they take the time to talk with you personally and find a solution that works for you and them. Good equipment late model tractors all automatic!! Weekly pay.

If you have a good dispatcher the job will be ok but they go by seniority and it's hard to make money here bcuz if you just starting you will not get any good loads. They use to pay detention pay for alot of things which made up for the short mileage I was receiving but when they stopped the detention pay I knew it was time for me to go. I rather have a local job making $800 a week than to be otr making the same that's why I quitI quit

Shorted my husband's check more than once over a thousand miles leaving his check at 300 and less a week. Still have not gotten the issue resolved. Been 2 and a half weeks and after several calls to the office,the owner has yet to even return any of our calls which might I remind you was very polite considering. Other drivers have expressed they also had issues with their checks being accurate as well. I wouldn't not recommend this company whatsoever.

I have now been with the company nearly 4 months. From the moment I entered the doors at orientation, I felt like I was home. Everyone was so welcoming and no matter the question, the ideas, they supported us and me. I was part of a team. Even though I am part of a "company " it's more of a community. That is what sets this place apart from anywhere else I have ever been. You know a quality workplace when they value their drivers by paying them their worth. Responsiveness, professionalism, and that family comes first. Thank you for helping me find my home in this world. Look forward to being here until retirement.

1 because zero wasn't am option. I completely understand if a particular ticket is a disqualifier, however this Stephanie lady, who doesn't need any driver challenging her ineptitude on a Wednesday, proceeded to tell me I had things on my mvr which are false. Safety scores and not mvr citations. Warnings do not go on drivers mvr. So yes stop happened, but I don't need on Wednesday wrongly worded information. And don't apply here if you ve ever had same job 2x. She will not hire you. I was 100% honest. On bright side, now I know to correct this incorrect info. But this hiring person, explained this completely wrong.

Well I have been with MCK about a month and so far it's been a good experience. From the first day the staff has been checking with me to make sure I have everything I need to do the job comfortably. I drive a 2020 Volvo and I like the option of home time every weekend if I want to or just staying out. I'm new but so far no complaints.

I have been with MCK for almost 3 years. Dispatch is very understanding and works with the drivers for time off or home time. They have good equipment and if there is an issue with any of the equipment they get it fixed quick. I think I left the worst driving job for the best.

Great place to work every one in the office is easy to talk to and understanding of the drivers needs. Very good pay and home time, and late model trucks. I've only been here a little over a year but haven't found anything negative to say. Like I said Great company and great people.

My husband worked here for about 8 months. Very nice people who actually care about their employees especially their drivers! Husband left to take a job that he was closer to home. But they understood and told him he could always return to work again. So MCK has a five star rating for me!!

At first the company was great until the equipment problems began. Went through 4 trucks in a short time not to mention trailer malfunctions and constant under legal tread depth. They say no forced dispatch don't believe it!!! Favoritism and catering is also an issue with dispatch. Don't be fooled they'll replace you in a heartbeat!!!When work was slow the company made sure I

Overall, this is a very good company to work for. They are consistently upgrading their truck fleet and keeping their trailers in decent shape. You are treated like good friends and family by dispatch, but the owners are separated from the regular workers by the dispatchers. Other than that, good company.

When asked to give a review of MCK I was like, no problem! Iam a delivery driver of Can-Am side by side ATV's. I work out of the Fort Worth, Texas Warehouse. I have been here since July 2020. I was impressed with MCK from the very beginning, even the recruiting process was quick and easy.There is a very personable attitude throughout the company from every level that I've experienced. From the Vice President of transportation Jim on down, I honestly have been made to feel welcome and a part of the team. Dan in payroll is always available with any payroll questions. Without even one exception, every dispatcher or dispatcher assistant has been super friendly and cooperative in helping to make my job as profitable as possible. Sara, Brian and now Jessica have all been super friendly and cool.On the occasions that I have done general freight April is always happy to find the loads we need with the miles we require. Maintenance and repairs are handled quickly and done right thanks to Paula and her team.Most of our trucks are 2020 Freightliner Cascadias. With built in APUs and refrigerators. They are blue which is better than boring old white LOL. This job has its challenges. The work is physically demanding at times and requires a bit of stamina to get things done, but the folks at MCK give us the tools to try to do it the most efficient and safest way possible. I am extremely satisfied with MCK and plan on being here a very long time. :-)

You are not just another number here. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated like family. Everyone is very down to Earth, friendly, and very helpful. They will do what they can to help you, no matter the problem. I have enjoyed working for them for the past 4 years. Their benefits, pay, mileage, and home time makes this company WORTH driving for.

Great place as a new driver. Training was excellent, and professional. Dispatchers are friendly. Good communication not great I don't think there's a place where communications are perfect. I loved my job, I greatly enjoying my time here.

I have been driving truck for fifteen years and MCK is hands down the best company I have ever driven for. Everybody at MCK I have been in contact with , has been nothing but accommodating and given the ut most respect. I love working for them and I think anyone looking for a company to retire from would love it as much as I do.

Im goin on 3yrs that I've been with MCK Truckin. Great Company, they try there hardest on taking care of us equally. Good miles, good pay, dispatch works with your scheduling, where not treated like numbers (managers & drivers) are pretty good on knowing each other on a first name bases, we're all team players for the most part! it took me a long time to find a company like this one, wouldn't want to work for anyone else. Im hear for the Long Run!!

I've been with MCK Trucking for about a year and a half. The miles r really good and they'll really reward hard work and going the extra mile for them. I know it's clique and it's said all the time but it's really family here. The equipment is in great shape and they're always buying new ones. Brandy the DM is on top of her game to make sure you get the miles and runs you want. Dan in payroll always does a great job at making sure you're money is right and will fix anything that needs corrected. Jim's door is always open and has open ears for suggestions to make your job easier. Carla and Paula are on top of they're game making sure you have everything u need and the eld' s and gps's are in good shape and up dated and your PM's are scheduled. They're are alot of cogs at this company but they seem to move pretty good together. If you can't make a good living here go ahead and turn your cdl's in.

Best company to work for. Care about their drivers and family. Great home time. Take care of you while out on the road. Know you by name and not just a number. Great pay and benefits. Could not ask for a better place to call home.

Great place to work. Large enough company to provide great compensation but they still manage to pull off the small company, family friendly atmosphere. Show up, do your job, be respectful and they will extend the same positive attitude back to you.

Definitely 5 stars. This is my 2nd trucking job and my last. Great home time. When you call staff they greet you by name. Quick to resolve any issue. I can say and mean what I say. I love my job and Definitely the staff.

Truck drivers OTR avoid this place, over 5-6 hrs waisted, out of hours and I was not the fist but sure I m the last in their entire lot, I don t understand, I ll not be coming back this way, not considering the driver HOS and expect to be delivered on time. MAKES NO SENSE. is past 1600 and I m still here. Shame on Polaris

This place was a joke! Very unprofessional, they had me an two more guys drive in, and didn't even have trucks ready for me and another guy they flew in from OKC. The lunch they provided was a tray of subs like they sell at wal mart lol! (NO SODA) included!!! The equipment they did have was truly 2007/2015 absolutely horrible, do not waste your time.
