After having difficulty with my Ford electric truck over a period of time, I have to thank the service department at Spitzer Ford in Hartville for working with me through this experience. The team of Michael Geitgey including Zeke, Dylan and Sierra went out of their way to answer my questions, keep me informed and making sure I had a vehicle during the period my truck was out of service. They did everything to make the best of an unfortunate experience. I have dealt with many service departments over the years and this is the best I have ever dealt with.

So far I've had great experiences with Spitzer Ford in Hartville. Even though this last visit is for a repeat problem, I appreciate that they were willing to look at it again and keep working to solve the problem with no extra charge. Sierra Dieble is kind, capable, and efficient at her job. I was sick, so I especially appreciate their pickup and delivery service so I didn't have to ask a neighbor to take me and pick me up. I didn't even have to leave the house this time. They delivered the car to my house.

Dylan Yavosrky at Spitzer Ford Hartville has done an excellent job with our service repairs. I highly recommend him. He is honest, fair and completes our service work with professional integrity. Great communication and he delivers what he promises.

Waited for 2 weeks for a door seal and then they were to realign the back doors which required van to be put in the body shop. They didn't notify me that the seal for between the doors was in. Called and spoke to service manager, but they still didn't send the van to the body shop to align the back doors but they changed the wrong door seal. They never wrote up the problems correctly and ordered the wrong part then acted lik they never remembered that it was to have the body shop fix the doors. I left the service center with the same Big gap between back doors and dome light popping off and on and a brand new seal that never needed changed. Had to take it somewhere else.

Making an online service appt was easy and very helpful. Work was done quickly with minimal wait time. Sierra Dieble was the service manager for this appt., she was gracious, friendly and professional. She ordered parts which arrived the next day and scheduled me for that work the next business day after that. This is my 3rd car from Spitzer Ford Hartville; their sales manager, Jon White made it a very pleasant and professional experience. I recommend them. Addendum re: work done: there was a question of warranty coverage for the parts/installation. Sierra Dieble worked to resolve this favorably. I'm very satisfied and appreciate her help.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The Good - Oil and Filter change, Tire Rotation, Inspection was done in a reasonable amount of time and the service writer was professional and courteous.The Bad - Somehow the Technician backed my Truck into a pole and scratched and dented the Rear Bumper pretty Bad, The Oil Change light was Not reset, was not informed of the tire tread depth or any information on the Truck inspection as far as brake life, tread life, or any concerns.The service advisor said they will take care of the bumper accident but it is still is just something I should not have to worry about while bringing a truck in for standard maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Their Service Department got us in on short notice and replaced our power steering pump and brake hydro boost. None of the other Ford dealers within 40 miles were able to assist us. Dave Miller, our service manager, went above and beyond to get us back on our road trip. Thanks, Spitzer Ford!

Do not purchase from this dealership. They do not follow through on any thing they promise. I was sold a LEMON. I ve been through multiple repairs on a transmission and Instead of replacing the transmission it was rebuilt, causing it to break down again.I will NEVER go to this dealership again. Not for anything.Service: General repairs & maintenance
