This used to be my 'go to' for brakes and tires, and their excellent customer service.Recently, I walked in for 4 new tires and a FE alignment(on two occasions), but they were busy & several days out for that, so they recommended I make an appointment. Ok, no big deal. Made my appointment online, picked out my tires and time for Sat @10:00. No worries Saturday morning at 8:00, I get a call, "we don't have your tires"That sure would have been nice to know 48 hours ago and isn't that your job to have those times in stock, especially with an advance appointment?Not sure what has happened to this shop, over the last year, but I've wasted enough time trying to use Mr. TIRE lately.I'll spend my money @ a business that is staffed to handle the flow of customers and employs management that knows how to run a business.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for the last ten years to have tires and other maintenance performed. They have always been helpful and honestly trying to save customers money whenever possible. Including at times free stuck bolts for no charge or practically no charge. Stopped by today 11-16-23 because I was in a serious bind with pending car maintenance and traveling out of state. I met a store manager I ve never seen before and advised him that I had already purchased a full set of brake rotors and pads to do myself however had one small screw that refused to budge. I was told the charge would be nearly $90 for a half hour labor!! $90 to remove a 5 cent screw??? I d have been happy to pay something but that was outrageous. And then they tried to justify it by saying oh well you have the lift and the torch ya whatever, under new management I guess, I know I won t be back!

Used to be great. I went here for many years and received great service. Within the past year, I purchased tires here and they lose air constantly and the automated call service is so terrible that every time I call to try to schedule a time to have them fixed, I wait forever then am transferred to a message that no one is available to take my call. Don't waste your time with Mr. Tire.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, specifically requesting the rotation. However, when I returned later that day, I discovered that they hadn't rotated the tires as requested. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to complete the rotation. Unfortunately, a few days later, I noticed poor steering due to incorrect tire pressure adjustments. The front tires had 70 psi, while the rear had 50 psi. Additionally, the tire pressure sensor positions were not updated correctly after the rotation.

Came in December 23 with my tire that was losing air, they patched me up and said no charge. Merry Christmas

As usual, I received excellent service. A routine oil change had to be rescheduled for two days earlier because my car stalled unexpectedly. Got me in with no issues & received the same friendly treatment and advice I always get.

So my father, who should probably not be driving, decided that his minivan that has been sitting in the driveway for the last year should be made Road Worthy. Well, my idea of roadworthy and his is two different things however, I removed one of the tires and found that he had busted off the valve stem trying to air up tires that are probably well past their life span. Took it in to Mr Tire and they were able to put in a new valve stem and balance the tire and get me out the door and short time. How much was this service, not a thing, they wanted to make sure that if my father decided that tire wasn't going to be good enough or if he had a flat that he knew where to bring it to get it done right. Thank you Josh and all who helped!

Went this morning to get a much needed four tire replacement. The guys at the shop are great and my car rides so much better than it did!! Will definitely be back!

I have taken my car here at the advice of my dad. And I am so glad i did. They are always there to help, and answer any questions I might have. I never worry about my car anymore, cause I know that Mike and his team always have my back.

My husband and I went to see Daniel about some tires for our vehicles. The prices were very good and it was quick in and out. I also sent my mother in law out there and he got a new set of tires on her vehicle also. It was a breeze. There was no hassle no hidden cost. He was upfront with us on the cost of everything. He was very pleasant to speak with. Very nice man! The crew he has is excellent and very polite. I recommend this place to EVERYONE. You won t be let down! If I could give 10 stars I would !!! I come from Alliance to have them work on my vehicle.

I am here visiting from Florida and my check engine light came on. I went to AutoZone and they referred me to Mr. Tire. What an exceptional experience! They were so nice and helpful and explained my options to me. They got me right in, they cleaned the wire that was causing my check engine light to turn on and I was done! Highly recommend if you are looking for an honest company!

I have been taking my vehicles here for years. ALWAYS Excellent service! Dan and his crew Are Amazing! They have done many different jobs for me. They have done a fuel line repair on my mother's car. Power steering line on one of my cars. Many alignments, and of course tires. I trust them and they do solid work! Also the prices are very fair and they don't try to up sell you things you don't need either! Mr tire is my Only stop i have to make to get honest and complete repair work! Give them a try and you will see!

I called these guys in the morning. Me and my wife only have one car and a one-year-old child. I desperately needed to go to the emergency room, nothing life threatening or horrible but I definitely needed to be checked out before it got worse.. they got me in early that day and put all new tires on my car for a decent price and even though there was a couple complications along the way it wasn't anything that was their fault. They were Swift to call the auto parts store down the road and get the parts needed. They kept me updated with the progress and we're extremely nice to me and the other customers that came in. Very impressed overall and they got us out of a tight spot. I would recommend these guys to anybody considering the help that they gave me in my family. Pete was the main guy that I talked to.

One of the best experiences one can have when getting your vehicle serviced. Mike and Dan are honest mechanics and give excellent customer service. They were clear about what I needed and did not need. They were able to get my vehicle before an out of town trip so I wouldn't have to worry about having troubles on the road.I'm a half hour north, as long as Dan and Mike are managers, I'll be returning for regular service. Thanks so much again!

I have always gone here for my oil changes. Pricing is competitive, and they throw in tons of other inspections and services as a courtesy included with the oil change. Making an appointment is not difficult, and usually can get you in within a week.

I had a horrible experience at a Midas in my place of residence. I came in desperate for help and the manager was incredibly helpful. I love Mr. Tire and will recommend to anyone who needs a reliable, trust worthy shop!

Was just in and had new tires put on my wife's car. It was an awesome experience. They told us it would take about an hour and we received a call in only 25 minutes saying the car was ready to be picked up. I had scene a price online that was a little cheaper then the price we received and they were more then happy to adjust it. I will definitely be going back here when my car needs new tires! Thanks for the great service!

Absolutely the best care car center I've ever had the privilege to visit. The customer service is second to none. Good prices, amazing service. They have an honest no pressure sales approach. The technicians will pause to take you back and show you any issues they find while working on your vehicle. They really do go out their way to treat you like family. This is definitely the only place I've found that I don't dread taking my vehicle. I've already recommended this place to all my friends and family. Mr. Tire in Hartville is the only place I'll ever take my vehicle.

Professional, Kind, and Fairly Priced. Brian was very helpful in helping me to prioritize my vehicle s needs and they are definitely cheaper than the dealership/competition. They are popular, so I suggest booking in advance. It s difficult to get in with a tight time frame, but that speaks to their pricing and quality of service. Mr. Tire Hartville is my new one stop shop.

Drove from alliance to Hartville to have them look at my tire. once I got here the lady told me she had three call offs today and the other guys heads were in other cars. Told me to stop back Monday. I ve purchased three sets of tires from this place in the last two years I won t make that mistake again

Dan is by far the best! He really helped me out on several things about my car! He was upfront and honest about all the repairs and pricing! I was beyond impressed with his professionalism and kindness! Service was very fast and staff was helpful and polite! I highly recommend you stop in and ask for Dan for all your service needs!

Fast, friendly, and quality service. Dan heard I had a brake problem and told me to come right down so I could stay safe. He was very detailed in the explanation of the problems and showed me the issues. He gave me a quote and stuck to it and did not try to up sell me on things I did not need. He addressed my issues, gave me a fair quote, did quality work, and now I am back on the road with peace of mind! Thanks Dan for being awesome! The rest of the staff were all very nice and courteous as well!

Dan an his guys are awesome. They service both my Corolla and my Ram. They provide great, quick service at reasonable prices. Was looking at used Honda and they put it up on a lift and checked it out. I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Hartville.

I'm from out of town, close to 600 miles away. Had noticed an issue with the vehicle on the way out but brushed it off as needing alignment since I just gotten new tires installed. After checking reviews on Google maps I decided to go with Mr. Tires and I'm sure glad I did!! Not only did he suspect what the issue was (not an alignment issue like I thought) when I brought it in, he also took the time to show me what was going on and provided some options, even thinking out side of the box with me to help me save some money! I was very impressed with service the staff gave and would recommend them to anyone!

Last September around the14th as we began our return trip home to Seattle, our rear wheel was making loud noises. We were a mile from your shop so I called late afternoon and Sarah, working the front at that time said they would take look at it.Turned out both newly installed rear breaks were losing the pins that held the pads in.Your senior mechanic (can t remember his name) and assistant Josh showed us the problem and promised to fix it. Sarah called many suppliers but it was the end the business day and most were closed. She finally located a store with parts but they could not get them here until the next morning. Sarah came in on a day off the next morning to make sure we were taken care of .what great service!!Josh offered to take us to the comfort inn down the street and picked us up the next morning these three employees went above and beyond to fix a problem that should have never happened.We were so greatful this incident occurred at 30 mph and close to your shop vs. 80 mph on some remote highway.Apologize for taking so long to write this hope you still have this crew in your team!Jeff Trautman

I stopped in this morning to see about getting a tire patched and it seemed I was probably going to need a new tire because part of rim was pointy and looked like it punctured the tire. After sanding down the pointy part of the rim they realized that part had not punctured tire and they located the actual hole and were able to patch it. I appreciate their honesty because I was expecting to have to buy a new tire. Whole thing took about 20 minutes which is nice too! Dan was the person who I dealt with .Super nice and helpful!
