I started having Derek fix our cars about 4 years ago. I can honestly say I have never had a more honest and fair mechanic. He always tells you what is wrong and if it is worth fixing. He never tries to oversell. I know when I drop off our vehicles that it will be done right and really fair prices.

I am a shop owner in Richmond, Virginia and just cooperated with the owner of IPA to conduct a warranty repair for one of their customers basically half way across the country. I was moved to write this because there was no hesitation when it came to standing behind their work and the products that they sell. This type of situation usually results in a headache for everyone involved but they did everything they could to help us get the customer back on the road. If that doesn't tell you that these are trustworthy, honest people then I certainly don't know what will.

I have lived in Hartville for 30+ years I have never heard about them. A friend of mine gave me their number. I am so glad I found them. My son's car was blowing white smoke from the exhaust and a mechanic told it was a blown Head gasket and gave me a vey high quote close to 2000's to fix it. These people did their analysis and tole me it needed a new PCV valve and took care of it was a fraction of the costs. They are the best and know what they are doing.

I have been taking my car here for the last three years. Derek is one of the most honest and skilled mechanics I have ever known. He tells you the situation straight out and never would try to repair something that isn t broken. I will continue to take my car to him until he retires from the business. And when that day comes, it will be a sad day for me and my car. Derrick is a great mechanic. Very honest, won't pad the bill with unneeded repairs or made up time. Explains what's needed so even the mechanically challenged can understand. Only mechanic I send my family to.

5 stars + excellent work quality and pricing, they installed my parts which I purchased from ECS tuning on my 2011 BMW 535i X Drive, front rotors and pads, brake fluid flush and oil change. Will definitely return for any future work needed.

I cannot say enough good things about Industrial Park Automotive (IPA) and its owner, Derek Dunkle. IPA was the first automotive repair shop I used when I moved to Ohio in 2015, and it is the only shop I have used since. They can take care of just about all of your automotive repair needs. You can always expect friendly, upfront, honest, and timely service, absolutely no BS or trying to sell you something you don't need, and a fair, competitive price. It saddens me that I have to move away for my job and won't be able to use IPA for my future automotive repair needs. If you live anywhere near Hartville, OH, by all means give IPA a call when your vehicle needs attention, regardless of year, make, or model of your vehicle. Highly recommend Industrial Park Auto. Derik is professional, an ASE certified master technician, is honest and does great work! He has repaired many cars belonging to my family and extended family, including Lexus, VW Jetta, Chevy, Ford and Toyota SUV. Service was on time and as expected. No surprises. Prices are reasonable and less than his competitors.
