Had to have my car towed there after it broke down at a gas station nearby. Every interaction I had with them was curt and rude as if they were annoyed with me for calling. My car ended up running, yet I received no call from them alerting me my car could be driven off the lot. While paying them 60 dollars for doing nothing, the lady checking me out acted annoyed and rude. Maybe upset they couldn't milk me for more money by looking at my now perfectly fine car. Would recommend you look into another mechanic nearby if you absolutely need repairs.

We take all of our vehicles to Blakes. Very thorough and so very honest. I have also needed them twice for towing and have been there within minutes. Today, they rescued me yet again. Seth was so cute, it was all I could do was not slide over in the middle and put my arm around him! 12 stars. WE ARE SO THANKFUL FOR ALL OF YOU!!

Worst tow truck company ever got into an accident had my daughter's things and her medication that she's prescribed and my work keys and they refused to give them to me until they heard from my insurance company, I would love to know why I couldn't get items out of my vehicle without my insurance company's permission but the lady was very rude and would refuse to answer any questions. My father works for a tow company and I've never heard of a tow company being completely closed even on a holiday if I ever need a tow truck company I will never go to them for a while I recommend them I'd rather drive 30 miles out of my way then go someplace like they're ever again

These guys came quickly and towed our car when the wheel fell off. They treated us great and got us going quickly. Seems like a fair, reliable place!

Needed brakes looked at. Did what needed done and did not try to talk me into to replacing more. Would definitely recommend.

Lady on the phone can't hear. Have to repeat yourself a thousand times and still dont get anywhere with them. Best off going somewhere esle. Very poor customer service

Overcharged my bill and threatened me with a ultimatum to call the police business 1/5 stars crooks 5/5 stars they make anything up to take control of the situation wouldn t recommend towing or garage service they work better with law enforcement instead of citizens in other words will gladly impound your car but make it a living hell to get it out

Doesn t take American Express. Then when I had a card they would take they wouldn t come out . I guess they don t work 24 hours like a towing company does.
