They got me again. Appointment was 2:30. Dropped it off at 2:00. They called me at 5:30 asking if they could keep the car until the next day. "It will be the first to be worked on". Called the next day at 10:00 to see if it was done. It wasn't yet. They finally called at 12:00. All they were doing was putting 4 tires on. Not even an alignment. I just looked at my tires. They are directional and as you can see in the picture they put 2 of them on wrong. Will never go here again. And will deter everyone that asks about it. The biggest jole of a shop I've ever seen.And I don't want your auto generated apology tire discounters. Stop apologizing and start changing. All the bad reviews are about time management.

Came in for a flat repair. Unfortunately it wasn't repairable, but I knew I needed tires. Andrew and Josh helped me get the tires I needed, helped me out without being too pushy, and I got a free oil change too?! I will definitely be back!

I made the appointment for 9:00 AM on a Saturday. I did book a week in advance. The manager was polite enough, but it should not take 4 1/2 hours for them to replace four tires and an alignment. The waiting area is very subpar. They do offer, free, coffee, and bottled water

If I could give this location less than one star, I would. There is new "management" here - Andrew. He is extremely disrespectful and condescending and customer service is of no concern. I was also in touch with the person who supposedly overlooks this location and he was of no help and there is zero resolution of the issues. There has also been no follow up to my complaint and what happened with Tire Discounters losing/keeping the key to the lugnuts on my vehicle. I waited a few weeks before posting this to give this company an opportunity to resolve the issue they created. Basically I was told to replace the key Tire Discounters lost/kept on my own and submit an invoice for reimbursement. This is a TIRE repair/service company!!! Losing/keeping a customer's lugnut key should NEVER happen. And a customer should NEVER have to find a resolution to a situation created by a service provider.

I had a 2pm appointment on Wednesday, December 27th and it only took them until 6:45pm on Thursday, December 28th to install 4 tires and do an oil change. Why make an appointment when it's going to take a day and a half to get your vehicle back. Why make an appointment when the person taking the appointment didn't even bother to ask your name and then when you drop off the car they just take the key without asking your name again and tell you they will get to it. They could care less if it takes a day and a half to get service done. I will never visit another TD for service ever again and we usually take all 3 of our cars to TD for service and tires. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went in for an oil change. Was told that my brakes are VERY bad and needed to be replaced right away. I went home and bought the new pads and rotors on line to install them myself. As you can see from the pictures the pads still have 30% or more of the life in them. It's sad when they try to run the bill up on you.

Drove home after service, and had to return because engine service light was on. Your store replaced my new air filter, and I didn t know they were replacing the filter. Would like to be told when something is done that I didn t approve of. And the mass airflow sensor wasn t replaced correctly. Thank you

Was at shop for about 2 hrs for minor item & this chick got waited on immediately, before me...I had been standing in line for 20 mins & this person got waited on right after walking in the door & was out in 45 mins, while mine took the 2 hrs....Word to employees, treat everyone fairly & you'll keep customers...I just won't be one of them.

Friendly staff but I had a appointment at 8 am for just a oil change but was there for 2 hours. Too many customers they need to adjust the scheduling plus now it's more expensive even after a discount what happened to the 20$ oil change?

These guys are awesome! Checked out my tires, aired them up and cleaned them. No ChargeI will be back to get tire repair.

I can t say enough about how much I appreciate the service at this business. After a long day, I needed my tires replaced, and not just one, but several employees offered to stay and get the job done well past their closing time. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Took my car in at 4 p.m. yesterday told it would be done by closing time 6p.m. that didn't happen no big deal told it would be finished first thing tomorrow morning around 9 a.m. came in at 10 a.m. not finished yet and finally at 11:15 complete. Use this information how you please.

All of the managers were great. Corey, Nolan, and Brennen were all very nice and friendly. Problem is there was one of the employees changing my tires that was poorly trained (if trained at all). I watched as she struggled with the tire changer only to stand there and wait for someone to help out. Very sad when you spend serious money and have an experience like I had.

Needed a valve stem replaced. They had the tire for 2 hours and never touched it. Took the tire to Bob Summerall and it was done in 10 minutes. Tire discounters service has really gone down hill.

Made appointment for 6/7/23 @ 8am, person inside said didn't have any tire people or maintenance people. I was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. When they were done, everything seemed good.A few weeks later, I noticed that my right front tire which was different from my other tires was NOT rotated which left me to think was any of my tires rotated? Even tho I was charged for a rotation. Now I'm thinking was my oil changed filter charged. Not sure if I will use this store again!

I had an appointment at 10:00 in the morning for an oil change. At 10:35 I left because the line hadn t hardly moved. There was about 6 people in line and one kid running the whole show who shows no care about customer service yet it s not his fault that they have him all alone with no help. Poorly managed!

Went in for a nail in my tire, they found a second one, in a totally different tire! Then they went ahead and checked the other two tires, re balanced them since they were all off and did a rotation putting them back on I m pretty sure that s the definition of customer service!!!I know where I m bringing my cars for their next oil changes!

I scheduled a week in advanced for this appointment, was told it wouldn't be long when I rolled in at 10 am. Three hours in is the time by car was actually pulled into the garage,"conveniently", when I asked how much longer it would be. Was told they were behind doing "big" projects, and that ot would take twenty minutes. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I'm given my keys.Almost five hours I waited for my car, this is the last time I use your services

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst experience. Will never come here or recommend it to others. Said the work willbe done but took 5 days and no proper communication. Also they jacked up my invoice too high.

I d you expect talented mechanics to work at this facility you are sadly mistaken. Took a vehicle in for an oil leak. Fixed an oil pan gasket and days later said it was still leaking somewhere eventually saying it was fixed. Within a few weeks, another oil leak. This time another failed part. It was blamed on failing due to the original replacement. Hence, more money and more labor. No mention of the possibility of this item failing within a weeks time frame.Keep them coming back!!Tire Discounters is a joke. In all aspects, this location is one of the worst. FYI Tire Discounters is a tire reseller. They don t make them. They capitalize on over charging from tire manufacturers. Their free alignment is a toe and go and not a true alignment.If you want quality repairs find a reputable repair facility that cares about your car and not one that is simply focused on increasing sales over the prior year.On a personal note, the manager of this location was let go from another repair facility for doing things he shouldn t have done You ve been warned!

Bring a sleeping bag, phone charger, and food rations. You'll be here for 3 - 4 hours past your appointment time...every, single, time. Every....single....time. 2-3 hours before they even start on it usually. Appointments are useless

Had an appointment at 9. Checked in at 8:50.They didn't move my vehicle until 10:45.They finally got it done at 12:45.All they were doing was putting tires on (that I provided) wheels and mounting/balancing them. They told everyone that came in with and appointment or without. That it would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Knowing their were atleast 5 people waiting longer than that for their vehicle to get finished.

Had appointment at 12 for 4 new tires. Dropped off my car and was told it would be ready 1-1.5 hours. Returned 2 hours later and my car was still in the same place I left it with no work done on it. Then was rudely ignored for 30 minutes by the front desk guy. Then he walked away and sat down out side and continued not to help me or the other customers in line. 4 hours later my car is done. Take it home after 770$ and notice my driver side tire is almost flat with a horrible valve stem leak!! I will not be coming back to this location, which really sucks cause I only live 5 minutes away.

Very knowledgeable staff of mechanics. I did not have an appointment but Service Manager Chase Bennett was able to get me in, not only for my tires but also he was able to give me a alignment. I'm grateful for their knowledge and friendly service. I will certainly continue to use tire discounters for my vehicles needs.

Go to Valvoline!!!! if you need an oil change, tire rotation or other basic needs. You wont be jerked around and have to wait forever and have a meaningless appointment. Be prepared to spend the entire day at Tire Discounters even if you have an appointment.You should also train your staff to tell people that the appointment does not mean that your vehicle will be worked on at that time. It is the next available bay which means it could take 8 hours.

I have been coming to tire discounters since I began driving (which is almost 20 years). I have never had an issue until this past time around when getting new tires. An employee made a mistake and damage was done to my vehicle, Brendan (general manager) handled the situation in a calm professional manner and had the issue resolved. I am thankful for his corporation on the situation and respect the way it was handled. I am self employed and run a small business, I have ran into similar situations where I screwed up and they handled it the way I would have. Also, tire discounters was my first credit line, so if you are looking for a way to get your credit started this may be a good place to start

Unfortunately the service has severely gone down in recent months! Only one person working the front desk & most everyone else is milling around in the shop area more concerned with talking to each other instead of competing the work! My appointment for an oil change was scheduled for 3pm. It was after 4:30 before they even pulled it into the garage. If you ever attempt to call them since they only have one person working the desk you are put on hold & NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! I called & like normal was put on hold & 15 minutes later I arrived @ the shop. I went in & forgot my phone in my vehicle & when I came back out to leave I WAS STILL ON HOLD!! I will NOT recommend this location again. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it wouldn t let me post without doing so! Yes I tried to do a 1/2 star but it didn t work.

After an awful experience at the Greendale Tire Discounters, where I waited 4 hours to be told they were out of acetylene and could not give me my free alignment, I called the Tire Discounters in Harrison on New Haven Rd. They were able to get me in at 8:00 the next morning and had my alignment completed in less than 45 minutes. I was so grateful. They didn t make any money on me, as it was free with the purchase of 4 tires .which I bought at the Greendale, Lawrenceburg store. What a great service this New Haven store did for me! And they were friendly, professional and got right to work. This is now my go to store for other services such as brakes and others. Thank you!
