Just got home from getting my new tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Jeremy was fantastic!! Had to special order the tires I wanted, not only did they come in the next day, but he arranged pick up of my vehicle while I was at work. Price was great also, couldn't be happier with the staff going above and beyond to help me out! Thank you Jeremy, Zach, Bob, Kayla, and Jaelynn. I will be back!

Sharing only the facts.. called ahead for an appointment. It took over an hour to change the oil on new (6400 mile) truck. Apparently they use common core math because the window sticker says I need another oil change in 100 miles. No ownership of the issue just excuses. Just poor service any way you slice it

I have always had nothing but excellent experience with the crew at cronin quick lane. Everyone is very helpful and prompt. Always had repairs done in timely manner,and have always been satisfied with work. I would never trust any other place with my auto needs. Always honest with questions i have about pricing. Jeremy and crew do an awesome job. Thank you

I called this place at approximately 5:40 pm just needing a wheel mounted and balance as my wife had a flat tire and I already had the wheel off and a spare tire with me. The lady answered the phone and said yes they could absolutely do it for me and I took my wheel and tire there. This was after I had called Tire Discounters and they informed me they couldn t do it and I would have to schedule and the earliest they could have it done would be 11 o clock the following morning if I chose to drop it off with them the same night. Hannah was very friendly and greeted me at the door helping me get the tire and wheel inside and we talked a few minutes while the technician mounted and balance a tire for me to get my wife back on the road. I m a general manager for a Collision shop and I totally understand customer service and the effects poor service has on your business. But also just a little things you can do to help someone out in a pinch that only take a few minutes that really make a difference they can draw business and retain customers and gather new customers. My shop is based on positive reviews as well from customers and it s very important for all of us so I m writing this to let whoever needs to know that Hannah did an outstanding job in taking care of me , had me in and out in a matter of minutes, and saved us the inconvenience of having to put it off for another day and be late for work and inconveniencing us in our normal work routines . She could ve easily said no we cannot do that tonight being so close to closing time but instead she took a different route which should earn her accolades for her outstanding customer service and willingness to help for her business. Thank you very much Hannah, I hope your employers appreciate you as much as I do for your assistance and help.Richard Spangler

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am ashamed to admit that I have used them for over 10 years. The ONLY reason why, FREE oil changes and tire rotations because of a new car purchase at Cronin Ford. I just left Frustrated as hell AGAIN! This is at least the second time they LIED to me about rotating my tires when they clearly did NOT. Another time they did NOT place 1 lug nut back on my tire (which I did not take note until I got home 20 minutes away). And THE MOST DISTURBING ISSUE was when a kind motorist pulled me over only 3/4 of a mile after leaving Quick Lane, stating my rear tire was wobbling.... When I looked, THREE, yes THREE Lug Nuts were missing and the other Three were only finger tight. If it weren't for that observant motorist, I may have been severely injured if I got onto the highway as planned in addition to avoiding significant damage to my vehicle!STAY AWAY, YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT

We were just on the interstate, six hours from home, warning light went on warning us our tire pressure was low. We pulled off going to this location. Explained our concern and man in office said let s add air and see. They then pulled our car in checked pressures- added air and said we were all set- we don t charge for air. We then went outside to our car and met another employee that reassured us as he also owned a Volkswagen vehicle and explained desire tire pressure of our make and model. Such nice people and excellent service! God bless you!

My alternator and battery went out on the highway right at the Harrison exit, but I was able to coast into Quick Lane. Jeremy and his team were so kind and helpful. I have a VW so unfortunately it required a VW dealership. I am so grateful for their help for a situation that was very scary.

Best Experience Hands down when it comes to a tire shop. I was on road trip with my family. Tire went out and stopped here. They showed me my tires was ripped . They replaced the tires exceptionally fast. Couldn't afford 1 of the tires. And they gave it to me cause I had my kids with me and was concerned for there safety. This is the place to stop right here. Every single person had amazing vibes. Best Shop !!!!Service: Tires

I have had great service from this location. The people I've dealt with are courteous, they communicate well, and all the work I've had done there has been excellent. I really like the fact that their oil change special includes semi-synthetic oil. I've had work done, from normal service, to brake repairs, to even a transmission replacement on my daughter's car. I highly recommend these people. By the way the transmission replacement was less than half the cost of the Honda dealer, where my daughter had her car towed to. I went to the extent of having it towed from there to this Quick Lane location, and they made the repairs in 2 days!

Had alignment checked. Was good but thought it might be the tires making car pull to the right. Switched tires and seems okay. But on way home low tire warning came on. Probably different pressure in tires. I wish they had checked the pressure while I was there. I added a little to each one, but neither was down that much. I hope that fixes it.

Still requiring appointments for simple oil changes, however I was able to get in the next day from when I called. Staff was friendly, waiting area was nice, and I was done in about 40 minutes.

Like many others, I was lured in with the $9.99 oil change. (Which was actually $13.) Although the staff are polite, INCOMPETENT would be the word I would use to describe this place. I went in for a basic oil change (with fluid check/top off) and I was told I needed a front outer tie rod and a new tire on the right rear of my car. I took it to another mechanic and I needed NEITHER. What I did need was a new boot, INNER Tie Rod and sway bar bolt, as mine had broken. (The mechanic showed me all of this and even I could tell the boot was ripped and the sway bar bolt was broken. He showed me that the play was coming from the inner tie rod as well. I could see it moving when he pulled on it.) If the mechanics at Quick Lane had even BOTHERED to look, they would have seen this. Also, they told me they topped all my fluids, yet I had to have brake and power steering fluid added by the other mechanic. I asked the other mechanic if they were leaking, he checked and they, in fact, were not. So it goes without saying, Quick Lane did not top off my fluids, like they said they would and like I specifically asked them to. I'm surprised they even put oil in during the oil change. I will never take my car there again.

I went to quick lane today for a new Battery. They told me that I needed a new pressure valve for my gas tank. The valve was only $81.00 but the labor would take 3 hors and cost almost $300.00. I decided to go ahead and get the repair done. They had it done in 45 minutes and still charged me almost $300.00 for labor. When I questioned them about it they said "each vehical repair has a designated amount of Labor that must be charged" I was SO MAD! Don't go to this place unless you want to get ripped off!!!

I definitely don't think they are doing as good or don't care as much as they use too, twice I have left there and within a week had my TPS come on and the tire pressure will be different in every tire, so..... and there are other small details, they don't ask or offer repairs to small things they see while they have it just seems more and more like how to do the minimum not how to deliver the best.

Told us we needed brakes on rear of car and of course they could do right away. Took vehicle else where had brakes replaced and was askedmwhy brakes were stillmin good shape 50% pad left and rotors were fine. Funny rotors and pads were shot according to quick lane. We only go there because of free oilmchanges. BEWARE OF THIS OIL CHANGE PLACE!!!!!!!

Don't go here, they will milk you for every penny they can. Went in for a simple brake replacement. I'm pretty sure they messed with multiple things.
