I was so lucky when I stopped at. This store on 9/10/23 ,and I met Chuck the Asst Manager. I was stranded hefound someone to come and help me was a very nice person also. I live about 1 1/2 hours away in Indiana not sure what I was going to do. They tried everything they could with the day and time I did have to leave my car so can be worked on but I did get home. I went to this O Reillys the other day and was greeted quickly by the guy behind the counter. I think his name was Chuck and then we were able to find the wheel bearing I needed very quick and it was in stock. He was extremely helpful on which one I should buy as far as quality goes. He gave me great advice, and my mechanic was pleased with the when I got said he would ve bought the same one. Thanks!

Leah was very helpful and thomas was good to see him again even though we hadn't seen or kept in touch for a long time it was a pleasant suprise. Leah gave me a military discount and put my wipers and steering wheel cover on.

We were greeted as soon as we came in the door and asked what they could help us with, which is great customer service. My only complaint was that we were pressured to buy more expensive items than what we needed, but they were okay with us when we just bought what we originally wanted. They did offer some installation hints which I appreciated. Overall O'Reilly has been a good place for parts and they often have some of the harder to find parts that I couldn't find at other places.

Whenever I go in here, I always have a good experience. I recently went in to buy connectors because my car's rear speaker wires had been pulled completely out. Not only did he come out & look at the wires to see exactly what I needed, he then climbed into my trunk & reconnected the wires for me. Thankfully for me, they were slow at the time. But for him to do all that for me was awesome.

I called ahead to check availability of the part. I was told it was in stock. When I arrived the package had been opened and was told that the store repackaged it.The parts were the wrong size and mislabeled. I brought this to the attention of Chuck, a manager and he argued with me that they were correct. I pulled the part from the rack that matched the part he had and it was a different part number.I told him he shouldn't put those back knowing they were wrong, whereas he basically said he didn't care.I will never shop at oreilys again!

Chuck is my go to guy and needs a raise, he always manages to find the right parts, even for custom work, dudes always there and is non stop all day never seen him slack off, everything is stocked, organized and he try s his best to communicate with everyone. This store for sure needs new computers. The company needs better communication and better quality parts for the prices, yes there s warranties it s just a true pain replacing the same thing 3x. I am an ASE certified mechanic, there are certain parts I will buy elsewhere because I know they will not last. Everything else great

I ordered some brakes and routers from them. Already paid for them because I was told they'd be there by 2 same day. Well when I called that day they said it would be there 10 the next day. I had work that day (yesterday) and didn't have the chance to call so I call today, expecting it to be there finally. Now it'll be there today at 2. We'll see when I call later. I wouldnt trust them when they say any day itll arrive, id expect it to be days later if it even get delivered at all. They'll give you 3 different days that it will "forsure be there".

Don was so my help for me. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my '13 Ram front end. He got me the parts I needed, and even helped to guide me through installation! Thanks Don, your store will be my "go to" place from now on

First time to this parts place. Service was good. No hard sell. I knew what I needed so that helped. They signed me up for their rewards program. Big benefit is they store receipts for you.

Great Customer Service. The mechanics there obviously have a passion for what they do! They were eager to hear why my car wasn't running! Found out from them it was just my Starter fuse.

They will tell you they will bring you parts and go opposite direction than what you tell them and will not bring u the parts after u call them back to check to see where they are at

If I could have gave it no stars I would have. I purchased brake drums a couple of weeks ago pay my bill only to receive a call that asked me to come in that their inventory was wrong. Turns out they charge me for the wrong part made it out like I was stealing even though it was the fault I'm a guy who was fired. The manager more or less told me that if I didn't pay that I was stealing. Any other company would have admitted fault as it was their fault and not mine. I was nice enough to bring my receipt back in just as if they could figure out their inventory problem won't be going there again. And we'll tell all my car Buddies about this.

I have a check engine light that came on in my truck. Take it to O'Reilly Auto Parts, and they proceed to tell me that they no longer do diagnostic checks because of COVID because it may cause the spread(while he has no mask on when I walk in, it's tucked under his chin). But they will sell me one So I can run the check myself.

Usually have all the odd parts I need, but for whatever reason decided to close 45 mins early tonight. Lights dim, open sign turned off. Really screwed me as the other auto place that was open is clueless.

bought 2 gear boxes from here. both were junk. The cashiers are not helpful and very rude. had to drive out to oreillys in colerain to get a new gear box which turned out to be 100% better then the 2 gear boxes i bought at the harrison oreillys. will not be returning to this oreillys.

Went in because my check engine light just popped up on the way to work and the associate tells me they no longer offer the service to check the engine light or even lend you the tool to do it yourself and bring it in for the diagnosis unlike(auto zone) because of COVID but didn t have a mask himself I found it ironic and kinda lazy hmmmm
