Disgusting employee arrogant short man with glasses very disrespectful.Management left the bank bag sitting on the counter out in the open where people can get to it Bank bag full of money for the world to see. When I reminded the employee that there's a big bag sitting on the counter with people can get to it immediately accuses me! You better not take it I don't even know why you brought it up it's fine right where it is.I work hard for my money I don't have to steal you just lost a customer for life!

I've never had a bad experience here. I've had some funny things happen that delayed my parts but they always take great care of me and my wife when we need parts. She can go in there and get whatever we need without any issues. We shop there so much that it's like visiting with friends. I would never hesitate to get parts from them for our fleet of vehicles. Every part has been quality and reliable.

Don t go in there thinking you will get help finding anything unless you have exact part number, the guy in there just throws his hands up and says I dunno, to busy to take time to help find anything

Ordered a rear brake caliper and brake fluid online was Happy with order process online says it honors aaa members put my info in and no discount also staff at front counter very rude and not at all helpful basically acted like I wasn't even in the store and I was the only one in there 3 people working counter and not one asked me if I needed help got my parts I will return only for my core charge refund but I will not be back my money will be spent somewhere else. Good customer service goes along way.

Obviously don't care about customer service or satisfaction. I ordered a few belts trying to get the right one and went to return the wrong ones and was refused service due to "ordering to many belts" refunded my money and sent me out. Still have a car not running with no belt. Harrison, OH 45030 location.

Placed online order for a driveshaft. Was then called and told it wasn't available in the local warehouse and had to come from one further away. Was told I had to foot the shipping costs but they couldn't tell me how much. Just whatever they were I had to pay them (fear is they'd find shipping was $10 but tell me it was $40 and rip me off. Maybe they wouldn't, but how do I know?) So I decided to call the store in Lawrenceburg and ask them about getting it in. They told me they could get it in at no additional cost to me, which they did. Furthering my feeling I was getting scammed. Sadly that turned into a mess of the right part # on the box coming in but the wrong part in the box. Left a review about that experience on the Lawrenceburg store. Second time I've found Napa selling a part with one part # on the box/bag and another part # for the part itself. One never left the store and the other was a sealed bag that wasn't opened. I rarely buy from Napa, but the last 2 purchase attempts this has happened on. Think that settles ever trying again.Overall, recent experiences with napa have been extremely poor.

The lady who works the counter, i think she is even the manager was rude. An made me run all over the place to get what i had bought to work right, an it was her problem in the first place they sold me the wrong part. An they seem very unknowledgeable. I have went to other Napa they seem fine.

Went in to get coolant hoses. Was told that since employee was the only one working, he couldn't go back and make them. I could however drive another 15 minutes each way to another Napa and they would be happy to make them.

Sometimes hard to find parts because employees don't seem to try other times they have stuff no one else does. Clean nice store though
