Late to leave this review, but will not forget the kindness and respect shown to me during a very chaotic moment - in making a split second mistake, I caused significant damage to front end suspension of my van. When I looked for nearby mechanic as I knew I couldn t go far, I was very pleased by the helpfulness and kindness on the other end of the phone. While my damages were costly, as they would ve been anywhere if not much more, the fact they took my vehicle inside a bay and had it lifted in under 3 minutes and diagnosed in no time. All so I could get back to hospital to be with my husband. They had my van done for me the very next day, and they made the process very simple and got the job done professionally using OME parts (very important!) Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE total rip off!!! I had my tires rotated here today and was charged 60 dollars JUST for a tire rotation and NOTHING else! If I had known it was such a ridiculous price I never would have had the work done. When I asked them about it they just shrugged their shoulders well they got me one but NOT again. Strange treatment as I had been a customer for years but NEVER again buyer beware!!! The owner left the generic "sorry we messed up reply" well I never should have been told when I was charged the ridiculous amount "well maybe you only had one wheel done on your last rotation" I have already contacted your corporate office and filed an official complaint.

The work was good and fast. However it is just too expensive to come here regularly--1700 for rear brakes just too much. Full markup on the parts is a lot of it. The same kind of expense the last 3 visits just will have to look for a shop that is more reasonable.

New Customer: Upfront, honest, respectful, and friendly - Everything I would expect from an auto service company. I brought a vehicle in for an oil change and serpentine belt with tensioner replacement. Job well done and fair price. They also provide photos for review prior to approving/declining the work. My car had broken down on the highway. Had my car towed to Meineke after hours, filled out the drop box envelope and had a quote and car fixed the next morning by noon! Fast and easy service! The guys were so nice and helpful!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Absolutely horrible i went there to fix my serpentine belt and tensioner and they charged me 4 times what it costs at any shop . I went there because they said they will try and get it fixed that Saturday . Then when I picked up monday because they couldn t finish Saturday and questioned the repairs with the labor from pro demand they then changed the ticket to timing chain replacement when i challenged the repair and my car DOES NOT HAVE A TIMING CHAIN . i will never return and i hope no one else does so they wont be taken advantage of. I am very disappointed in that business

They forgot to put the oil cap back on after changing the oil, so my whole engine compartment was full of oil when I got home. The last oil change I got there I had to take my car in 3 times before they believed me that my oil filter was leaking (they had installed it incorrectly). Despite showing them pictures of the oil on my driveway and the oil coming from the filter itself, they tried to tell me that I was imagining things or that it was possibly another car.Service: Oil change

Incredible Service! Pulled in after smelling radiator fluid. Diagnosed immediately as a failed radiator and replaced it in less than 3 hours. Come meet my new mechanics.

Friendly greeting and great service. Informed me of repairs that need to be addressed and offered to perform the same. Had my oil changed and they performed a 27 point check of fluids and topped them off. Would recommend for your auto needs. They do it all.

I've brought my car here the past few years. They're great here, very welcoming and fair. Kyle B tries to learn names. Their waiting lobby is comfy and has coffee, snacks, wifi and a bathroom.

After using other repair stores in the Harrison area with poor results, I have been taking our cars to Meineke in Harrison for years. They have always been honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work by their techs had always been dependable and at a fair price. I would recommend this store

I've been coming to these guys for almost 8 years now. I don't trust anyone else with my car. They have top notch service and are very professional. Mac and Kyle are awesome people. (I hope I spelled their names right.) Their technicians are awesome as well. Great work from all of them. Google says labor to replace a starter should be around $110 - $140. I paid double that. I used to go there for all my car service needs. Way over-charging customers

Worst experience I've ever had. First I called and asked how much for an oil change they told me 59.99. I thought. Great and was able to come right up. I get up there and I'm sitting in the lobby waiting. Knowing it only takes 15 maybe 30 min to do a quick oil change I look over at my car no one is touching it And it's just sitting with the hood open. I see all the workers all huddled ina. Corner in the shop just talking and on their phones. I've now been there over an hour. I had to go open the door to make the noise of someone coming in just to get a workers attention. Finally someone came in and I asked was something wrong no oil change should take an hour. The worker goes oh there is a lot of problems with your car that need to be fixed. Mind you before I went there I was already aware my brake light bulb was out and. Need new tires. I told him I'm aware of the issues I just want the oil change can't afford anything else. So the reason I was there for an hour was just soo they could come up with more problems to charge me more money. Once I told him that he goes I'll pull your car around. Then I end up paying almost 80 when he told me 59.99. They took advantage of the fact that women went in there alone thinking I was stupid and made me wait over an hour. Also let me make it clear I was the only customer there. I will never go there again then to top it off I got home and my headlight was out. I could tell they messed with my car to make it seem like there was. More wrong because my headlight was good when I got there but I got home and my husband had to tighen 2 lights he could tell they made loose on purpose.

0 stars don t recommend. They need to go back to mechanic school honestly. Took my car there for a noise. I was quoted 8 grand in work. Took it for a 2nd opinion and it didn t need half of what they told me. Funny how calling corporate I had replaced my control arm there last summer yet they were telling me it needed done again however I didn t even need that and if I did itShould ve been covered under a warranty. I ll never go back to this business again

Unfortunately, I feel like we were overcharged and taken advantage of. The starter went out in our Toyota Rav4 and left us stranded 40 miles away from home on a Saturday afternoon. We had the vehicle towed to Meineke and were charged $817 for a repair that took a little more than an hour. From the research I have done online, the average cost of completing this job is at least $300-400 less than what we paid. If the price had been more reasonable, I would probably have given this place 5 stars. As it stands, I grudgingly give them 2 stars for getting the job done done quickly, being polite and pleasant, and for getting us back on the road. We had already paid $100 to have the car towed in, and taking it somewhere else was not much of an option. It was an unfortunate situation for us, and our misfortune was used against us financially in my opinion. I recommend you avoid this place if you possibly can.
