Heard nothing but good reviews and got recommended by a friend to bring my 99 24v cummins in to get fixed. They got my truck back on the road fixing a problem I couldn't solve for months in just about a weeks time couldn't be happier with their service

Transporting a bus from Cincinnati to Denver. Stopped to fuel up and found a hydraulic leak to the fan clutch. Called Jerry's and they dropped everything to get me back on the road. Amazing. Sheila, Nathan and James were Amazing. Thanks guys.

Would give them 6 stars if it was an option ! They far exceeded my wants and needs on my trucks. Wouldn t take my truck to any other diesel mechanic! My Sprinter had a DEF sensor issue and was about to go into limp mode two days before I had to be in Boca Raton FL. Jerry s pushed me to the front of the line, fixed the computer issue, and didn t charge me a dime- on a Friday! They saved me when they could have taken advantage. Took my truck to these guys on the promise from James that they would work on my differential. After leaving it there with the understanding that they would get it repaired the first week of the New Year they left a message at my office that they would not be able to do the repairs. Since they knew that l was outside the country for a month they waited until a week before my return to inform me and only via message. I called 6 times and requested to speak with the guy who made the promise but he is never available and refuses to return calls. Now I am forced to have it towed to another mechanic at great expense. I will do so but I will take these liars to court.

I have been working on cars and trucks and having them modified my whole driving life this is worst experience I ve ever had had them replace motor installed harmonic balance wrong blamed the engine builderHad new transmission installed before it came to there shop they had linkage all jacked up burnt new transmission. Up in 300 milesNever charges a/c after motor swap shop working on it said compressor was loose about to fall apartI ve spent over 4000 to get it back right after they worked on itDo not let them vehicle I repeat DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH ANYTHING

They quickly diagnosed the need for a new wheel bearing and worked to get me in and out as soon as possible, and they did it at less cost than they quoted. I'm 100% satisfied with their courteous demeanor, workmanship, and charges.

Had a major wobble on my steer tires, they shaved them for 160 bucks and the wobble was gone. Jerry is a nice guy and I have a good gut feeling about him, the mechanic that did the the work was knowledgeable. This price was low for the work (3 hours), they're a little higher than the competition for a 3 axle alignment, but, I know it will be on point. I will continue to bring my rig to Jerry for things I can not do myself. Thank God for honest local boys

Terrible customer service. Will charge you more after you quote is given. The woman who answers the phones is extremely rude, over talks you and then tells you to google definitions when you question things. Terrible way to run a business! Beware of this place! Tried to quote me 10-12k to return a truck back to stock on a tuner. Told me things were wrong with the truck that were not even wrong. Charged me for 13 hours labor when In fact it took him about 4-6 hours, started the work Monday morning and called to say it was finished by noon. Put a charge through on my account then backed it out, waited a week and recharged the account again. I would not recommend this place for work.

Needed a clamp for my stack pipe and went there and got one and it wasn't high priced like other truck shops

we sent a customer truck here for a small air leak coming from the turbo/exhaust. we were told it was from the down pipe and they would call us when they figured it out with an estimate. 3 weeks later we received a bill for $1985.00 to replace every part associated with the exhaust and turbo including both manifolds. A Chevrolet dealer would have been cheaper and faster. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

I was at Jerry's this morning, the lady was very nice, the people work in this shop know truck very well, when I got to the shop I was very discourage the way the shop looked to me but I just pull over the side of the road and went inside the first thing I notice the was freightliner stripped to the bone entire engine compartment was scattered around the shop and one guy was working on in...when you see something that wild and crazy you will know these guys know thing or two about trucks, so I pulled inside the shop and ask the lady if they have few minutes to adjust my clutch it was a complete disaster ....the lady right away pulled a guy to get my clutch adjusted the guy rightaway start working on my clutch and fixed it with perfection....one thing I noticed when I was there people are very humble and friendly...it was a pleasure to go again I know they will take care of my truck well, please do not get discouraged when you see the shop just park your truck and go inside you be suprise how good these guys !!! THEY ARE THE BEST MECHANIC MONEY CAN BUY !!!

We ran into issues with our 2001 Excursion 7.3 when we were visiting Cincinnati and Jerry's took great care of us and got us back on the road. They treated us like longtime customers.

I had a truck serviced there and after receiving my truck back found that the work I paid for was not completed. Specifically two new tires and a set of new batteries. If you need diesel truck repair DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ! TOTAL RIP OFF !

Our truck broke down on rv trip in Indiana Batesville on Friday morning towed to shop they worked together to get us fixed on Sat. so were able to get on our way great staff thank to your staff !!

Showed up at 9am with a hole in a coolant line. They replaced the lovl and got me back on the road in less than an hour for less than $100. Only been here once, but if I any issues around Cincinnati in the future, I'll be back.
