Just bought a new car tonight. I called n asked for 4 or 5 cars to look at, Alex said come on down. He had everything set n ready for me to test drive. He made it so simple, fast n easy. Walked away with a excellent car. He was very fun to chat with while we waited for the paperwork as well! I will be back when my son needs a car! Thanks Alex for all your help! All the guys r fun n down to earth for sure. I didn't feel pressured into anything and he was 100% honest on all the cars.

After a terrible experience with my local chevy dealer, I made a call to Hirlinger to ask if they had a specific vehicle on their lot that I'd come across on CarGuru or KBB. I was after a certain color equinox with the panoramic sunroof. Was happy to hear it was still available. Drove over an hour the same day and Joe had it warmed up and ready to go for a test drive when I got there. Price was well within fair market and the car looked brand new! No hassle, no fuss, I had already secured financing from my previous disappointment with my local dealer so was able to wire the funds to Hirlinger and pick the vehicle up a couple days later. Car buying should always be this easy! Thanks Joe and Hirlinger!

Very straight-forward, and easy to work with. These guys gave me a fair deal and a good value for my trade-in. Their lifetime powertrain warranty, especially without having to have the servicing done THERE, was a huge selling point! (We live more than an hour away). Steve W was our sales person, and he was a pleasure to work with

I had the most wonderful experience purchasing a used car from Hirlinger Chevrolet in Harrison.Steve W. was my salesman, and he was fantastic: very patient, kind, and gave me as much space and time to look without any pressure, which is much appreciated. He was on the ball showing me things about the vehicle, even noticing from a distance I didn't think the rear seats folded all the way down, and kindly came over to show me how. Steve made the trade-in, financing, and purchase process feel simple and worry-free, answering all my questions along the way. Be sure to ask for him when you get there, he'll take care of you.Hirlinger even washed my new car, and filled up the tank before I drove it off the lot! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience---I highly recommend!

I knew exactly what I wanted and had been searching diligently online for over two months. The vehicle I had in mind was rare and extremely difficult to locate, a true 'Unicorn' some would say. At any given time there were no more than 4 out there in the entire country (according to Autotrader).Once I was ready to begin traveling to see these trucks I was terribly disappointed. The communication with other dealers left a lot to be desired in terms of honesty. I drove over 1600 miles hunting my dream truck only to find horrible rust, scratches, dents and even oil leaks! To say photos can be misleading would be a huge understatement. My patience grew thin with shady misinformation, incompetence and neglect - all of which was costing me valuable time and money. So frustrating!I had almost threw in the towel when one more truck was posted. After speaking with the salesman over the phone I could just tell this would be a much better experience. He was on it! He was very professional and willing to go the extra mile to earn my business. Despite my recent ordeal, I was willing to drive an additional 800 miles out and back to give it one more shot. To my relief, Hirlinger Chevrolet did not disappoint and was well worth the trip!The customer service I received from Darin Hensley exceeded all expectations. Unlike other dealers the effort that went into making this sale happen was truly second to none. The truck was absolutely spotless! It was everything I had been searching for and more. Just amazing!I highly recommend giving Darin Hensley at Hirlinger Chevrolet a call for your next pre-owned vehicle, you will be impressed in his commitment to excellence. If you are in the market for a used car I recommend buying from Hirlinger and ask for Joe Engel he is a great guy and honestly has your best interest in mind.This is the first experience with a dealership that wasn t horrible. No stress, not pushy, and got a great deal on a beautiful truck with a lifetime warranty!Very happy with my purchase and again Joe is awesome!

Did most of my research online before heading out to look at the truck that I wanted. The salesman came out and helped my wife and I as we walked over to take a look at it. Within an hour, we had all of the details worked out and we were ready to go once the paperwork was taken care of. If you're in the market, and they've got what you're looking for, give a shout out to Darin Hensley. Courteous, kind, and easy to deal with.

I would have short changed myself had I not been meet by Darin at Hirlinger chev. He made sure I got the best possible deal on a vehicle I not just needed but one I wanted. First time I can actually say I'm grateful for the car salesman I encountered on the lot I bought my vehicle at. My husband and I purchased a used vehicle at Hirlinger Chevrolet Used Cars this past Saturday and had a very positive experience. From the moment we arrived Joe was more than helpful without being the slightest bit "pushy." He let us test drive the vehicles we were interested in and gave us space when we were discussing our next move. He was very honest and came across very sincere and I truly believe he was. I went into this experience very unsure and originally just wanting to take a look at a newer car. But Darin made the process go very smoothly, answered any questions, and was generally extremely helpful. I ended up walking out with a trade in at a great price and a new to me car at an also great price. He made this car buying process an enjoyable experience. Darin helped me out to purchase my car. He wasn't like most, pushy car salesmen. They give you straight facts, and don't pressure you into anything. All cars on the lot look almost brand new, and they give great deals! They explained each paper I was signing, and when I denied the extra add-ons, they moved past it and didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want. I would recommend this lot to anyone!

Just Purchased a new Truck here over the weekend. The staff was fantastic! Very friendly and understanding. Steve was my salesman - he was excellent! He was not too pushy, he was very in tune with My needs and wants. I would recommend Steve anytime you stop by this dealer! They also valued the vehicle that I traded in very generously which made me feel good due to not only condition but the sentimental value it held to me. I just can't say enough about the entire process from start to finish! If you are looking to by a quality used vehicle while being treated like a valued customer ALWAYS come to Hirlinger!

Had a great buying experience! Steve was extremely helpful, gave us space to look at the vehicle but answered our questions when we were ready to ask. He made the entire process a breeze from start to finish. Great prices, friendly staff, and overall amazing quality! Every employee we interacted with today was extremely helpful and personable. I will highly recommend Hirlinger to anyone looking for a "new to you" car. My sister has also purchased here and was very impressed as well. Amazing quality at great prices!

My fiance and I just recently made a visit to Hirlinger Used Cars in Harrison, Ohio. My fiance was trading in 2 vehicles for a newer vehicle and I was just looking around, it's probably not good to do that! Lol Well my fiance found a vehicle he was thrilled with and was a good price, so he purchased it with Darin Hensley. A couple days later I remembered what vehicle I was looking at and we went back of course. We drove it and once again , but this time I was thrilled! We were working with Darin Hensley again, and he wrapped up the deal for my vehicle as well. The dealership as well as Darin were very accommodating and couldn't have been anymore helpful and extremely nice. We will definitely be going there for years to come.

The experience of buying a used car from Hirlinger a pleasant surprise. I'd been to several other dealers and was disappointed with the lack of follow- through and professionalism. That changed when I met Alan Blackburn at Hirlinger. His approach was low pressure and very helpful. After searching the internet for 3 weeks and comparing prices, warranties,, etc on used cars, I found the one here i wanted to test drive. I did the chat on line was set up with Denny and we made an appointment to come in. They are very observant of the social distancing and were great to work with. No hassles and no pressures to buy and their warranties on certified used cars is one of the best offered. Once I decided to buy it didn't take long to get through the process. Denny walked me through at the cars options and how to work them. I drove off a happy customer.
