Andy and Ethan are great. We have taken multiple vehicles Toyota 4runner, Jeep Gladiator, and our Ram 3500 to them. Everytime I am impressed with their honesty , fast turn around and customer service.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Hilltop. I called in the morning about a problem with our Jeep Patriot. He was able to schedule an appointment to look at the problem that day. Within an hour of scheduling the appointment, we had a family emergency and he allowed us to drop the Jeep off early for him to look at later.He called me back soon after the appointment time he had set and let me know the issue, along with the cost of the repair. We asked him to proceed and we were able to pick up our Jeep that same night!It was a great price, with excellent service. We are very grateful. Thank you!

Went to review after picking up a few parts this past week and realized I already gave them a five star review a couple years ago. Ethan (and everyone else I've spoke with there, really) is always friendly and helpful when I call/visit looking for oddball parts that nobody else seems to stock or even care to take the time to find.Original review:Took my company truck (2000 F-350) here for new ball joints and locking hubs...dropped it off at 10:30am and they called me and had it ready to go by 6pm the same day. Thank you guys for your awesome work and turnaround time.

Outstanding Service! Ethan was dead on his recommendations. Scheduling was tight but he got our Jeep in quickly. A couple days later the work was finished! Using top notch products with this type of service/expertise the bill was very reasonable! Will use this shop for all the work that I cannot do myself!

Competitive pricing and great customer service. Had a little hiccup after my lift was installed. Ethan went above and beyond to address it immediately. Very happy with how Hilltop responded. Very customer focused. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service, great customer service, truck came out awesome. Price was great. Parts were back ordered they stayed in contact letting me know updates and still fit me in schedule... not going anywhere else2005 Ford F-150 6- inch lift 26x14 s on 37 inch tires

An employee let me buy a lift kit saying it's all I needed. Told me that I had to drop the truck off by 1030am, no later. I had to leave work to make that happen. Only to get a call 8 hours later saying that I now must buy bigger tires and rims.. He found out by reading the instructions. I picked up the truck the same night. Asked if I could get a refund as I was told I didn't need anything else. I got 1100 of my 1400 back. I had to pay shipping to return. They wouldn't hold to sell to another person but they were sold out of them. Took me five days to get ahold of the owner to get the results. I highly do not recommend this place. The employee was trying to get me to buy tires and rims from a website that they "might be able to get a deal on." I paid $300 and had to leave work to park my truck for 8 hours untouched. If I could leave negative ratings I would.

Great group of guys, from Ethan to Jason, they are all a pleasure to deal with. Fair prices and the work they have done for me has been top notch. I generally do most mechanical work myself, but our Jeep has posed some unique challenges and this place has handled them to my complete satisfaction. Do yourself a favor if you need your vehicle worked on or want some mods done to your ride give them a try.

These guys are awesome. Took our Jeep Wrangler there with issues, and they knew exactly what we were talking about and how to fix it. We also took our Ford F250 with unknown major steering issues there. These guys knew exactly what to do and fixed it extremely fast with a reasonable price. Definitely the most knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced 4x4 shop around.

I went in to get my Jeep TJ s frame repaired by replacing the mid sections along the skid plate. Ethan gave me a good estimate and over delivered with an even cheaper cost, not to mention two days early. Place was great and would recommend.

We had to have our 2005 Dodge Dakota repaired. The rear end went out. Hilltop Performance was the ONLY place, that was equipped to take care of our issue. Ethan did a great job with it. He went above and beyond. We will definitely recommend Hilltop Performance to our family and friends. Thanks again Ethan!!

Hilltop offers automotive repair as well as 4x4 and Jeep service. They have service my Honda van for over 12 years and instrumental in mechanical restoration of my 2 muscle cars. Great pricing but more important is the quality of repairs and customer service. They use quality parts and provide their customers confidence of reliability.They go the extra mile with pride in their craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Check them out for all your automotive needs. 5 star shop!

I had a break down in Indianapolis and had my car towed there on the advice of family. . The guys there not only fixed the problem but fixed something else that I didn't even know was malfunctioning and at a reasonable price. . I will use them when ever I'm in town for oil change or what ever because I know they will do it right and better than expected. . Thanks gang at hilltop you are the bestDave R.

Took my Jeep to Hilltop for $5,600 worth of upgrades. They FORGOT to install an extended upper ball joint with my lift and 35 s. Ethan claimed ignorance on the phone when confronted. These guys are obviously amateurs and had nothing to offer when I called with my complaint. A small local garage in Florence, Ky found the issue immediately. My brand new wheels and tires were severely cambered due to them using my original upper ball joint. 0/0 stars.- KWR

Zero Stars if I could. Gone in to the store and called twice, first time I never got a response. Months later I tried to give them a second chance, emailed and called as directed by them, again no response for over a week. I called another off road specialist near me and they were able to give me a quote in under 5 minutes. Hilltop stated they were to busy to respond, I ll be spreading the word about this place, figured I d start here.

Paid for a 6 lift. Picked the F250 up with a 2.5 squat in the rear. Said that s not acceptable. I measured the lift, it was 4 (blocks and all). Ethan has Rough Country send more blocks. I paid for a 6 lift, I want a 6 lift. A couple thousand miles later the pinion pulled out of the rear end. Fuller Ford rebuilt the rear end, and upon reinstalling it couldn t get more than 3 degrees out of the pinion angle (has to be between 4 and 6, but with the carrier bearing all angles need to add up to zero). Now, with about 6,000 miles on the lift and no more than 3000 on the brand new dealer built rear end the pinion is pulled out of it again. Ethan states he changed the rear blocks per my request to level it out... however someone didn t check the pinion angles or carrier blocks as Fuller states they could not get more than 3 degrees of angle. If it s not right, it s wrong, end of discussion. On my way to Denver to drag said truck back and Ethan states he will look at it . He also states that I m the only guy to ever pull a pinion out on all his 17 years. Very well may be. But I m not the guy that installed and changed the lift kit and sent it out the door without ensuring all pinion angles were correct. We ll see what happens. So far, A for effort and a D for results.

I travel quite a bit on business, so time is often tight. These guys went out of their way to help me out and get me back on the road, on a very short notice.I recommend this shop, their work ethic, and fair pricing .When in the area my company will be sure to utilize this shop if we need any repairs.

The guys at Hilltop have added lights and a wench to my then new 2014 Willys And servicing. The crew is knowledgable,efficient and dependable, everything done at a fair price. I feel confident when they do a repair that it's done correctly. When I had a minor malfunction on the highway Jason talked me through the problem and got me back on the road. I highly recommend Hilltop.
