Dropped off truck via tow since brakes were shot and afraid to drive it. Come to pick up my truck and huge dent on the side, was told it was there when they got the truck. .funny thing is haven t drove the truck in about 3-6 months since it was not registered and brakes were bad plus the one time I drive it after registration was renewed that s when I noticed brakes having issues with stopping. Truck was on 3/4 full got truck back and showed gas close to 1/4 being empty. Doug being the amazing guy he is said, not my problem when asked about cameras he said let me check it out, now is refusing to take ownership like he should and pay for my truck to be fixed. Damages are close to 1700.00!

I fear when he retires. He knows axles and alignments like no one else. You can't fix it right for less than he charges. Don't bother shopping around.

Wanted to try another alignment shop other than the big box tire businesses. Called Doug to get an alignment on my car and had it done. To my amazement, he does not have a laser system. Doug still does it the old school way of measuring. The shop is very retro so why would he have anything new age? Doug did the alignment but it was off a bit. I called him up and he was very customer service oriented and told me to return it at my convenience to get it corrected. Called a few days later at beginning of his working hours and he told me to stop by. Doug had it for about 20 minutes and got it very close and still told me to call and let him know how it was. Suggestions are to purchase new equipment and to do test drives either alone or with the customer. First visit I knew immediately that the alignment was not correct so it doesn t take long to determine quality of work. I will return due to his professionalism and because he stands by his work even if it takes a few tries.

Doug was awesome he jumped on my front end replacement and was done in 1 day. Helped me get to my other vehicle so I didn't have to walk. Honest company! These guys have been around since my dad was twisting up his cars. My son's truck has seen a few bumps and although the truck is in overall good shape. The cost to fix wasn't worth the vehicle. So they told me this and said it is still safe, just not cost efficient to repair.Thanks for the honesty!

I brought my 2004 Silverado with pretty severe frame damage to the front end after being told by 3 shops that it s too tough of a repair to be done correctly, I brought my truck here and 2 weeks later got it back you can t tell the truck was ever in a accident the repair was amazing I m a mechanic for a living and I was totally blown away by the quality of the work. Horrible Shop, Tried taking advantage of a woman. I am a certified technician at another shop and just needed an alignment close to get my truck to my shop and when I called to try to understand what my wife was told is "Wrong" With my vehicle. He argued with me and told me different than my wife had written down. Rude and not trustworthy, avoid at all costs.
